Chapter 21: New Jutsu!

One after the other, Kinoshita Genichi and Jiraiya moved far away from the core of Konoha, stopping in a spacious, open area. Snowflakes were still drifting down, and a thick layer of snow covered the ground.

Jiraiya smiled and extended his right hand, palm open. The next moment, a blue Rasengan rapidly materialized in his palm.

Genichi immediately smiled and gave a thumbs-up. "As expected of Jiraiya-sensei! You mastered it so quickly."
