Overlord: Wrong World, Can I Change It?

Yeah, I know—we're only eight chapters in, and realistically, this kind of announcement is completely premature. But hey, I'm a moderately honest narrator. If you've made it this far, you're part of the elite few. That makes you special. Or incredibly suspicious. Possibly both.

Anyway— This isn't one of those "Chapter Delayed Because Life Happened" announcements. This is more like one of those signs you find in a bathroom that says, "Pardon the mess, we're remodeling... even though we said that six months ago."

Here's the deal: Over the next few days, I'll be making a few adjustments to the previous chapters—small stuff! Minor stylistic changes, tone refinements, maybe cleaning up a few metaphorical typos that snuck in like goblins at night. Nothing plot-breaking, timeline-shattering, or world-ending. 

"So, do I have to reread all eight chapters now??" 

I'd love to say yes, but honestly? Not really.

Also: this chapter? This message? This glorious meta-break in your regularly scheduled narrative? It will self-destruct in 5 days. Allegedly. Unless I forget. Like I forget birthdays, passwords, and where I left my last shred of dignity.

So relax—this little burst of fourth-wall-breaking anxiety will disappear soon enough, like a poorly-rolled stealth check in the dark.
