The battle was at its peak. 

Whoosh— 

A cannonball made of countless fused papers shot toward Imu. No one knew what strange powers it carried. But faced with this unknown and eerie attack, the blue-haired queen Imu simply waved a hand, opening a door-like portal in the air before her. 

"It's useless." 

As the missile entered the portal, it reappeared hundreds of meters away in the sky behind Imu! A simple use of the "Door-Door" ability had completely nullified Roman's attack. 

"Watch this! Franky—Scattered Laser Beam!" 

As Roman's attack failed, a series of golden lasers shot toward the floating Imu! After gaining access to advanced technology, Franky had upgraded his entire body to near the level of "Pacifista-0," the original Kuma himself. 

Of course, technology alone doesn't determine strength. 

"Pathetic trick." 

With a flick of her finger, multiple mirrors appeared out of thin air around Imu! Then— 

"Watch out for the lasers!" 

Zing, zing, zing— 

Franky's lasers were instantly reflected back toward the Straw Hat crew, aimed with deadly precision. 

Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! 

A series of violent explosions erupted as the crew scrambled to dodge. If Luffy hadn't warned them just in time, they might have been blown up by their own attacks. 

"Let me show you what real 'light' is." 

"Danger—!" 

Before Imu even finished speaking, without any visible preparation, she casually pointed forward— 

A massive golden pillar of light, as bright as the sun, burst forth! The heat it emitted distorted the very air, warping reality itself! It ripped through the sky, cut across the island, and with overwhelming power, engulfed all of Raftel along with the entire Straw Hat crew in its blinding radiance. 

The light only lasted for a brief moment, yet it left an indelible mark on everyone's retinas. For a few seconds, they could see nothing but white, as if their vision had been erased. 

When their sight finally returned, those who had been thrown aside by Luffy's last-minute save were horrified by what they saw— 

Raftel had been split in two! 

A deep, straight canyon—like a massive scar—ran across the entire island, extending all the way to the ocean. At the bottom of the trench, the ground glistened like glass, its rocks and sand melted into smooth, reflective surfaces under the terrifying heat. 

"Holy crap… how are we supposed to fight that?" 

Usopp's eyes almost popped out of his head. Just one casual attack had sliced the island in half… 

"Three-Sword Style Secret Technique—Great Thousand Worlds!" 

Usopp was paralyzed with fear, but the others weren't backing down! 

With his energy gathered, Zoro swung his blades in a mighty slash! 

A colossal flying sword strike shot forward, capable of splitting oceans, shattering islands, and tearing the sky apart! 

His three blades moved as one, unleashing an overwhelming storm of razor-sharp energy wrapped in dark Haki. The force of the attack created a perfect vacuum vortex, pulling in the molten, glass-like earth. The swirling crystal fragments spun upward instead of falling, drawn into the vortex, forming an apocalyptic cutting storm. 

"Slash!" 

As the devastating sword wave tore through the air, its sheer force made the sky tremble and the earth quake! 

"Impressive." 

Imu finally acknowledged the attack with a hint of interest. 

She extended two fingers—like a sword—and struck forward at the incoming blade energy. 

Clang!!! 

The resulting explosion swallowed everything! 

The sky, as if wiped clean by an eraser, split apart. Raftel, which had just been cut in two by Imu's massive light beam, trembled violently. It seemed as though the entire island would be shredded to dust under the clash of two top-tier swordsmen! 

Countless sword slashes and energy waves shot outward from the impact, reducing everything in their path—both living beings and lifeless objects—to dust and ash… 

"Thirty-Flourishing Blossoms!" 

In that split second, countless arms coated in Armament Haki burst forth from Imu's body! But before they could land an attack— 

"Child's play." 

Imu merely flicked her sleeve, releasing a tidal wave of sky-blue Armament Haki! The overwhelming force surged outward like an ocean wave, instantly crushing every arm to dust as if they were nothing more than sandcastles. 

"Ugh—" 

Robin let out a painful gasp as blood burst from both of her hands. Even though she pulled back in time, she was still injured by the opponent's Haki from a distance. 

"Be careful! They have multiple Devil Fruit powers, can see the future with Observation Haki, and can release Armament Haki at the highest level. Don't attack them head-on!" 

Roman, who had merged with Nami to become the "All-Purpose Knight," frowned. He had already expected Imu to be strong, but this was beyond what he imagined—this was insane! 

They could use different Devil Fruit powers with ease, reflect Franky's laser with perfect precision—clearly a sign of seeing the future—and with just a slight movement, they completely shattered Robin's arms, leaving not even a petal behind... But whether they could win or not didn't matter. They had no choice but to fight! 

"Nami, use that move." 

As Nami, sitting on the All-Purpose Knight's shoulder, tapped several ability papers in a row, deep blue waves of water surged up from the ocean below. At the same time, the "shells" that had been sent flying to the sky by Imu's Door-Door Fruit ability quietly broke apart, turning into countless floating mirrors that reflected the sunlight down. 

Of course, this wasn't for an attack. 

Roman wasn't naive enough to think Imu would be hit by his charge-up "light energy weapon." Instead— 

A massive amount of seawater twisted and spiraled into enormous whirlpools, turning the entire sky into a vast, rolling ocean! The reflected sunlight shimmered upon it, making the sky glow with golden waves stretching endlessly in all directions. 

The entire sky was now a dazzling, brilliant sea of light, so bright it was overwhelming. And in this shimmering, rippling world, the figures of the Straw Hat crew flickered between the waves, their reflections scattering in all directions, making it impossible to tell where they really were. 

"Fusion Technique: Mirror Flower, Water Moon!" 

"You always have such interesting tricks, Neo~" 

Watching the swirling ocean of light rushing toward them, Imu simply smiled. They reached out and pressed downward, attempting to use the Gravity Fruit to make the floating sea come crashing down. 

But in the next instant— 

"Fish-Man Karate: Sea Dragon!" 

From within the floating seawater, a figure suddenly shot forward! At the same time, an enormous water dragon took shape, roaring as it surged forward, its body formed from countless fish, shrimp, and shells swept up in the waves. The dragon bared its fangs and lunged at Imu with unstoppable force. 

This was a technique used by the mermaid "Snow Dance" in the Bad Guys crew, one that she could only use after being strengthened by their vice commander. 

But for Jinbe— 

Once he saw it, he learned it. 

And now, it was just another move in his Fish-Man Karate! 

"You think seawater can weaken my power? How foolish—" 

"Get lost, filthy fish-man!" 

Imu's brows furrowed in disgust. With an explosion of will, their Haki burst outward in all directions! 

BOOM! 

The sheer intensity of their Armament Haki mixed with Conqueror's Haki took physical form, manifesting as countless deep blue weapons—swords, spears, axes, hooks—all radiating an aura of dominance, cruelty, and destruction. Like a thousand arrows, they shot out in every direction, instantly blasting Jinbe and the massive waves away! 

Without sparing a glance at the bloodied and battered Jinbe, who was sent flying into the sea, Imu raised their right hand and created layers of transparent barriers around them, like sheets of glass. 

"You're as reckless as ever, but—" 

"Gum-Gum: Conqueror Cannon!!" 

In the next instant, Luffy appeared on Imu's right side, his entire body covered in black patterns and crackling with dark lightning. His fist, wrapped in Conqueror's Haki and double-compressed Armament Haki, punched forward with such force that the air itself shattered into countless cracks! 

Even the so-called "invincible" barriers shattered like glass under his punch. But when one broke, another instantly formed—one layer, two layers, three layers... 

"Your punches are still as powerful as ever, Joy Boy." 

"I'm Luffy!!" 

SWOOSH— 

Luffy's figure flashed, and with another burst of three-layered Haki, his fist came crashing in from the left, along with his furious shout— 

"I'm not some Joy-whatever!!" 

BOOM! BOOM!! BOOM!! 

In his fully awakened "Gear Fifth" form, Luffy could throw out hundreds, even thousands of attacks in an instant. His speed was so fast that even the air itself seemed to explode around him! The sheer force of his movements was like multiple natural disasters striking at once, making it impossible for most of the Straw Hat crew to even get close, let alone assist. 

"Impressive attacks, but how long can you keep this up?" 

Floating in midair, Imu continuously generated more "invincible barriers," which shattered under Luffy's relentless punches, only to be recreated again and again. Rather than counterattacking, they focused entirely on defense, waiting for Luffy to exhaust himself... 

"As long as it takes to beat you—Roman!!" 

?! 

The moment Luffy shouted, a powerful sense of danger struck Imu like a thunderbolt. Their eyes widened in alarm! Layers upon layers of barriers bloomed open in front of them like a flower, while their right hand slashed forward, sending five streaks of dark lightning tearing through the air! 

"Fusion Technique: Heavy Artillery Cannon 4.0!!" 

As Roman's voice rang out, a beam of blinding light shot straight toward Imu in the sky. 

And then—BOOM!!!! 

It was like a planet had crashed into the earth! 

The explosion was so powerful that it seemed as if a billion tons of explosives had detonated at once. Within an instant, the air for miles around was blasted away, creating a superheated, spherical vacuum. A visible shockwave, moving faster than the speed of sound, swept across the entire battlefield, stretching out toward the horizon. 

Even a nuclear explosion would pale in comparison to the sheer devastation of this impact. 

As the dust settled and the storm passed— 

A massive, semi-circular crater filled with flowing lava and rising flames had replaced what was once "Laugh Tale." From above, it looked like a giant impact site from a meteor crashing into the ocean. The so-called final island had completely changed its appearance. 

And this... was just the recoil from Roman's attack! 

"Your attacks are always so wild and unpredictable..." 

Floating in midair, Imu held out her right hand, fingers slightly curled. Just a few inches in front of her delicate palm was Roman's fist, wrapped in crackling electricity! That's right—his so-called "Recoil Cannon 4.0" had literally turned himself into a projectile, launching forward at extreme speed using an electromagnetic blast! 

After all, no matter how strong Wapometal was, it couldn't compare to Roman's battle-hardened muscles. This "human cannon" attack was powerful enough to shake not just an island—but even the Red Line itself! 

Unfortunately...

A sharp tearing sound echoed as Imu's elegant sleeve suddenly shredded into countless fluttering fragments. She glanced at her slightly trembling arm with mild surprise. 

"As expected of you, Neo." 

"I haven't felt 'pain' in 800 years..." 

"I told you already..." 

Huff— 

As his attack left him drained and falling, Roman's voice came through. 

"My name is Roman, not Neo!" 

"Roman, are you okay?" 

Nami quickly flew up and caught the exhausted Roman, making Imu's gaze flicker slightly. 

"Well done, Roman!" 

On the other side, a panting Luffy grinned. 

"Yeah! If we can hurt her, that means we have a chance to beat her." 

This "Imu" was unbelievably strong—so strong she seemed to have no weaknesses. Her mastery of Haki, Devil Fruit abilities, and all the strange powers she displayed made her seem invincible. 

Roman had said they could win, but for the first time, even he wasn't completely sure... 

"Alright, that's enough talking," 

"So far, none of you have made me take even a single step back. And out of respect for the 'rules of the sea,' I haven't gone after your weaker crew members." 

...! 

Roman's expression stiffened. 

If someone like Imu decided to use sneak attacks and hit-and-run tactics, how many of the Straw Hat Crew could actually survive? Other than him and Luffy... 

"So, come back with me, Neo." 

Before Roman could even respond to the hand reaching for him again, Imu suddenly smiled—a dazzling, breathtaking smile, like a field of flowers in full bloom. 

But the words she spoke were as cold as ice: 

"Because you no longer have a reason to fight." 

?! 

Whoosh— 

In an instant, Roman sensed danger behind him and quickly dodged to the side! 

At the same time, a sword slash and a powerful kick struck the spot where he had just been standing! 

"Zoro, Sanji, what the hell—" 

"Nami, how could you be so careless?" 

"You actually let the enemy get this close," 

"Huh? I..."

Roman turned to face the Straw Hat Crew—only to see them looking at him with hostility and caution. His face darkened instantly. 

"When did this happen?" 

Clenching his teeth, he demanded an answer. 

Imu, calm as ever, spoke with elegance. 

"When you were all focused on the Poneglyph. Remember? That gust of wind carried the power of the 'Slow-Slow Fruit.'" 

"By using delayed activation, I avoided your Observation Haki's 'future sight.'" 

"And that... was a trick I learned from 'you.'" 

Damn it—wait, no. I basically set a trap for myself!! 

"Luffy, why are you just standing there?!" 

Hearing Zoro's questioning, Luffy, who had just caught his breath, looked up at Im in the sky, then at the "Marine Admiral" Neo in front of him. Frustrated, he scratched his black hair. 

"I don't know why, but... I just can't get fired up against this guy..." 

"Luffy, what are you doing now?! That's Marine Admiral 'White Dove' Neo—he's the enemy!!" 

"We're doomed, we're doomed! The Celestial Dragons' god and a Marine Admiral are attacking together! Did we really find the One Piece just to die here?!" 

"…Huff." 

Letting out a long sigh, Roman took another deep look at the Straw Hat Crew. But all he saw in their eyes was hostility and wariness. No surprise there—after all, in their *memories*, he had become a complete enemy. The Memory-Memory Fruit... what a pain. Oh well, at least he hadn't fallen victim to the Hobby-Hobby Fruit—that would've been even worse. 

Turning away, he took slow steps through the air toward Im, who was smiling and reaching out a hand toward him. 

"Huh? Why is that Marine Admiral…?" 

Damn it, I should've taken the time to study Pudding's memory powers. 

Im had already abandoned their arrogance, ready to play a sneaky hit-and-run game. Meanwhile, I had become the *enemy*. If the fight continued, there was no doubt—the Straw Hat Crew would be completely wiped out! 

So… this is the way it has to be. 

Come to think of it— 

My dream, my crew's dreams—they've all come true, haven't they? 

And picking up a Celestial Dragon god as an "unofficial wife" doesn't sound *too* bad, right? 

From now on, every Celestial Dragon I meet will have to call me "father"—no, *ancestor*! 

This ending… 

"We… should go back," 

Roman said, his expression cold as he took Im's hand. 

Im smiled slightly, unfazed. 

"As you wish, my dear husband."
