Phoenix Reborn In One Piece

Chapter 300: Chapter 300: Asking Akainu for Revenge?

After Liv finished telling her story, the anger in her eyes grew stronger—it was almost pouring out of her.

Now, she was full of hatred not just for the Magiatska Kingdom, but for all the nobles in the world.

She wanted revenge, but she was too weak. Against the royal family of Magiatska, she didn't stand a chance.

The members of the Dream Exploration Group listened quietly. It wasn't that they didn't care—they had just heard too many stories like this.

After all these years at sea, they'd seen people who suffered even worse than Liv, so they were used to it.

"So… Liv… what do you plan to do next?" Nami looked at her and asked softly.

Hearing that, Liv's eyes dimmed again.

She lowered her head and replied in a low voice, "I want to avenge my friends, but they're just too strong. And I'm all alone.

I don't know what to do next…"

She let out a deep sigh, looking completely lost.

"Poor Liv…" Reina whispered, hugging Nami's arm tightly. Her eyes were shining with tears, as if she could feel Liv's pain and helplessness.

The others stayed quiet.

In this world, if you don't want to be bullied, you have to be strong.

If you're strong enough, no one will dare mess with you.

"I just thought of something interesting. Maybe this could actually help you get your revenge…" Ryuen suddenly spoke up, looking at Liv.

Everyone turned to him right away.

Liv's face lit up with hope. "What is it, Ryuen-senpai? As long as I can get revenge, I'm willing to do anything!"

Ryuen gave a small smile and said, "Akainu just became the Marine Fleet Admiral. Doesn't he always say he stands for absolute justice? If that's true, then let's let him handle this.

After all, if there's corruption in the Marines, then as Fleet Admiral, he's responsible for that too, right?"

"Let Akainu handle it?"

"Marine Fleet Admiral?"

Everyone turned to look at Ryuen, surprised and unsure. They didn't really get what he was thinking.

And Liv was completely shocked.

Liv's face was full of disbelief. Her problem? Would someone like Akainu, the top dog of the Marines, really care about someone like her?

"That's right," Ryuen nodded, his eyes full of confidence.

He went on, "We can expose how the nobles of Magiatska worked with the Marines to harm innocent people. We'll spread the truth in the newspapers.

That way, everyone will know what really happened."

"Akainu might ignore small-time nobles, but this time it involves royalty from the Magiatska Kingdom."

"But if Akainu goes after a country's royal family, the World Government definitely won't just stand by."

"After all, the World Government depends on the royal families of different countries to keep its control."

"If the World Government lets the Marines act like this, it will surely cause strong anger and protests from other royal families."

"And Akainu? He's the Marine Fleet Admiral backed by the Five Elders. I really want to see if Akainu can still hold onto his 'absolute justice' when facing the Five Elders."

After hearing this, everyone fell into deep thought.

They began to understand how possible the plan was and what effects it might have.

Though the risks were big, if the plan worked, it could not only help Liv get out of trouble but also expose the ugly side of the Magiazka Kingdom nobles and bring justice to the oppressed common people.

But at that moment, Liv was shocked.

What World Government, Marine Admiral, Five Elders? Was she, a small person, supposed to hear all this?

"Ryuen, I support your plan!" Robin looked at Ryuen and was the first to speak up.

She really wanted to see what Akainu would do—would he keep following his justice, or obey the Five Elders?

She wanted to see it with her own eyes...

After everyone else understood, their faces lit up with excitement. They loved stirring things up.

All eyes then turned to Liv.

Feeling overwhelmed by their stares, she stammered, "Everyone... w-what... what should I do?"

Seeing the Dream Team's encouraging and hopeful looks, Liv suddenly felt scared.

"Hehe~" Nami smiled and walked over, gently comforting her, "Don't worry, Liv. We'll make sure you get justice. Soon, reporters will come to interview you. You just need to tell them exactly what happened to you."

Hearing Nami, Ryuen nodded in agreement.

He knew that only by letting more people learn the truth could they really help Liv.

Nami had already thought of Ryuen's plan, since they had a powerful resource—Morgans, the big news reporter.

"Reporters?" Liv's eyes widened in surprise.

"That's right!" Daisy confidently patted her chest. "Once the reporters arrive, just tell them the whole story. We'll take care of the rest!"

"I... huff... I understand..." Liv took a deep breath and seemed to make up her mind.

Seeing Liv agree, Ryuen immediately contacted Morgans and asked him to send a reporter here right away.

Morgans was excited when he heard Ryuen's plan. He loved news that stirred up public opinion!

As long as the news was true, that was his rule.

At noon, the reporter from the World Economic News arrived and started the interview as planned. It lasted only half an hour.

Watching the reporter leave, Liv's eyes grew distant.

She wondered, would this really make the Marine Fleet Admiral help her get revenge?

She wasn't doubting the Dream Team, but the whole thing sounded so unbelievable...

Meanwhile, the Dream Team couldn't wait to watch how it would all play out!
