Dreepy rapidly flies up and shoots a Confusion Ray that hits Seel. Lily calls out, "Seel, use Ice Shard!" Dreepy uses its ability, Dreepy Body, and turns transparent. The ice goes through him quickly. Attack! Use the momentum to lead into Dragon Tail! Dreepy charges and right before he slams into Seel, it flips and slams a Dragon Tail on its head. Lily tries to give Seel a command, but Dreepy sucker punches it with its fist. Dreepy's fist slams into Seel and sends it flying. Seel is unable to battle. Aww, man! Lily sighs before walking back.

Daisy walks forward with a warm smile and throws out a Poké Ball. Go, SeaKing! I hear Daisy's voice cut through the air. SeaKing uses Agility! Dreepy quick attacks! SeaKing's body glows as Dreepy's body slams into it. As SeaKing gets launched into the air, Daisy and I both let out a command at the same time. SeaKing horn drill! Dreepy sucker punch! Dreepy's punch lands on it first as SeaKing's drill hits it with a loud boom. They both get flung back. SeaKing is unable to battle. Good job, Dreepy! Come back and rest now. Dreepy floats over, bruised and cut up from the attack. I spray some potion on it and pat its head before putting it in its Poké Ball. Go! I reach for another Poké Ball.

As Violet steps forward, I say, "You have a close bond with your Pokémon." She smiles and throws a Poké Ball. Go, Shellder! Go, Di!To my surprise, Ditto appears on the field and transforms into Shellder Ditto Ice Shard before Violet can even utter a word. I quickly let out a command, and Violet's voice cuts through the air. "Ditto, use Aurora Beam!" Violet commands. Shellder Ditto responds with a powerful Aurora Beam, but Violet quickly intervenes and protects Ditto. She leans in and smiles, and a whirlpool starts to form around them. As Shellder Ditto is flung into the whirlpool, Ditto uses Aurora Beam again, this time protecting Shellder. A barrier appears before it, but it cracks and then smashes through with a loud boom. Shellder Ditto's ice shards fly through the air and hit Shellder, who is now bruised and battered. Violet finishes off Shellder Ditto with another Aurora Beam. Violet signs and recalls Shellder, and Shellder is unable to battle the challenger. The challenger wins, and Violet smiles. "You have a very good battle style," she says. "You attack quickly and keep up the pressure. You overwhelm your opponent!" She smiles and tosses the badge to me, which I catch and give Ditto a fist bump.
