Pokémon Kyanite and Copper (Revised Version)

Third person POV

 Dante was shocked to hear that Rico was Jonathan's younger brother. "Wait, what?" Rico, a bit embarrassed by this, then replied back, "Yeah, I am." Dante gets it and asks him if he is here for the gym badge.

 "Yes, and can we do that tomorrow morning?" Rico responded back brightly. "Because me and my group were tired from our journey from Metro Kamias to here." 

 "Oh, is that so? Well then, okay! It seemed to be a long, exhausting one."

 And so, after leaving Dante's gym, Rico and his group went to a nearby hotel in the city, checked in there, and rested up in a room for 3, before eating a hearty and appetizing dinner with dessert in a restaurant on the first floor.

 And then, the next morning came, and after breakfast and preparing for today, Rico and his group went up to Dante's gym so Rico could have a Pokémon battle with Dante. There Rico and Dante had a Pokémon battle so Rico could acquire his next gym badge. Their Pokémon for this first round are Prinplup and Aron. Rico was delighted at Aron's small, yet appealing look and pulled out his Pokédex and pointed it at it; the Pokédex then responded, "Aron, the Iron Armor Pokémon. A Steel and Rock-type. This Pokémon has a body of steel. To make its body, Aron feeds on iron ore that it digs from mountains. Occasionally, it causes major trouble by eating bridges and rails."

"Wow, that one is awesome…" Rico commented brightly, before putting back his Pokédex in pants pocket and focusing back at the battle.

 Dante was all fired up, and his Aron was serious with confidence. Prinplup was very determined to win this battle. And so, as Jonathan and the others were watching from the sidelines, the battle began.

 "Aron, use Rock Throw!" Dante commanded Aron.

Aron then used Rock Throw, attacking Prinplup with a shower of small, easily thrown rocks.

 "Dodge it and use Hydro Pump!" Rico commanded Prinplup immediately and seriously.

Prinplup did so and used Hydro Pump, blasting a huge volume of water at Aron.

Aron was struck by it hard, and it was almost defeated by it.

 "Woah, what the…?" Dante was astonished at Prinplup's attack.

 "Ha! Nice one, Prinplup!" Rico said to Prinplup with bright enthusiasm. "It seems that your Hydro Pump gets stronger by the day."

Prinplup then responded with good, brag-free pride.

 But Dante refused to back down and said to his Aron, "Oh, yeah? Do you want to get rocked by this? Aron, use Rock Slide!" Aron then used Rock Slide, hurling large boulders at Prinplup to inflict damage. This Pokémon gym battle is getting heated up like magma underground. But will Rico win?
