Pokémon orphanage

Chapter 7: TM

"Come here Bonk, I'm going to teach you a new move now," A TM was in Taylor's hand.

This Technical Machine is a learning technique worth 500 happiness points. Taylor hands shaking as he held it in his hands.

Five hundred happiness points, this price can be described as very high, at least for Taylor now.

Bonk moved to the side of Taylor with difficulty. It needed to control its body all the time to avoid falling on the ground.

"If Bonk goes to find a teacher to learn, it will probably be difficult for him to master it, right?" Taylor looked at Bonk, feeling a little helpless.

He had considered before whether to let Bonk learn Rage Fist from a professional Pokémon move instructor, but considering Bonk's physical condition, Taylor gave up.

Learning the moves is difficult. Some relatively common moves do have skill machines, such as jet of flame and bubble beam, but the Rage Fist does not.

If Bonk wants to learn, he can only find a professional skill teacher. The tuition is expensive, at least Taylor can't afford it now.

After Taylor's Pokémon orphanage was established, it received financial support from the alliance, but the amount was not much. It was also needed to purchase some medicines and food, so the Pokémon orphanage is not very wealthy now.

Using this learning machine is the best way.

Thinking of this, Taylor pressed the TM on Bonk's head. Soon, a series of moves appeared on the TM, allowing Taylor to choose.

Taylor chose the Rage Fist without any hesitation.

Following Taylor's confirmation, the words "Rage Fist" were added to the TM.

"How do you learn this?" Taylor was a little curious. In the game, all you have to do is click, and he didn't know what it would be like in reality.

The disc flew up and then merged into Bonk's head.

Then a ray of light enveloped Bonk's head, making Taylor unable to see Bonk's face clearly.

"I have an inexplicable feeling," Taylor looked at Bonk. Bonk now seemed to have been enlightened.

However, this way of learning is quite convenient. At least the Pokémon does not need to spend time learning slowly.

It's just that the price is a bit expensive.

Soon the light began to dissipate, then gathered at Bonk's forehead and condensed inside.

Kuro flew over curiously and pecked the place where the light spot condensed.

The sound of thump.

It sounds good. It seems that Bonk has a very normal brain.

Bonk jumped a little angrily, and Kuro quickly flew to Taylor's shoulder again.

"Bonk, how do you feel now? Have you learned any new moves?" Taylor asked tentatively.

After hearing Taylor's words, Bonk's emotions stabilized a lot, and then he nodded slowly.

"It seems that although the implantation method is very bizarre, the effect is still good," Taylor breathed a sigh of relief.

If 500 happiness points were to go to waste, he would really be devastated.

Fortunately, Bonk successfully mastered the Rage Fist, which allowed Bonk to go further and further on the road of evolution. However, regarding the Annihilape…

Taylor seemed to be thinking about something.

The evolutionary route of Mankey to Primeape has been fixed for many years. Until the latest Paldea region, Primeape has a new evolutionary route, the Annihilape.

Although the Pokémon Doctor confirmed that Annihilape is the evolution of Primeape, the exact method of evolution is still unknown.

Taylor knew that.

If Primeape uses Rage Fist twenty times and then levels up once, it will complete its evolution and become Annihilape with Fighting plus Ghost attributes.

A very powerful Pokémon.

"However, in reality, it is possible to make Bonk use Rage Fist twenty times, but fulfilling the leveling-up requirement for evolution leaves Taylor a bit uncertain."

"There are no magic candies that can be exchanged in this system to level up," Taylor scratched his head and looked at Bonk who was sitting in front of him calmly but seemed a little anxious. Taylor felt a little conflicted.

"Forget it," Taylor shook his head and stood up.

Seeing Taylor stand up, Bonk also struggled to stand up and looked at Taylor expectantly. Taylor looked at Bonk's small eyes and coughed.

"Bonk, can you use the Rage Fist on the wooden stake?" Taylor looked at Bonk and asked softly.

Although I don't know how to fulfill the leveling-up requirement, it's okay to reach the requirement of twenty Rage Fists first.

Bonk didn't nod or shake his head; he just shook his legs. After shaking his legs, he paused and started to jump slowly.

Each movement was very slow.

After completing a small jump, Bonk often had to pause for a while before starting the next one.

However, Taylor noticed that Bonk's speed was gradually increasing, and soon Bonk's small jumps returned to a normal pace.

Then Bonk began to try to twist his waist, turn sideways, and slowly punch.

There was a loud bang.

Bonk punched the ground.

Failed.

Bonk's hands were red and bruised from hitting the ground.

But Bonk still stood up silently and once again began to jump slowly.

Taylor didn't say anything.

He originally wanted to persuade Bonk to take a rest, but looking at Bonk's determined eyes, Taylor couldn't bring himself to say it.

Maybe for Bonk, the physical pain was far less than the agony of his body not being under his control.

Jump, speed up, twist your waist, punch.

The fist landed on Bonk's face.

Bonk stood up again.

Jump, speed up, twist your waist.

Bonk flipped in the air and fell to the ground.

Kuro turned his head away reluctantly. Taylor remained silent.

This was Bonk's battle, and Taylor couldn't help at all.

Physical imbalance was equivalent to a terminal illness for a Fighting-type Pokémon.

Taylor didn't know how long he had been watching until he saw Bonk's fist become bloody, endless anger flashing in Bonk's eyes. He punched the wooden stake hard, smashing it into pieces.

"Bonk, you succeeded," Taylor hurried over. Bonk seemed to have used up all his strength at this moment and lay limply on the ground.

As Taylor approached, Bonk slowly tried to reach out his hand, but he raised his foot instead.

"Come on, I'll take you to apply medicine," Taylor picked up Bonk, hurried to the infirmary, wiped Bonk's wounds with alcohol, and then wrapped them with bandages.

Bonk's fist was covered in blood, with some debris embedded in it, which Taylor had to clean up.

While Taylor was cleaning, Bonk lay there silently, as if it was not his hand.
