Sato's stall didn't have much on display—just some energy PokeBlocks of different colors and a single Evolution Stone. The PokeBlocks he was selling were all medium-quality and came in a variety of flavors.

He had made these PokeBlocks in his spare time to suit the different taste preferences of his Pokémon. Each color represented a distinct flavor, ensuring that Pokémon of various types could find something they liked.

As for the Evolution Stone, it was a mid-grade Fire Stone that he had acquired long ago from a rich young heir in Viridian City.

To attract buyers, Sato priced his items slightly below the market rate. The medium-quality PokeBlocks were being sold for 5 points each, while the mid-grade Fire Stone was listed at 4,000 points.

Although Sato wasn't an overwhelmingly strong trainer, as a top-level Elite Trainer, he was far from being an easy target. While he might not be able to defeat quasi Elite-Four level trainers, he was confident in his ability to escape if necessary.

As for actual Elite-Four level trainers, he didn't worry about them at all. Trainers of that caliber had their own pride and no shortage of wealth. They only had to make a request, and countless organizations would send them money and resources without hesitation.

Such powerful figures wouldn't tarnish their reputation by bullying a weaker trainer over something as trivial as medium-quality PokeBlocks.

Besides, Sato wasn't using his real appearance, so he felt more at ease selling PokeBlocks openly—something he wouldn't have dared to do before.

Of course, he wouldn't risk selling high-level or even gemstone-grade PokeBlocks unless he became a Elite-Four level trainer himself.

"PokeBlocks! Did you make these yourself?"

The female vendor at the stall next to him asked in curiosity when she noticed the PokeBlocks he had displayed.

Sato's PokeBlocks were of the highest standard among medium-quality ones. Their surfaces were smooth and polished, and under the light, they gleamed brilliantly in their various colors, making them incredibly eye-catching.

Sato completely ignored the question. After writing down the descriptions and prices of his items on a small sign, he took out a newspaper and began reading, treating the woman as if she didn't exist.

The female vendor's eyes flashed with anger at being ignored, and she glared at him.

Meanwhile, some passing Team Rocket members also noticed the PokeBlocks on his stall. Those with a discerning eye immediately showed expressions of greed and malice.

Sato, of course, sensed the hostile gazes directed at him. With a quiet sigh, he took out a PokéBall and released his Swampert, instructing it to sit behind him.

His Swampert had already reached level 43—a Pokémon that had, by chance, once defeated a Legendary Pokémon.

The pressure it exuded was overwhelming, far beyond what ordinary Pokémon could match. The sheer magnitude of its presence bore down on the people around them like a mountain.

As soon as Swampert appeared, the female vendor who had been eyeing Sato with hostility and the Team Rocket members who had been entertaining greedy thoughts all turned pale. Their expressions quickly shifted from malice to deep wariness.

In an instant, more than half of the greedy and hostile gazes disappeared.

Elite-Four level trainers weren't common—having six Pokémon at level 60 or higher was no small feat. Even within the vast Team Rocket organization, there were only a dozen or so such trainers, most of them at the lower end of the Elite-Four level spectrum.

Moreover, Pewter City wasn't a high-priority location for Team Rocket. Sato was certain that the most their underground base in Pewter City could have was a single Elite-Four level trainer, with no more than a dozen quasi Elite-Four level trainers at most.

That meant there were only around ten people in the entire Pewter City Team Rocket base who could truly pose a threat to him. Everyone else would have to stand aside.

With his show of strength successfully deterring these ruthless criminals who respected power above all else, Sato's business quickly picked up.

His PokeBlocks had an excellent appearance, and their price was both reasonable and lower than market value. It didn't take long for Team Rocket members who had sampled them for free to recognize their high quality, and they quickly started making purchases.

Sato had only brought about 500 PokeBlocks with him, with each flavor having roughly 100 pieces.

In just over ten minutes, every single PokeBlock on his stall had been sold out, earning him a total of 2,620 points. With these points, he now had enough to purchase the Black-Spotted Venomvine.

The female vendor next to him couldn't hide the jealousy in her eyes as she watched Sato's business flourish. Throughout the sales, she frequently glanced at him, hoping to achieve god knows what.

Sato, however, simply smiled faintly. Now that he had sold all his PokeBlocks, it was time to pack up, change his outfit, and buy the Black-Spotted Venomvine from her.

"Hello, my name is Ryoichi Sakata. May I place an order for a batch of PokeBlocks?"

Just as Sato was about to pack up his stall, a towering man—nearly two meters tall—appeared in front of him, looking down as he spoke.

At the mention of the name "Ryōichi Sakata," Sato's eyes sharpened. Without hesitation, he raised his head and carefully examined the man before him.

The man's appearance was unremarkable, but his tightly fitted Team Rocket Battalion Leader uniform accentuated his explosive musculature, giving him an imposing presence.

Curiously, despite the scorching weather, the man was draped in a pure red coat.

Sato quickly realized the reason for this. As his gaze fell upon the man's shoulders, his pupils contracted slightly.

Had it not been for his keen instincts and the unsettling feeling of being watched, he might not have noticed the two Kecleon hiding in stealth mode on Sakata's shoulders.

With their ability to blend seamlessly into their surroundings, the Kecleon had remained virtually undetectable. However, thanks to his system's scanning function, Sato could see through their camouflage.

Under the cover of Sakata's bright red coat, the two Kecleon's bellies—marked with a distinctive red stripe that couldn't turn invisible—were perfectly concealed.

What was even more shocking was their strength. Both Kecleon had an individual value of over 156, marking them as high-tier Pokémon of purple-grade potential. Moreover, both had reached level 50.

Most alarming of all, both Kecleon had the Protean ability and possessed an astonishing array of moves spanning 13 different types.

Now, these two incredibly strong Kecleon were staring down at Sato, just like their trainer.

For the first time in a long while, Sato felt a chill run down his spine.
