" So let me get this straight, instead of working on the house so we can have a roof over our heads. You want me to take your Pokedex and explore the lowlands around the farm and before the shorecliff and the ridge that's in the distance," I ask as I'm eating some bland powdered eggs," we really need to get the house going and our communication tower needs to be looked at preferably before we get in too deep. Remember we have a year and six months before the first twenty or so people start to arrive here on the island, at least according to the league from our debrief."

" Oh please that can wait, plus we've been here for three days and you've fixed the roof, done the living room and like three of the bedrooms and a bathroom," says professor Aspen as she grimaces at the bland taste of the eggs," I'll look at the communication tower along with nema."

' I'm now somewhat afraid,' I think as I just stand up and leave the RV.

" Watch out!" Screams a voice as the next thing I know is a coconut hitting my gut. I hold my gut glaring at the offending coconut as it makes the comical oh face that you'd see them in cartoons. " Natsu I'm so sorry it's just mewmi and mewki are helping me try out a new defense system to keep out pesky bugs that we've seen outside the fence." Says nema as she picks up the coconut and then helps me up. She walks away after making sure I'm ok.

I sigh rubbing the spot I was hit and look over to where nema and the palicos have been setting up their coconut launcher. Walking over to the contraption I look to where they would launch it at the bug Pokemon and I see some altaroths munching around some mushrooms. Their jaws chewing the thick mushrooms as their bellies fill up with blue liquid. As they fill up they start moving away. I raise up to watch them leave but my foot slips one of my pokeballs land in the launcher and gets launched. The pokeball flies through the air and hits one of the altaroths, specifically one with a golden belly, and captures the bug Pokemon.

As the pokeball clicks, I go out side the fence and pick up the pokeball as the rest of the altaroths leave for the tree line towards the lowlands. I sigh as I go back to the RV. Walking in I'm greeted by the sight of the professor pulling on a new crop top. Her large breasts have chocolate nipples and areola. As she pulls it on she sees me and smiles before saying," enjoy the look."

I sigh before tossing her the altaroths pokeball before saying," and for the good show there's a new Pokemon."

She gets excited and released the altaroths before she starts looking over the bug Pokemon. The thin but flexible mandibles click and clacks as she examines the Pokemon. Touching the swollen belly the bug shudders and the back end starts opening. She grabs a glass flask and places it as a gold speckled blue liquid comes out as the stomach goes back to normal.

She picks up the glass flask and looks at the liquid swirling around, she takes out a small bit with a syringe. Placing it on a slide for her microscope she says," Amazing this liquid is thin enough to be unseen but it looks to have properties like a adhesive."

" Yeah I noticed," I say as I'm trying to pull my fingers apart as I have some on me. I takes some salt water and soaks my fingers dissolving the fluid.

(Author Note: salt in water can dissolve super glue from fingers.)

" Okay point the Pokedex at the Pokemon," says the professor. I hold up the Pokedex and a light blue holographic screen comes out from the handle, showing the Pokemon on the screen. I start going around the altaroth and after inputting the name, and information from my previous life, a female voice sounds from the Pokedex.

Pokedex: altaroth the belly bug Pokemon. Altaroth are a pack bug Pokemon that are quite docile preferring to avoid contact but will defend itself with liquids from it's belly. These liquids are a mixture between an adhesive and dissolvent for clothing and metals. The mushrooms and honey stored in it's belly are fermented and change properties.

Quest gained: capture 5 Pokemon from the lowlands.
