Chapter 36: CHAPTER-36
Johto region:
In the small and quiet town of newbark, a certain man named Noah could be seen on a stroll with his Pokemon.
'It is actually funny that May is not actually Birch's daughter.'
It was a suprise for sure.
He wore his professor uniform and the beautiful earrings were still worn by him.
It's not like he is able to take them off right?
Right now he was just simply exploring the area and enjoying the local foods.
'Pure bliss, no existential crisis caused due to lunatic cultists and no need to do the bidding of any legendary Pokemon.'
He thought as he bit into the kebab in his hand.
It's not like Ho-oh will come to Hoenn just to punish him for not doing his job right?
'And I guess Ash has arrived or he has arrived before me.'
He didn't really know and he didn't know how much time he had spent during the ralts incident.
'Simply inhumane.'
That incident left a bad taste in his mouth unlike the kebab.
Combusken also seems to be satisfied by the kebab considering its basically cannibalism.
But whatever let the fire chucked enjoy his stuff.
Just like Flaaffy who was quite fascinated by this delicacy the humans call cotton candy.
The others were relaxing in their pokeballs whereas the blue dragon was terrorising the seas.
'It would be a good exercise for him and I'm sure he will enjoy the water here.'
He certainly did enjoy it but the other aquatic lifeforms native to Hoenn certainly did not.
Noah trailed off from the main road and entered deep into the wilderness.
'I hope they are ready.'
He kept on walking while dodging trees and bushes.
And also keeping quiet as to alert no predators.
Although it wouldn't be much of an problem but he did not want to waste his time on that.

Inside a forest clearing:
Noah stared at the sorry state of his subordinates as they struggled to get out of the strange machine that layed on the ground.
'Again? These guys are quite tenacious.'
If you dont understand what happened it meant that they got their ass whooped by Ash again.
They never learn do they?
"Sorry boss but we have the product you ordered."
The talking cat said with an apologetic smile as he hurriedly took out something from his lab coat.
Yes a lab coat specially provided by Noah himself.
It was a glass case encasing a ball inside.
It was a pokeball.
A purple one infact.
'I am suprised they didn't steal this.'
Noah ordered one from Oak when he knew the existence of these balls.
Although he knew about them way before he still had to act suprised.
'How they are made us still a mystery.'
I don't have enough authority to know it.
What a suprise right?
I recieved the master ball from the cat and saw that Jessie and James still hadn't managed to get out from the roughed up machine.
'Although I want to help it looks too funny.'
Hehe.
Noah didn't spare another glance towards them as he left towards where he came from.

Birch's lab:
Noah could be seen talking to an middle-aged man with a stout figure.
He had a smile on his face as he spoke and the visible sweat on his face dripped onto the ground.
He didn't seem to care though as he was too engrossed in his conversation with Noah.
"So Noah, I heard you have a combusken by your side which is native to hoenn."
He asked while taking out a handkerchief to wipe his sweat.
"Yeah and did you know that the Hoenn region is mostly covered in water due to a particular legendary Pokemon?"
It was a back-and-forth of facts and went word for word.
Neither of them backed down, eager to prove the other was more knowledgeable.
Which was a childish argument.
So what?
Does that mean he should back down?
He just returned to the sweet embrace of the air conditioner after walking around the sunin this scorching heat and this fat punk whose mortal enemy is a zigzagoon dared to disturb his peace.
'Seriously, no wonder May is not his daughter it's hard to imagine any woman getting as close to 5 metres in distance with him.'
Noah sighed as he listened to Birch's rant on Pokemon.
'Fuck me.'
He accepted his fate.
Days passed, newbark had never been this livelier.
New trainers showed up for their starter Pokemon, Ash showed up, May decided to follow Ash etc.
Noah also got familiar with the life in Newbark.
But he knew this peace wouldn't last for long.
Noah sat on the edge of his bed, it was currently midnight and the faint howling of poochyena could be heard in the distance.
Noah face was completely nuetral while he was fidgeting with a purple pokeball in his hand.
His mind was currently occupied with his future plans.
The cult is still out there.
There's no one he can trust.
Maybe even himself will turn on him considering the recent events in which they had a mind of their own.
'The plan is simple and it is to first stop the corruption, destroy the cult, stop the evil entity's descend.'
Pretty simple right?
Except it's not!
Destroying the cult is the only doable thing in this list.
He was created by the cult and his mind was loaded with fake memories.
They know him better than himself so stopping the corruption is impossible.
And about the evil god?
Does it even need an explanation?
'The corruption is slow due to the protection from the other souls so I still have a bit of time left.'
'If I can complete my goals before he takes over then it's an automatic win.'
'Stop the descen =Mo evil god
No evil god=No powers
No powers=Nothing to use to corrupt me
Unable to corrupt me=My win.'
Simple plan indeed.
And how was he gonna stop and evil god?
'Arceus.'
The simple answer.
'So in that sense there is a chance for survival but who knows, maybe he already knew about my plans.'
Noah was still a bit sceptical about how the corruption is slow.
It's not like them.
They already have done a lot of tests so this issue should have already been resolved by now.
'Is he playing with me?'
He asked that question countless times.
Noah was no genius nor any manipulator shown in those animes.
So you know how much of a headache he must be having now.
He layed back into the bed and sighed.
'If only I had a chance to meet with him physically.'
'I would feed him his own heart.'
It wasn't a joke to hype him up.
It was a promise to console the millions of souls trapped inside him without a final resting place.
