Power Manipulator and his multiverse

At the moment I had a lot of powers in my mind that I wanted to try out and make, but first thing first I started the creation of my first power, a power that can help me get stronger on its own. And that power was called:

Media to reality: Using TVSeries/Movies/Anime/Mange, you can bring out items to reality.

Charges: 5 with other weaknesses included.

Mostly because you bring out something from fantasy to reality, some may say you can just go to those worlds using kaleidoscope and just take the item, but they forget one thing, if you go to those worlds without preparation you die and I don't want to go to any such world unless I have full confidence I won't die from some shmuck with OP power, Ex: Like scarlet witch on her bad day, MCU/DC/Most Manga's/ Demons and gods. Also the items I want are related to the plot so if I take them that world destiny is going to shit so unless im strong enough to not be affected by it or have a power to make sure I don't get found out by the beings of that world, until then no traveling to those worlds or travel but to weaker worlds.

Now to get back on track my powers, just creating this took 5 charges but that was also including the fact that i used weaknesses in it as well.

Weaknesses:

What you bring out will be the same as what was shown in the media. No more than that.

What you bring out will not be under you control unless it's specifically stated in the description of said item.

Some items are bound to someone else, so if you want you can bring them out but you can't use them, unless you bring it out before the item is bound to anyone, or you kill the previous owner and then bind it to yourself.

Some items have prerequisites you need to have to use, unless you have them you can't use them. Ex: Excalibur need you to be chosen by it, so unless you have something that allows you to wield it, you can't use it. A Space ring from a Xianxia world which needs Qi to be accessed, or an item that needs you to be at a strong enough level physically to use it.

Now I had 5 charges left, which left me thinking on what to use it for, I could use it to make my first power stronger, but that power is strong enough for now. It's not like I won't add anymore charges to it, but for now I need the charges for another power. The power I had in mind for this part was

Contract: Something all being do, whether they are aware of it or not, now you can make absolute contracts with the power to do anything with others and what's written in the contract will happen and will be followed.

Charges: 5 with weaknesses

I added 5 charges to this because I wanted one aspect of it to be absolute. I have seen dozen Fanfics and novels where people stab you in the back, people you trust most likely. Because trust is broken by those close to you and I don't want something like that happening to me no matter what. This is one power I will be putting more charges into first alongside my first power.

Contract: Something all being do, whether they are aware of it or not, now you can make absolute contracts with the power to do anything with others and what's written in the contract will happen and will be followed.

Charges: 5 with weaknesses

The power of the contract is absolute and must be followed by both parties.

Once one party complete their side of the contract the other side must/will be compelled to completed their side of the contract as well, whether they like it or not.

Unless specifically stated in the contract you can't break the contract, the contract is binding.

This power was something I got the idea from the Devils of DxD, where they could ask for anything even the soul of a person using their contracts. There was also the demons of MCU/ DC/ Ghost-rider/ Supernatural (TV-series).

After seeing that the charges were used up, I tried getting out of this space and opened my eyes to my room again. Looking around I saw that I had woken up in my own bed, my own room. Which confused me a little since I hadn't seen a lot when I woke and just went on to check on my powers. I was sure I would be transferred to another world since I already had the powers part.

Then I had a thought that maybe this world is not my own, or that maybe house got transported as well, there was a good reason I came up with this idea as well. Since I had read the manga's where the MC's house got transported to another world or just the door of his house got connected to another world. I had to get these ideas checked first to make sure I don't die a sudden death in case my house got transported to a dragon lair, a dungeon, or even worse inside a human town and I had to fight suddenly.

So first thing first I quickly got up and washed my face with cold water to make sure I'm awake for whatever happens next. My house was in the 2nd floor with 3 rooms 1 kitchen and 2 bathroom. There was an extra bath but that one was connected to my own room, so that was not counted. So I started opening and closing all the doors inside my house apartment to make sure there is nothing new there, after which I opened the windows to do the same. After making sure nothing was amiss here, I looked at my laptop on top my desk and opened it.
