Kaelthar sat on the edge of the futon, bare-chested, his long silver hair tumbling over his shoulders like molten light. The morning air in Kyoto was cool, seeping in from the open window. Outside, mist drifted lazily through the ancient pines surrounding Yasaka's temple. It was peaceful, a moment suspended in calm—but it wouldn't last.

Behind him, the faint rustle of sheets stirred. Yasaka stretched under the covers, golden hair wild from their night together. Her robe lay forgotten somewhere on the floor, along with the remnants of her composure.

"…Again?" she whispered, voice still raspy from their earlier passion.

Kaelthar glanced over his shoulder. "You said that last night."

"And I was serious then too." She groaned, rubbing her thighs. "You're… impossible. You don't even slow down."

He turned to face her, one brow raised. "Is that a complaint?"

Yasaka blushed, then rolled her eyes. "It's a confession. I love it, but gods, Kaelthar, I can't walk straight for hours after you're done with me."

She sat up and leaned against his back, arms sliding around his waist.

"You know," she murmured against his skin, "I might need help."

"Help?"

"I'm serious." Her voice dropped into something softer, almost embarrassed. "One woman can't handle you. Not even a youkai like me. I've been thinking…"

She hesitated, then continued.

"…I want you to build a harem."

Kaelthar blinked, tilting his head. "A what?"

"A group of lovers. Loyal. Consensual. Devoted to you." She sighed. "I never thought I'd say this, but watching you… experiencing you… it made me want to share you, just a little."

Kaelthar nodded slowly. "If that's what you want."

Yasaka gave a breathless laugh. "You're really just going to accept it like that?"

"I don't see why not. But I admit… I don't really understand what makes this different."

"I'll explain later. Right now, we should—"

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK

Yasaka's blood ran cold.

"Oh no…"

A muffled voice came from the door. "Lady Yasaka? The guests from the Gremory Clan have arrived."

"Shit." Yasaka scrambled off the bed, barely remembering to pull on a robe.

Kaelthar stood calmly, towel still hanging low around his hips. "Gremory?"

"I invited them weeks ago! I didn't think they'd come this early. It's Rias, the heiress of the Gremory Clan. I sent her a letter suggesting an alliance."

Kaelthar tilted his head. "This is a political meeting?"

"Yes—and I can't have you walking around half-naked during it!"

"But I am mostly covered."

"Not. The. Point."

Yasaka pushed him toward the wardrobe. "Clothes. Now."

Down the steps of the estate, five girls stood patiently outside the grand gates.

Rias Gremory stood at the front, arms crossed. Her long crimson hair fell like silk over her shoulders, and her eyes scanned the surrounding garden with interest. Behind her stood Akeno and Koneko,—all members of her peerage. The boys had stayed behind in Kuoh. This meeting, Yasaka said, was more of a "private talk between women of influence."

"It's beautiful here," Rias murmured.

Akeno smiled fondly. "It reminds me of my old home. The wooden beams, the way the temple grounds breathe… it's been a while since I felt this kind of peace."

Koneko tilted her head. "Smells… different."

Just then, the doors opened. Yasaka stepped out, composed and smiling—though the faint blush on her cheeks was noticeable to anyone paying close attention.

"Lady Rias," Yasaka greeted, bowing politely. "Welcome to Kyoto. I apologize for the delay. Morning rituals went a bit long."

Rias returned the bow. "We're honored by your invitation."

"Please, come inside. Tea has been prepared."

As the girls entered the estate, their eyes widened at the traditional beauty of the home—tatami mats, wooden pillars, hand-painted screens. The scent of incense lingered in the air.

Then came soft footsteps from the hallway.

Kaelthar appeared.

He was dressed now, though only barely. A black open shirt loosely draped over his shoulders, chest exposed, silver hair falling freely. His eyes glowed faintly, a divine hue beneath human expression.

He turned a corner, walking calmly toward them—and the moment Rias saw him, her heart skipped.

Who… what was that?

Kaelthar paused, noticing the newcomers. He gave a nod of acknowledgment.

Rias opened her mouth but no words came.

Akeno, meanwhile, grinned with interest.

"My, my. I wasn't expecting Lady Yasaka's… 'ally' to be this impressive."

Kaelthar looked at Yasaka for context.

She cleared her throat. "Kaelthar, these are our guests. Rias Gremory and her peerage. Ladies, this is Kaelthar. He's… an old friend of the world."

Kaelthar bowed slightly. "Welcome."

Rias finally found her voice. "Pleasure… to meet you."

Kaelthar gave a faint smile. "Likewise."

They moved to sit in the large room overlooking the garden. Tea was poured. Conversation remained polite—for the most part.

But Rias' eyes kept drifting toward him. Not just because of his looks, but something deeper. She couldn't place it. Power? Age? Presence? There was something… ancient. Something impossible.

She had come here expecting to discuss alliances.

Not to feel her pulse race over a stranger.

That night, long after the guests retired to the guest quarters, Yasaka led Kaelthar back into their room.

She undid her robe and stood bare in the moonlight.

"I saw how they looked at you," she whispered.

"I didn't mean to draw attention."

She walked toward him slowly. "They couldn't help it. Neither could I."

She reached for him, hands sliding across his chest. "But you're mine tonight."

He lifted her effortlessly, kissing her deeply as her legs wrapped around his waist. She moaned into his mouth as he carried her to the futon, laying her down gently.

The rest was a blur of heat, hands, and breathless moans.

Yasaka clung to him, whispering his name like a prayer. He moved inside her with such intensity she felt like she might shatter. Again and again, he brought her to the edge, only to pull her back. Her body trembled, voice breaking under the force of it all.

When she finally collapsed against him, her body glistening with sweat, she muttered, "You're going to ruin me."

Kaelthar only held her tighter.

"I hope so."

The next day, Kaelthar created a separate dimension.

It began with a single step outside of space, then a breath, then a thought.

The realm formed itself around his will—a paradise carved from stardust and crystal skies. Trees bloomed with radiant light. Rivers shimmered with life. It stretched endlessly, floating above the fabric of reality itself.

It was his home now. Theirs.

Protected. Isolated. Untouchable by chaos.

Yasaka walked beside him, wrapped in a new robe of silken gold. She stared at the sky, awestruck.

"It's beautiful."

"It's yours too."

She turned to him, eyes soft.

"Someday… it'll be full of people. Of women. A harem, like I said."

Kaelthar looked around. "There's room."

She smiled. "Good."

Then she leaned into him, smirking. "Because I know Rias Gremory is already thinking about it."
