A day had passed since Midoriya Izuku joined the League of Villains, and he had already started to get a sense of how the group was structured. Shigaraki Tomura and Kurogiri were All For One's true subordinates, and they had been the ones leading the charge during the invasion of U.A. High.

As for people like Toga Himiko, Twice, and Dabi, they had joined the League later. Midoriya wasn't sure what their goals or motivations were yet.

The League's stated goal during the U.A. invasion was to take All Might's life, and that was something Midoriya couldn't forget. It was also the reason he had agreed to All For One's offer to join the League. Infiltrating the enemy was the best way to protect All Might.

If these villains were planning any more moves, Midoriya could sabotage them from the inside. After all, it was All For One who had invited him in. He might as well use this opportunity to bring down the League of Villains.

As Midoriya was thinking about his next steps, there was a knock on his door.

Ever since the forest training camp incident, the heroes and police had been aggressively hunting down the League of Villains. To avoid detection, All For One had moved everyone to a new hideout. Despite being the former ruler of Japan's underworld with endless resources and backup plans, All For One didn't want to risk being found by the heroes and police. He had no interest in constantly being on the run like a rat.

"Come in."

Midoriya didn't know who was at his door, but he had reluctantly accepted his current situation. Even though he despised these villains for the innocent blood on their hands, he knew he had to stay calm and patient for now.

"Haha, Midoriya~! It's me! Aren't you surprised~~!!"

Toga Himiko, looking cheerful as ever, swung the door open and bounced into the room. Midoriya stared at her, feeling a headache coming on. For some reason, she had latched onto him, and now...

"What are you wearing?!"

"Twice said guys love maids!"

Toga was dressed in a maid outfit, and Midoriya could only sigh, rubbing his forehead. His head was starting to hurt. Were the League of Villains just messing with him now?

"Get out."

Midoriya didn't want to say more. He was barely holding back the urge to take down Toga, who had the blood of innocent people on her hands. This was already pushing him to his limit.

"Don't be like that~~! I really like you, so I went through the trouble of dressing up like this."

"Get out..."

Toga blushed and spoke in a sweet, shy tone, but Midoriya's expression only grew colder. The thought of innocent lives lost at the hands of this seemingly cute girl filled him with a strong urge to act.

"Or I'll kill you."

It wasn't an empty threat. Midoriya genuinely wanted to take down this villain who had committed murder. But his rational side held him back. He couldn't let himself become someone who took lives so easily.

"That's fine~~!"

Toga took a step closer to Midoriya, her face breaking into a twisted smile as she giggled.

"It's okay if Midoriya wants to kill me! I just want to get closer to you, to mix my blood with yours!"

Midoriya Izuku no longer felt any urge to harm Toga Himiko. He stood up and walked over to her, placing his hands on her shoulders.

"Midoriya~~ are you planning to do something naughty to me? I'm... I'm a little nervous!!"

"......"

Instead of responding to the blushing girl in front of him, Midoriya simply turned her around 180 degrees and gently pushed her out of his room. Then, with a click, he closed and locked the door behind her.

"Aw, Midoriya, you're not going to do anything bad to me? I was totally prepared for it~~!"

"This girl..."

Midoriya's only feeling right now was a headache. At this point, the League of Villains felt less like a group of malicious criminals and more like a gathering of people with serious mental issues.

From Toga Himiko's words, it was clear her mind was twisted, which made Midoriya lose any desire to harm her... If there was a chance to help someone like her, maybe she could be rehabilitated. If she could return to normal, that would be acceptable.

Outside, Toga Himiko stormed over to the person who had given her the terrible advice, angrily saying:

"Twice, you lied to me! Midoriya didn't even look at me properly!"

"No way, Toga! I love how you look right now. You're so cute!"

"Exactly! Any man would love a cute maid. That's my life motto."

For once, Twice's two conflicting personalities agreed on something. Toga Himiko couldn't help but wonder—had she really messed up?

Shigaraki Tomura glanced at Twice and Toga Himiko, feeling utterly disgusted. When had the League of Villains turned into such a cozy, friendly group? It made him sick to his stomach.

"It's all because of that kid..."

Ever since that first mission to capture Midoriya Izuku, things had started to change. His "Sensei" had taken over the League's operations, and everything now revolved around that kid. All For One hadn't explained why, and Shigaraki, who deeply trusted his Sensei, hadn't asked. He just followed orders.

But lately, Shigaraki had started to feel something was off. It was as if the world, which had always revolved around him, had suddenly shifted its focus to that Midoriya Izuku guy. It was hard for him to adjust.

"Tomura, what's wrong?"

"Nothing... it's nothing."

Kurogiri's concerned voice snapped Shigaraki out of his thoughts. He pushed his doubts aside, convincing himself he was overthinking things. His Sensei and Kurogiri were on his side. That Midoriya Izuku kid was just a pawn in some bigger plan. That's why Sensei was so focused on him.

Feeling somewhat reassured, Shigaraki didn't notice the strange look in Kurogiri's eyes—or rather, it was hard to tell since Kurogiri didn't have a human face to begin with.

All For One's orders to Kurogiri were clear:

"Keep an eye on Tomura. He's the most important piece in the next phase of my plan."
