Chapter 265: First Battle (2/2), Conquered
Roughly four kilometers away from the Hawkfrey Tribe, in a thin forest at a hilly area.
Almond finished constructing six portals, each one three meters in diameter.
He sent a thought message to his spirit wraiths, telling them to come through the portal as Lily, Grim Breakers, and other gold rankers began emerging from one of the six portals.
"Standby there fifteen meters away. Others will be coming soon," Almond waved his hand after speaking, sending a tiny mana string into the other five portals.
The string arrived at the five tribes through the portals where the tribe chiefs were waiting with their armies.
The strings shattered before Almond's voice rang out, telling them to enter.
Soon, all five armies gathered in the forest, standing at five different spots.

Avantana Tribe had 322 gold rank warriors and one platinum rank at max level—their tribe chief, Bassara Avantana.
Paglan Tribe had 313 gold rank warriors and one level 150 platinum rank—their tribe chief, Mordekus Paglan.
Serpensha Tribe had 309 gold rank warriors, and their peak platinum-rank tribe chief—Vesse Serpensha.
Felimore Tribe had 336 feline warriors, with their platinum rank panther chief—Kalash Felimore.
Lastly, the Baelfer Tribe had 302 warriors under the platinum rank chief—Keliaz Baelfer.
After talking with tribe leaders, Almond teleported everyone two kilometers further, atop a small mountain.
Almond observed the Hawkfrey Tribe using his domain, detecting their warriors and Draconians if there were any.
'There are two Draconians only. I guess they are just staying there so they can stay in contact with their base and give reports for anything.'
Almond's eyes glinted, 'If we can win without letting the Hawkfrey tribe use their Guardian Deity, that would be ideal.'
Turning to the tribe chiefs and his party, Almond said, "It's time. I will teleport us right at the tribe's barracks. Fight their warriors, and don't kill them if possible. Disable them and impair them, making them unable to continue fighting. We are five times more than them, so this should be easy."
"Why aren't we killing them?" Serpensha Tribe Chief raised his eyebrows.
"Hawkfrey Tribe will become our alliance's subject. We still have more wars to fight, so the more warriors we conquer along with tribes, the better."
"Ready your buffs and skills. We will overwhelm them."
Everyone nodded.
Almond then turned to Emma and said, "Emma, I want a strong paralyzing poison, which can also disrupt their mana to prevent them from using it. Can you get something like that?"
"Paralyse and mana interference. Yep, I can do that. Give me two minutes."
Two minutes later, Emma finished creating the poison with her specialized class as liquid enough to fill a small vial floated.
Almond told Nyssara to create a crystal vial with her elemental mastery to contain the poison. After enchanting his sword with this poison, Almond put the remaining poison into the vial.
Before he teleported the army, Almond went alone and slashed both Draconians first, poisoning them and then sealing them within a spatial bubble.
If he killed them, and someone their deaths could be sensed or detected, then the draconian would find out about this attack, which he wanted to prevent from happening until their alliance conquered this tribe.
After quickly dealing with the two draconians, Almond launched his full-powered strike on Hawkfrey Tribe's chief after teleporting right behind him in his palace, instantly shredding him into pieces with an attack consuming all of his Mana at his full power.
Although he could spare other warriors, killing the chief was important to make the tribe kneel.
After dealing with the tribe chief and taking the deity statue from him, Almond successfully prevented the tribe from summoning their guardian deity.
Something like this wasn't possible for others. The tribe chiefs were strong. They were peak Platinum-rank powerhouses with high elemental mastery, powerful skills, and talents.
Simply one-shotting them by sneaking up like that wasn't possible for any other gold-ranker except for Almond who was an anomaly with his overpowered arsenal of powers.
Afterward, Almond teleported the army right in the middle of the tribe as a huge battle began, and also ended swiftly.
"Your tribe chief is dead! Surrender now and you all will live for a new future or die here!" Almond shouted as he floated in the sky, overlooking the three hundred gold-rank warriors who were surrounded by five armies and fifty adventurers in shiny armor and weapons.
Almond showed them their tribe chief's head, and all the flying hawkfrey members and those on the ground felt their hearts tremble as they began shouting and crying.
The sound of weapons dropping echoed all around as it was clear that they couldn't fight any longer and chose to surrender.
Almond then killed the two Draconians and told the five tribes to station 50 of their warriors here.
He also told the gold-rank adventurers to stay in the Hawkfrey tribe here until further instructions.
Now that Planet Earth conquered another planet's tribe, the score shifted, which also told everyone that they conquered another tribe.
[Main Leaderboard]
- Planet Earth: 28,500 cumulative battlefield points.
- Planet Empyradrake: 28,000 cumulative b.points.
- Planet Cyberterra: 25,000 cumulative b.points.
- Planet Eldoren: 16,000 cumulative b.points.
They had 17k cumulative points previously, so they got 10,000 cumulative points by conquering this tribe. As for 1,500 points more, those were from something done in the Battlefield where frontline adventurers did something to earn them.
With the change in score, the other three worlds knew that Planet Earth attacked a tribe belonging to one of them.
All three of them sent people outside first to check who died as they indeed had the means to detect deaths.
People on Earth also had the means to detect it, albeit not efficiently as only the Okoro clan of shamans could make a life slip, so Almond assumed the other worlds had them as well.
The draconians especially had a powerful detection as the two that died had parents, and with the dragon bloodline resonance, they knew their children had died.
…
Somewhere on a mountain, five people from each of the three worlds had gathered, facing each other at a table.
They had contacted each other an hour ago and decided on a place of meeting regarding Almond and planet Earth, so they were in the middle of it when the score changed.
"It's my tribe…" Zoltrend clenched his fist. "I just got a report that two of my people died. I had stationed them at Hawkfrey Tribe, which means that planet Earth conquered it."
Hearing that, the other gold-rankers immediatly began chattering, feeling annoyed, anxious, and angry amongst other things.
"They are fucking fast!"
"It's all because of that one bastard."
"Yeah, that asshole has space master, and he is freakishly strong."
"If his space mastery is high and he has portals and other applications, this war becomes easy for him," Leo narrowed his eyes. "Teleporting saves a lot of time, so he is already ahead of us in terms of everything regarding this region's geography and war preparations."
"It seems that working together to eliminate him is indeed the best option. Otherwise, Planet Earth will pick us up one by one and win this event," El coldly said. "That must not happen."
He looked at the other two and said, "We are all enemies and we will kill each other. I will personally go all out in eliminating you two, but before that…let's finish off that human Almond and weaken his force by working together."
"Let's plan," Zoltrend snorted, his nostrils and eyes bursting with violet flames. "He must die."
