Chapter 389: Found Something Fun (2)
Natalia hiccuped while smiling pervertedly, "Nooo…."
Marcus' eyes shone, and he stared at Maya with a somber expression, "Can I order one for you, my lady?"
Kira and Emma couldn't help but laugh.
"I'll crush your balls," Maya snorted.
"I've decided," Noah said with a grin. "I'm ordering Starvein Elixir."
"Oi, oi, look! An aroused human beauty, eh? Hey, I've got a private room here, wanna have some fun?"
A group of five men was passing by when the leading figure of the group commented as he saw Natalia.
They looked human but had a single black crystal horn growing out of their forehead, with patterns extending from the roots through their entire foreheads.
"What did you say?" Kira stood up, her eyes cold.
"Yo, you wanna join too? You're one slender and sexy bitch now that you stood up to reveal yourself fully."
The man actually extended his hand and it suddenly blurred as he grabbed her butt.
"You!"
"What a butt!"
And that made all three tables of Mad Nuts trigger as they stood up.
"You trash, what did you say?!"
"You got a death wish, alright!"
"Apologise right now, or things might not end well for you," Noah glared, killing intent flaring in his eyes as a sword appeared in his hand.
*Clank*
"Things aren't ending well for even if you apologize now," Emma's eyes flickered with dark green sparks, her myriad of poisons already invading them as she activated her Regalon Spirit Armament.
"Beat them to pulp!" Marcus shouted and made his move.
"You!!"
*BOOM!*
…
Almond and Lily had a passionate battle in their big bedroom for four hours and were chilling while eating food and watching Spirit Lords train since all of them had finished meditation training and wanted to test out their new combat powers.
"Hey, brats."
Suddenly, Big D appeared as a cute shaggy white cat, sitting on the grass floor before them.
"What's up?" Almond blinked.
"There's a small trouble. A group of your Mad Nuts faction is held captive on a planet."
Lily and Almond frowned.
"What happened?" Lily asked.
"Don't know in detail, but a conflict occurred between them and some people there. Those people were from the cosmos' ruling-class force—Dartor Blaze Clan."
"Anyway, go there and resolve the issue fast. They might kill Natalia and others, but since they are students of my academy, they want the Faction leaders, meaning you two, to go and resolve it."
Big D's eyes narrowed. "They naturally know about you two since your videos are still trending."
Almond and Lily raised their eyebrows.
"Anyway, go and resolve it. The private train is ready to go there right away."
"Bring Rudra with you. This ruling-class clan has two Supreme Emperors, though neither of them is qualified for the Ascension Games yet. But they have eleven Immortal Emperors."
Almond wryly smiled, "It seems this isn't going to be resolved peacefully."
"They better be ready for a carnage then," Lily snorted.
"Well, I have no idea how it's going to be resolved as it's up to them, but better to be safe and sorry," Big D shrugged. "I've sent you the train's coordinates."
Big D vanished while Almond inputted the coordinates in this spatial resonator.
"Alright, everyone. Enough training for now. We are going on a short trip," Almond said as he stopped Spirit Lords' training and sent everyone back into his Spirit Realm.
Afterward, Almond contacted Admiral Rudra, who was training with an Immortal Emperor in the Academy's Arena Grounds.
Bringing him along, Almond and Lily arrived in a train's luxurious compartment with big sofas.
Admiral Rudra sat across from Almond and Lily. Blinking once, he asked, "What's going on? Where are we going?"
Almond told him about the matter.
Frowning, Admiral Rudra, "I'm fairly certain the fault lies within the opposite party. We have told our members not to pick trouble, and this is the first time this has happened in six months."
"Indeed," Almond chuckled.
"Humph, our members don't dare to cause trouble because they know what happens if they do," Lily snorted. "Which means, this Dartor Blaze Clan is courting death."
"How strong is it?" Admiral Rudra asked, his eyes narrowing. "Are we capable of handling them?"
"Since they've captured our people, we'll prioritize saving them," Almond's eyes glinted as he cracked his index finger. "Let's hope neither of their Supreme Emperors has Space Mastery at Ascent rank, or it'd make it harder for me to save them."
"If they have, we just need a subtle and cunning alternative to save them," Lily said.
"Indeed. Anyway, we are going to get some Immortal-rank old monsters soon. Six of them were already peak and just needed the push that they got in the Griminion Tide's battle. Now they just need to earn the breakthrough resources."
"Did they already go to a Chaotic Dimension?" Almond raised his eyebrows.
Breaking through to Immortal-rank required one to create a Prana Core in the middle of their Prana Sea, which is within one's Soul Avatar.
But creating a Prana Core wasn't easy as it required being one in extreme condition at death's door, emptying their all energy reserves completely, and then absorbing raw wild Prana directly into their soul avatar.
Moreover, the raw wild Prana must be from a Chaotic Dimension where the Prana can be found in its purest form. This resource was hard to access because a Chaotic Dimension was chaotic, but within each chaotic phenomenon, there would be a sublime resource in the form of anything—a crystal, an exotic plant, a flower, or a shard.
This resource would have chaotic attributes, but after refining it, the purest of wild prana would remain, which one had to absorb with complete emptiness of other energies within them to form Prana Core.
Since Chaotic Dimensions usually had people vying for resources, adding to the fact that chaotic phenomena hiding such resources were not plentiful in each Chaotic Dimension, it wasn't easy to get that resource. People even die trying to get them, stopping their journey at High Mortal rank.
But only after forming Prana Core would one break through to Immortal-rank, gaining a natural lifespan without limit as the Prana Core would forever keep them rejuvenated as well as empower the soul to awaken a Soul Trait directly based on their arsenal of powers.
Soul Trait could do wonders for powerhouses, but they awakened randomly based on one's experience, desire, and will, so their utility was different for everyone.
For instance, Almond's Soul Trait was actually none other than Tenacity. He awakened it in his past life when he awakened his soul and controlled Prana by destroying Labyrinth's structure, which was made of Prana, by breaking Grimworld's rules purely by his tenacity and will.
His X-rank trait returned to him since his will reached higher, so it acted as a partial soul trait.
But when he awakened it fully after breaking through to Immortal-rank, it became even more powerful, giving Almond unlimited Stamina as well as making sure he never fainted or lost focus as long as his will persisted.
Meanwhile, Lily's Soul Trait was a completely different type than Almond's, known as Vibe Meter. Depending on the vibe she feels, which is always at maximum potency when she is with Almond, her power of detecting illusion, lies, weaknesses, intentions of others, and truth becomes absolute.
Admiral Rudra's Soul Trait was Oathborne Will. If he makes an oath for something, he gains a random buff depending on the oath.
