However, he did need something. Therefore, he opened up the premium shop and looked for an item that could help him fight.

I guess I won't be getting stats per level... Though, my stats should be much easier to increase now. A smile appeared on his face before he decided to move a bit deeper into this cave, which, after several hours, he deduced was some sort of dungeon.

Nonetheless, he had to clear it first.

Soon, he encountered another rat, which he quickly dispatched with a slice through its spine.

However, the moment those thoughts fell, he suddenly felt a searing pain in his thigh.

Looking down with a frown, he noticed an arrowhead sticking out, which he quickly broke off and pulled out.

Not even a moment later, another arrow flew toward him, which he just barely evaded.

Yet once his eyes landed on the one behind this, he saw an ugly green dwarf—a goblin holding a bow with an arrow already nocked.

Rael did not waste any time. Bearing through the pain, he positioned himself lower, making it more difficult for the goblin to hit him.

Despite the limp, he was able to get close to the goblin. However, as he did, the goblin suddenly shot an arrow at him point-blank, hitting his shoulder.

Gritting his teeth through the pain, he pulled his arm back and hurled the military knife at the goblin, hitting it square in the face and piercing through its brain.

He didn't back down and approached, bearing through the pain as the system messages kept flashing in front of his eyes.

However, in the heat of the moment, he caught it, turned it over, and tossed it back toward the goblin.

Since his military knife was still embedded in the goblin's head, it couldn't react to the incoming projectile, and soon...
