"Alright Saya... We only have one shot at this, so don't get over zealous, because if we're caught, we might as well be the next best thing to being dead." Rei warned her friend adamantly.

"You don't think I know that? Just lead the way, I won't make a sound."

Both made their way to the eastern side of the castle. Along the way, both Rei and Saya had close encounters with construction workers that were to repair the walls and the training grounds that were damaged.

Eventually, the both found their way into the royal chambers section...

"He should be close, in the second to last room..." Rei reminded herself. As they both flew towards the corner, they could see Michael's room right up ahead, just at the end of the corridor.

"Follow my lead..." Rei, levitated forward, ensuring she wasn't making any noise. Saya did as told, following her friend quietly.

As they both reached his door, Rei took charge, knocking on it, hoping for an answer.

She hesitated briefly before rapping on the metal, the sound muffled but distinct in the stillness. They waited, breaths held, but no response came.

"Where is he?" Saya whispered, glancing around nervously.

Rei frowned, her brow furrowing. "I don't know. He should be here."

Just as they turned to leave, the sound of approaching voices reached their ears, growing louder as the speakers neared the corner of the corridor. Panic flashed in Rei's eyes, and she grabbed Saya's arm, pulling her back toward the door.

"In here!" she hissed, pushing it open just enough for them to slip inside before quietly shutting it behind them.

The two pressed themselves against the wall, their breathing shallow as they listened.

Outside the door, Michael walked alongside King Talmos, his expression unreadable.

"It's impressive, I'll admit," Talmos said, his voice calm but laced with curiosity. "To recover so quickly from injuries like yours... even for a Saiyan, it's almost unheard of."

Michael glanced at him briefly before looking ahead again. "I guess I'm just too stubborn to stay down." he replied evenly.

The king gave a low chuckle. "Perhaps. Or maybe it's something more. You're not like the others, Michael... That much is quite obvious."

Michael didn't respond readily, his silence prompting Talmos to continue.

"Well, whatever the reason, your rapid recovery is... quite intriguing. I'll have the royal physicians examine your vitals again tomorrow, of course; it would with your permission... It's possible we could learn something useful from your physiology."

Michael stopped in front of his door, turning to face the king. "I'll... think about it for now." However, Michael had no intention of being a lab rat for the king. In fact, he didn't even expect the king to even ask him something like this in the first place.

Talmos regarded him for a moment, his sharp gaze unreadable. Finally, he gave a small nod. "Alright. We'll speak more in the morning." With that, the king turned and walked back down the corridor, his presence slowly fading into the distance...

Michael exhaled quietly, waiting until Talmos' footsteps were completely out of earshot before he opened the door to his room... He stepped inside, shutting it softly behind him, and froze.

'Hmm...' He looked around the room for a little, then inhaling once more before exhaling...

His senses immediately going on high alert. The faint disturbance in the air, the subtle shift in ki—two presences, concealed but unmistakable there, just feint.

"One... no, two people?" he surmised, his gaze scanning the room once again.

A small smirk formed at the corner of his mouth as he crossed his arms... "I know you're both here." he said, his voice calm but firm. "Stop wasting both our times, and stop the hiding."

After a few seconds, Michael could see two figures, and he instantly recognized them...

'No way... It's those two Saiyan females I saw before all this, the one's I robbed the blood from; It's Saya and Rei if I remember correctly.' He was definitely a bit surprised to see them both here.

"Who... are you two?" Despite the current situation, he wasn't exactly feeling threatened by the two. His current level of power had by far superseded all the Saiyan's on the planet, and if he received that new bloodline from the King. His power would likely increase even further...

Giving him more than enough confidence to finish off the two incase they tried something, but he doubt they would... If the fight earlier with the king himself was anything to go by, he was very powerful.

Saya being the ice-breaker of the group was the first to come forward, showing a small smile, introducing herself "Well~ since you've already caught us red-handed... My name's Saya, and this is-"

"Rei, my name is Rei. We are the ones who found you and brought you here..." Rei finished.

'She's blunt, but that isn't a bad thing I guess...' Michael thought.

"Well, that's interesting... I think I should thank you two for helping me get here. So, thank you." He added.

Saya grinned, clearly pleased with his response. "See, Rei? He's polite. That wasn't so hard, was it?"

Rei shot her a sideways glance but didn't argue. Instead, she crossed her arms and focused her attention back on Michael. "Don't mention it. We couldn't just leave you there, not in the state you were in."

Michael nodded slowly, his sharp eyes flicking between the two of them. He still wasn't entirely sure why they were here, but their energy wasn't hostile. For now, he decided to play along.

"So, you brought me back to the castle," he said, his tone measured. "But that doesn't explain why you're sneaking into my room in the middle of the night."

Saya chuckled nervously, rubbing the back of her head. "Yeah, okay, I'll admit this looks bad. But we didn't come here to spy or anything like that."

"Then what?" Michael asked, leaning against the wall with his arms crossed.

Rei stepped forward, her expression serious. "We wanted to talk to you. After everything we saw during your fight with the king... well, let's just say we have questions."

Michael raised an eyebrow. "Questions?"

Saya nodded enthusiastically. "You're strong. Like, really strong. And it's not just your power level—it's the way it keeps growing, like there's no limit to it. That's not normal, even for a Saiyan."

Rei's gaze narrowed slightly. "Whatever you did, whatever's changed... it's made you different. We saw it firsthand during your fight. We want to know if you understand what's happening to you—and if you can control it."

Michael frowned, their words stirring a mix of emotions. He didn't like the idea of them prying into his business, but he couldn't deny that they had a point. His power had been unstable since the infusion, surging and shifting a little unpredictably...

He exhaled through his nose, his tone calm yet firm. "Don't get me wrong here... But, I don't owe you two an explanation."

Rei didn't flinch, she expected a much, and so did Saya. "Maybe not. But we're not here to cause trouble... We're here because we think we can maybe help you with your situation."

Michael tilted his head, a faint smirk forming on his lips. "Help? With what, exactly?"

Saya stepped forward, hands on her hips. "We want to spar with you."

"..."

"..."

The room fell dead silent for what felt like an eternity, and Michael blinked, caught off guard. Then, he laughed softly, shaking his head. "You want to spar with me? That's what this is about?"

"Damn right," Saya said, her confidence unwavering. "We've seen what you can do, and we're not backing down. Think of it as... a test. For all of us."

'Sureee....' He thought. Though, he weighed his option a bit, thinking that it really could help him in some way; 'I could potentially learn a thing or two from these two. They seem fairly capable, and fairly powerful in their own right, I won't get much stronger from this, but it should help me improve my overall capabilities...'

Rei nodded, her expression still very serious. "We saw you're power today, and we thought we could help you polish up... And power without control is dangerous. If we fight, we'll know if you've got what it takes to handle it."

Michael's smirk widened at what she said, realizing that both of them were trying to assess him to an extent, and to a degree. They were right. The rage he had felt during that fight could become a hinderance if not refined and controlled, and it reminded of what Gohan went through when he was younger...

'Yeah... I won't get cocky and let what happened to Gohan happen to me.'

"You two really thought this through, huh?"

Saya shrugged. "Not really... But we're here now, so why not go for it?"

Maybe he gave them too much credit, but it still benefitted him, albeit to a small extent... Michael knowing this studied them both for a moment, the determination clear as day, near blinding from their eyes. Finally, he pushed off the wall, his crimson aura flaring faintly as he took a step closer.

"Alright..." he said, his tone low, clearly sounding very sure of himself, "If you two want a spar, I'll give you one. But don't expect me to go easy on you two. I think it's a proper thank you for helping me come here..."

Saya grinned, cracking her knuckles, he could see she was very excited. "We wouldn't want you to."

Rei gave a small nod, her focus relatively unshaken. "Then we'll both meet you at the training grounds. Sunrise, maybe?"

Michael chuckled, turning back toward the center of the room. "I'll be there. Don't disappoint me."

As the two Saiyan women turned to leave, Saya threw him a quick grin over her shoulder. "Oh, don't worry. We won't."

The door clicked shut behind them, leaving Michael alone once more. He stood in the quiet room, an small smirk playing on his lips for a few seconds.

"Heh... Sparring with those two, huh?" he mumbled to himself a little, and strangely, he smiled even wider at this... "This could be a little interesting."

With that, Michael sat comfortably on his bed, meditating on his fight with the king from earlier in the day, whilst also communicating with his clone...
