After that both of them left the clinic with Nargis dropping Anveshi at her apartment and then she went back to the secret house of Uday Shetty.

After the both women had left, Akram woke up from the fake unconscious and moved closer to Hebah and standing behind her, he put his head on her shoulder of Hebah and held her both shoulders.

Then looking forward towards the long expanding road he said, "Now that they have gone from here. You should get going as well and bring her here. Because after that we have so much work to do."

Hebah: "Okay. Okay. I am going now. And you don't think of running away from here."

Hebah playfully teased Akram for a little to which Akram gave a response by tickling her body where she feels ticklelish.

After this little playful happening between them Hebah left the clinic and went to the address which Akram has given her.

After Hebah left the place Akram moved back into the office of Hebah and then he took out his phone that was kept hidden in a drawer of Hebah's table.

He immediately dialed the number of Akshara and within two rings Akshara picked up the call thus starting a conversation between them.

Akshara: "Did you miss me ?"

Akram: "Of course I miss you. After all you are my mine."

Akshara: "Yeah right."

Akram: "What you don't believe me shall I rip my heart out and show you ?"

Akshara: "Don't say things like that I want to love the rest of my life with you. So don't say things like that."

Akram: "Okay I am sorry. I will not say things like that."

Akshara(with a smile): "That's more like it. Tell me what should I do next ?"

Akram: "The time has come for you get your freedom."

As Akshara heard these words of Akram, her grip immediately tightened around her phone while other hand grabbed tightly the edge of the table that is before her.

Akshara: "You mean ?"

Akram: "Time to execute the next phase of my plan. From now on begin to instigate Anil against Uday Shetty and use his name to pressurize the police to capture or kill Uday Shetty. But remember your name should not come before anyone."

Akshara: "Don't worry Akram. As long as you are with me, nothing will happen to me. As per executing the plan, I have been waiting for this day to come. Now that it is here. I will not mess it up."

Akram: "Good. That's like my good Akshara baby. Take care and keep me informed. And if you feel that you are danger just think about me and I will come to your side to protect you."

Akshara became shy after hearing these words of Akram and in that shyness of her, after saying bye she immediately cut the call.

After the call ended Akram put the phone back in the drawer and then he sat down on the chair present in that room and then he picked up the file that was given to him by Hebah earlier in the operation room.

Opening the file he murmered, "Uday Shetty your doom is coming towards you."

After this he started to read all of the contents of the file with a smile on his face.

Meanwhile Nargis reached at the secret house of Uday Shetty and as she entered inside she saw Uday Shetty is sitting on the couch with his gun in his hand.

Ignoring him, Nargis began to move towards the stairs in hopes to go into her room but when Uday Shetty found himself being ignored by Nargis the volcano of his anger has another outburst.

Under the effect of this he immediately got up from the couch and taking long and fast strides reached closer to Nargis while shouting, "Stop right there", very loudly.

Nargis stopped her motion and turned towards Uday Shetty with a very disgusted look on her face.

Seeing that look on her face, Uday Shetty immediately took her neck in the grasp of his hand and then he pushed right onto the wall and put the gun on her head.

After this with an angry look he shouted, "You fucking bitch. Haraamzadi. How dare you take that dog Akram to the clinic to save his life. I will kill you."

Gasping for air while still being in the grip of Uday Shetty, Nargis gave him a disgusted look and said, "Go ahead and kill me. You have the jigra go ahead and kill me. Then she moved towards her room upstairs but before going up she gave him the medicine that Dr. Hebah has given her.

After that she immediately moved into her room while Uday Shetty just trembled in fear while still standing at that position.

Meanwhile Dr. Hebah following the address given by Akram, reached at her destination where she a small house is present.

Stopping her car, she got out of it and moved towards the house and reaching before the door she knocked on it and immediately the door got opened.

It was like the person present inside the house was waiting for this knock to happen while standing closer to the door.

And the moment the door got opened Priya holding a bag in her hand came out of the house with a smile on her face and said, "Akram sent you here right ? Let's go I am ready."

The address which Akram had given Dr. Hebah was of his house where he and Priya were living and after seeing Priya all ready, Dr. Hebah also called her and after locking the house Priya went with Dr. Hebah to meet Akram.
