“Reborn as the Devil of System:Chronicles of a Dominator”

Chapter 3: Chapter 3: “Welcome to Kuoh Academy”

The morning sun crept over the horizon, casting golden streaks through the tall windows of my estate. The warmth on my skin felt surreal, like my body was still adjusting to this new reality. But the faint hum of power beneath my skin—and the soft figure draped beside me—was all the confirmation I needed.

This wasn't a dream.

Isara's fingers traced lazy circles over my chest, her emerald eyes half-lidded with satisfaction from the night before. But my mind was already elsewhere, focused on the glowing notification hovering just out of sight.

[New Mission: Expand Your Influence]

[Objective: Conquer your first peer at Kuoh Academy.]

[Reward: Ability Upgrade - "Charm Aura (Passive)."]

Kuoh Academy.

The epicenter of supernatural chaos. Devils, fallen angels, exorcists—all hiding under the guise of an ordinary Japanese high school. But to me, it wasn't just a school. It was a playground.

And I was going to own it.

Later That Day…

The school gates loomed ahead, deceptively normal with students streaming in, laughing, chatting, oblivious to the monsters hidden among them. I adjusted the black blazer of Kuoh's male uniform, the fabric tailored perfectly to my physique. Heads turned as I walked past—girls whispering, guys glaring with poorly hidden envy.

I didn't blame them. My presence was… overwhelming. A side effect of the Dominion System, maybe. Or maybe it was just me.

As I crossed the courtyard, another notification flashed.

[Target Acquired: Rias Gremory - High-Class Devil, President of the Occult Research Club.]

[Bonus Objective: Establish Dominance without direct confrontation.]

Rias Gremory.

The Crimson-Haired Ruin Princess herself. Gorgeous, dangerous, and one of the most influential figures in Kuoh Academy's supernatural hierarchy.

I didn't have to look far to find her.

She stood beneath a cherry blossom tree, the wind playing with her long crimson hair, making it shimmer like fire. Her aura was undeniable—noble, confident, magnetic. But when her sapphire eyes met mine across the distance, there was a flicker of something else.

Curiosity.

And maybe… intrigue.

I smirked.

Let's begin.

Inside the Classroom

As luck—or fate—would have it, my assigned seat was right beside her.

The classroom buzzed with the usual pre-lecture chatter, but all I could focus on was Rias. She sat with perfect poise, her legs crossed, her attention seemingly on a book she wasn't really reading. I could feel it—the subtle shifts in her aura, the occasional glance from the corner of her eye.

[Mission Update: First Impression Bonus Available.]

[Trigger: Verbal Dominance or Subtle Flirtation.]

I leaned back in my chair, stretching slightly, making sure she noticed. Then, without turning my head, I spoke just loud enough for her to hear.

—"Is the book that boring, or is it me that's distracting you?"

There was a beat of silence, the tension in the air thick enough to cut with a knife. A few nearby students glanced our way, sensing the shift.

Rias closed her book slowly, finally turning to face me fully. Her sapphire eyes were sharp, calculating—but there was a faint smile tugging at her lips.

—"Confident, aren't you?" she replied smoothly. "Do you always assume people are staring because of you?"

—"No," I said with a grin. "But in this case, I'd be right."

Her smile widened slightly, but there was a glint of challenge behind it.

[Mission Progress: 25%]

She didn't respond immediately. Instead, she leaned in just a little, her voice dropping to a sultry whisper only I could hear.

—"You're new here, aren't you? Aiden Drake, right?"

I raised an eyebrow.

—"Did your sources tell you that, or have you been personally interested?"

She chuckled softly, leaning back with that regal grace only she could pull off.

—"We'll see," she murmured.

After Class

I didn't expect things to escalate so quickly, but as I packed my things, I felt a presence behind me. Turning, I found myself face-to-face with another beauty—Akeno Himejima, the vice president of the Occult Research Club.

Raven-black hair cascading down her back, violet eyes sparkling with playful mischief. She smiled, but there was something dangerous behind it.

—"Aiden Drake, right?" Her voice was sweet, but it dripped with something darker. "President Rias would like to speak with you. Alone."

[New Event Triggered: Private Meeting with Rias Gremory.]

[Optional Objective: Dominate the conversation without revealing your true power.]

I grinned to myself.

The game just got interesting.

End of Chapter 3

Would you like me to continue with Chapter 4, where Aiden meets Rias privately and starts manipulating the dynamics within the Occult Research Club?
