Reincarnated as a Son of the Sword Saint and the Sage

Chapter 476: Summer Vacation Ended

Days had passed since my family established a relationship with the tree spirits. Various things and events occurred these past days.

The day my sister and I got back to home after spending the night at the World Treant's place, they were surprised when we told them that we hooked up with Aesfen and one of her sisters.

Mother was proud of our actions since rizzing up women was in our blood, but Mom reminded her to be careful with choosing her words. Remembering their issues before, Mother did not speak at that time as Mom was praising both of us.

I sometimes did not understand Mom. She was so strict on Mother, but she let us do the exact things she did not want Mother to do anymore, like cheating and hooking up.

However, she let Mother take Gabrielle as her new wife. It was probably because Mom also loved Gabrielle. I also found it strange that Mom did not mind Mother having a child with another woman. But well, I requested it, and Mom just could not say no to me.

Other than our new relationships, our mothers were shocked to hear that the World Treant deemed me as its equal, making me its co-owner to the tree spirits.

They were wondering why a being as mighty as the World Treant took such measures. As same as I was, they also thought that the World Treant did that because I was the one who defeated Czarina.

Regarding the matter with the dungeon under the World Treant, the tree spirits had been issued dungeon cards, and now they were able to venture into the dungeon and slay monsters without worrying about dying.

The population's strength was essential for the place's defense, so it was important for the tree spirits to strengthen themselves as well as improving their battle experience.

Alongside killing monsters, Aesfen, Alandra, and the other oldest tree spirits had been training the tree spirits to improve their magical and physical combat prowess. The boot camp was held on an extra floor, so they could unleash their potential without holding back.

But I made it clear that it was voluntary and they did not have to force themselves to challenge the dungeon. However, more than two-thirds of the tree spirits, from Alraunes to Meliads, were willing to dive the dungeon.

Speaking of Aesfen and Alandra, my sister and I hooked up with them a few times these past days. Apparently, they rarely reverted back to their original forms since they gained a human body.

Well, since our relationships were like an open secret, Aesfen and Alandra brought us some volunteers to join the fun. There were a dozen or two of them. Most of them were Meliads, the most humanoid tree spirits, and some of the oldest of the sisters.

In fairness, Aesfen and Alandra wisely chose them in accordance with our preferences—mature and well-endowed. However, my sister and I only took a few of them in bed, as we did not have enough time to please them all.

After settling the matter with the tree spirits, my sister and I were now focusing on one thing. Since our vacation was ending, we were in preparation for our return to the Imperial Capital to resume our classes in the Dixon Imperial Academy.

"Even though it was a short time, I really enjoyed my time here at home. I wish I could have more time, but we really have to go back to the empire."

In front of the palace's main gate, I bid farewell to our family while Iris, my fiancee, and my sister were standing next to me. Mom and Mother seemed sad for our departure; the same went for Gabrielle, our third mother, Sophia, my other fiancee, and Mary, my sister's betrothed.

Behind us was the luxurious magic carriage we would board to go to the empire alongside the carriages for our guards, servants, and luggage.

"The Raevender family really took care of me in my whole stay." While flashing on a smile, Iris expressed her gratitude to our family. "I am gratefully happy to witness a very important event in your life."

"It's no problem, Iris. You will be a part of the family. You are always welcome here," Mom said. "Also, I really appreciate you for accepting what we really are to Raphael."

Mom bent forward and whispered the latter. Experience more on m v|l e'm,p y r

"That's right," Mother agreed. "We also like to thank you for understanding and loving our son and our family. You still choose him even if you have to go against the will of your father."

"I truly love Raphael with all my heart and accept whoever what kind of person he is. I am not interested in becoming the Imperial Court Mage in the first place, especially after meeting Raphael."

"That's good to hear."

If Iris and I had not met, she would choose to become the Imperial Court Mage and live a normal life. She would probably have died as a single old lady and reverted back to her true form before coming back as a human five centuries later to look for the next reincarnator.

I was genuinely grateful that our paths crossed and I was able to meet such a wonderful woman. Even though she had told me who and what she was, there were still countless mysteries shrouding around her.

After that, I then walked forward and approached Sophia before hugging her.

"Sophia, I will miss you once I get there."

"Me too, Raphael. I will surely miss you."

"Don't be sad. I am making sure I will still visit you like I always do. Besides, my family will be there for you. You can rely on them if you need anything."

"I am expecting that."

After talking with Sophia, we then ended our embrace.

"Well then, it might be regretful, but it is time for us to go. Goodbye, everyone. See you soon."

"Please be careful on your way." Sophia bid her farewell one last time.

"Yeah. Let's go, Sister, Iris."

After bidding farewell to my family, the three of us entered the carriage, and the royal convoy marched its way to the Portal I made.
