5. Lastly, we wish to limit the flow of medical and agricultural knowledge and technology to the Britannia Kingdom alone, ensuring that your nation remains at the forefront of these critical fields.

As Elizabeth concluded her speech, a palpable silence enveloped the room. The nobles exchanged glances.

The nobles of the Britannia Kingdom were stunned by the second agenda of the Bernard Empire. They never thought that this country would be so bold as to tell them that they wanted to place their forces in the Britannia Kingdom. They already saw the strength of the military and naval forces of the Bernard Empire, they did not know whether it would be an advantage or a disadvantage to have the Bernard forces in their kingdom.

Then Alberto interrupted her and said, "We approve this in exchange for allowing our engineers to search for fossil fuels in the kingdom. We will invest five million gold coins in the Kingdom of Britannia. We, the Empire, will never break our word. I hope this is a good move for both of us"
