Rejected a 1000 Times, I Commited Suicide… And Got 1000 Girlfriends!

Chapter 21: Chapter : 21 : Soul Stats!

A strange sensation surrounded me as I opened my eyes.

Once again, I found myself in that endless white space. A deep sigh escaped my lips.

"So, I'm asleep again."

I looked around, my gaze sweeping across the vast emptiness—until I spotted her.

Sakurabana Tamayori stood a few feet away, staring at something hovering in the air. A glowing panel, filled with unfamiliar text and numbers, floated in front of her. She was so focused on it that she didn't even notice me approaching.

"Hey," I called out.

She flinched, startled, before turning to me with a nervous smile. "Oh! I didn't notice you there."

I raised an eyebrow. "What are you looking at?"

She glanced at the panel, then back at me. "Oh… so you really don't know?"

"Know what?"

Her eyes widened in disbelief. "Wait, are you telling me you've been getting soulmates without even using the Soul Stats?"

I blinked. "What?"

She tapped a finger on her cheek, deep in thought. "Then how did you make them confess so quickly?"

I frowned. "What do you mean by that?"

Her expression shifted into something amused and slightly judgmental. "Wow, freak."

A vein popped in my forehead. "Excuse me?"

She waved a hand dismissively. "Forget it. Anyway, just say 'Soul Stats.'"

Suspicion crept into my voice. "Why?"

"Just do it," she said, her tone playfully teasing.

I sighed and muttered, "Soul Stats."

DING!

A glowing panel materialized in front of me, its neon blue text floating in the air. My eyes widened as I read what was written.

[Soul Reaver Damnation]

*Current Soulmates:

1. Shizuki Aisha

2. Ahane Hana

3. Ahane Mei

*Remaining Soulmates: 997

*Current Objective: MAKE AYASE AOI CONFESS.

NOTE: YOU CANNOT CONFESS TO HER FIRST.

*WARNING: FAILURE TO COMPLETE THIS MISSION WILL RESULT IN HER SUICIDE.

My breath hitched as my eyes locked onto the final line.

"Suicide?"

I slammed my fist against the panel, though my hand phased right through it. My gaze shot toward Tamayori, anger flaring in my chest.

"What the hell is this?" I demanded, pointing at the warning.

She sighed. "I know it's sad, but she'll do it on her own. The system is just telling you what you need to do to prevent it."

I clenched my fists. "Like hell I'm going to let that happen."

Tamayori smiled. "That's the spirit."

I exhaled sharply, rubbing my temples.

"Anyway, why did you even call me here?"

Her grin widened. "To congratulate you! You made two soulmates confess at the same time! That's pretty rare, you know?"

A blush crept up my face. I scratched the back of my head awkwardly.

"Well… yeah."

"Alright then, don't forget your objective," she said as her voice started fading away.

The white space around me shattered.

I woke up.

The soft sound of breathing filled my ears.

I turned my head slightly—Aisha was there, curled up against me, her arms wrapped around my body as if afraid I'd disappear. Her sleeping face looked so peaceful, so pure, so beautiful.

I smiled.

Her bare skin pressed against mine, and the events of last night rushed back into my mind. My cheeks warmed at the memory of our passion, our love.

Then, I remembered the panel.

I hesitated, then whispered, "Soul Stats."

DING!

The screen appeared once more. My eyes quickly locked onto the warning.

WARNING: FAILURE TO COMPLETE THIS MISSION WILL RESULT IN HER SUICIDE.

I exhaled, gripping my face.

"I have to save her."

I shook my head and turned my attention toward the rest of the panel.

In the bottom corner, there were several tabs. One of them read Mood.

I whispered, "Mood."

The screen shifted.

A list of names appeared, starting with Shizuki Aisha, followed by Ahane Hana and Ahane Mei.

I thought about scrolling, and the panel moved on its own.

A list of locked profiles appeared—silhouettes of different girls.

"My future soulmates?"

I scrolled back up and selected Aisha's name.

Her profile opened, revealing a picture of her along with several meters displaying various emotions.

[Shizuki Aisha]

Happiness: 100%

Anger: 0%

Annoyance: 0%

Content: 100%

Love: 100%

Jealousy: 0%

Horny: 25%

Tired: 10%

Current Mood: Sleeping

A small chuckle escaped me.

"Her love for me is overflowing."

Suddenly, Aisha stirred beside me, mumbling in her sleep.

She slowly opened her eyes, yawning cutely before snuggling closer to my chest.

"Hey… honey… good morning. You're already awake?" she murmured sleepily.

"Good morning," I whispered, glancing at the panel from the corner of my eye.

Aisha blinked up at me. "What are you looking at?"

I hesitated. "Wait… you can't see this?"

She pouted. "See what?"

"Never mind," I muttered.

Aisha smiled, wrapping her arms around me tighter. "I only see my sweet Ito. Do I need to see anything else?"

She leaned in and pressed a soft kiss against my lips.

"I guess only I can see these stats."

She pulled back slightly, her expression shifting.

Her lips trembled. "You're not even blushing anymore."

My heart clenched.

"Did I…" she hesitated, "become less attractive to you after Mei and Hana?"

A pang of guilt shot through me.

I grabbed her shoulders and pulled her into a desperate kiss.

She gasped against my lips, but I didn't let her go. I needed her to understand.

I deepened the kiss, pouring every ounce of emotion into it.

Aisha whimpered, her fingers gripping my back tightly as she melted into me.

When we finally pulled away, I rested my forehead against hers.

"Aisha," I whispered, my voice raw with emotion, "I love you. I love all of you."

She sniffled, her eyes shimmering with warmth.

"I know," she whispered back, her lips curling into a smile.

She nestled closer, her breath tickling my skin.

As I held her, my resolve hardened.

"I will save Ayase Aoi. And I will love all of them."
