Chapter 21: Chapter 21: Hinata
Chapter 21: Hinata
Sasuke had gone out to buy food for Sakura and Ino so they could eat their fill after waking up, before returning home.
Unexpectedly, he saw Naruto, who had failed the exam and couldn't graduate.
Poor Naruto!
Just like in the original story, this time, in the genin exam, Naruto was the only one in the whole class who didn't pass.
The failure was due to his inability to perform the [Clone Jutsu]. Naruto's Clone Jutsu was terrible, and the clones he created were as useless as mud.
Naruto had tried hard, but he made no progress at all.
...
Naruto was in an absolutely terrible mood today!
It had already taken him two days to reluctantly accept that his goddess Sakura was now with Sasuke.
And today, Sasuke hit him with another blow.
Sasuke was now with Ino too!
They were all together!
Not only that, but Sasuke had shown such incredible skills that he didn't even need to take the exam to graduate. He simply graduated directly, taking his two girlfriends, Sakura and Ino, along with him.
What followed was an even bigger blow to Naruto!
In the entire class exam, he was the only one who failed!
Mocked again...
But what hurt him even more was this:
Even though Sakura was willing to share a boyfriend with Ino, she wouldn't spare Naruto a single glance.
...
For Naruto, today was a day worse than death, leaving him utterly heartbroken.
However!
Poor, clueless Naruto didn't realize that he wasn't entirely alone.
Behind him, there was someone who had always been watching him, always caring about him—Hinata.
...
Sasuke hesitated.
He should be content with what he had and not go after Hinata as well.
But!
Now that he had run into Hinata alone, it was a rare opportunity that he couldn't let slip away.
Hinata was different from Sakura and Ino.
Hinata liked Naruto, not Sasuke.
Thus, unless Sasuke used genjutsu, it would be hard to make Hinata willingly engage in anything inappropriate with him.
However!
In Sasuke's mind, Hinata held a high position in his future harem. He could take his time with her.
There was no rush.
...
And so, Sasuke made his move.
Naruto, drowning in despair, was of no concern to Sasuke.
His target was the adorable Hinata behind him.
At this time, Hinata still had short hair and looked quite shy and socially anxious.
"Hinata!"
Sasuke suddenly called out to her.
Hinata was startled.
"You… Uchiha Sasuke!"
Hinata was incredibly cute, dressed modestly, and Sasuke found himself wanting to know more about her.
He maintained a polite distance from Hinata, not overstepping any boundaries, and said, "Hinata, I noticed you sneaking around. Who were you spying on?"
Hinata's face instantly turned red as her secret was exposed.
In the original story, Hinata only stuttered and fainted when talking to Naruto due to her overwhelming emotions. With other boys, she wasn't nearly as affected.
Even though she was shy, she replied, "No, no, I wasn't spying on anyone…"
Sasuke didn't let her off so easily.
"Oh, so it was Naruto, wasn't it!"
"Hinata, why are you following Naruto? Do you have some improper intentions?"
"I'll go tell Naruto!"
Sasuke pretended to walk off to tattle on her.
Hinata panicked and immediately grabbed his hand to stop him.
"Don't!"
Heh!
Sasuke chuckled to himself.
Sleeping with Sakura and Ino had been incredibly satisfying, but teasing the shy Hinata like this was also quite entertaining.
Sakura and Ino had liked Sasuke for years. Once they confessed, there was no need to take things slow—it was straight to the exciting, intimate moments.
Hinata, on the other hand, was different.
She didn't even like Sasuke. Making her forget about Naruto and genuinely fall for Sasuke—that was where the fun lay.
[Ding]
[Congratulations on a successful passive sign-in, acquiring the Byakugan of the Hyuga Clan.]
Sasuke was stunned!
He looked at Hinata's small hand holding his in surprise.
Could just this brief contact trigger a successful sign-in?
However, Sasuke held himself back.
This was their first proper meeting, and he wanted to leave a good impression on Hinata.
If he wanted her to truly fall for him, there was no need to rush.
"Hinata, boys and girls shouldn't touch each other so casually. Don't take advantage of me."
"…"
Hinata's face turned even redder!
She quickly let go of Sasuke's hand. "Don't tell Naruto!"
Hinata grew more curious about Sasuke.
Why was he so proper when it came to her?
Could it be that Sasuke truly loved Sakura and Ino, which was why he couldn't help being so close to them?
Hinata didn't realize that Sasuke's gentlemanly behavior was entirely an act.
It was all to ensure that Hinata wouldn't dislike him and would start to feel fond of him.
After all, Hinata didn't like Sasuke at this point.
Not every girl was infatuated with Sasuke's handsome face.
"I won't tell Naruto, but why should I help you?"
Sasuke looked at Hinata with a hint of heat in his eyes.
Hinata seemed to sense Sasuke's bad intentions and hugged herself protectively. "What do you want?"
Sasuke immediately reined himself in and smiled. "How about you treat me to a meal?"
"I'm exhausted today and haven't eaten yet."
Hinata, being the Hyuga clan's heiress, obviously had no issue affording a meal for Sasuke.
"Alright!"
Hinata led Sasuke to eat, lost in her thoughts along the way.
Seeing that Sasuke wasn't speaking, she curiously asked, "You didn't even take the exam today, yet you graduated and left. Why are you tired?"
Sasuke replied ambiguously, "Hinata, think about it. I left with Sakura and Ino in such a hurry. Now, I'm tired and sore. What do you think I was doing with those delicate girls?"
Hinata's face flushed red again.
She shyly said, "Shameless!"
Sasuke feigned innocence. "You asked the question. Besides, I didn't say anything specific. Why are you blushing?"
"Maybe I was moving houses, doing chores, and got tired from all the labor."
Hinata felt relieved. "Really?"
Sasuke saw how gullible she was and immediately laughed. "Of course not! Do you know who I am? Living in the moment is my motto."
"With girlfriends as beautiful as Sakura and Ino, of course, we'd be doing what couples do."
"Hmph!"
Hinata was furious and turned to leave.
This Sasuke was too much! She couldn't stay with him any longer, or her innocent mind would be corrupted by him.
