Just as I expected, Fleur, Ron, Harry and Hermione didn't give up the fight, and together they started attacking me again, not wanting to remain on the defensive.

And I also continued to attack them, casting spells in sequence quickly and effectively, without giving them time to rest.

And they noticed that I wasn't the least bit tired after spending so much time defending myself from their spells, and on top of that they also noticed that I seemed excited and relaxed about the fight.

And that made them realize the difference that existed between our magical abilities, and that even if the four of them were fighting together against me they didn't pose much of a danger to me.

"Man, now I understand more than ever why people say he's a monster," Ron grumbled with a grimace, casting a [Petrificus Totalus] at me.

"Well, I expected nothing less from the guy who defeated a dragon in a one-on-one fight," Hermione said, ducking to avoid being hit by a rock I threw at her.

"Guys, less talking and more spells," Fleur said, creating a shield to protect her and Harry from an [Incendio] I cast.

"If I were you I would listen to the French girl over there," I said, with a mocking smile as I looked at them.

And then I had to step to the side, dodging a [Stupefy] that Fleur threw at me.

"[Diffindo] [Flipendo Duo]" I attacked the Beauxbatons champion, making her dodge to the side.

And I didn't continue my attack because I could feel magic being gathered on my left side, and turning around I saw Hermione casting a [Stupefy] at me.

And I protected myself by creating a shield, before quickly counterattacking.

"[Oscausi]" I cast the spell on Hermione, sealing her mouth before she could say any spell again.

And touching her face, the thick-haired girl realized that her lips and mouth were gone.

"Uwmhu!" and I couldn't understand what Hermione was saying, but judging by her angry and frowning look she probably didn't like my spell.

And taking advantage of the fact that Hermione was practically unarmed, I launched a weak [Bombarda] hitting the floor in front of her, forcing the studious girl to cover her face and jump back to avoid being hit by the debris from the explosion.

And I quickly followed up by casting an [Aguamenti] on the floor, before freezing the water creating a thin layer of ice that Hermione stepped on, causing her to fall.

And seeing their friend lying on the floor, Harry and Ron came to her rescue, attacking me so that I would focus my attention on them.

And I dodged their spells, before pointing my wand at them and saying "[Lumos Maxima]", causing a powerful light to come out of the tip of my wand, blinding both boys.

I then raised my wand to attack the two disoriented boys, but Fleur who was close to them attacked me, forcing me to dodge to the side.

And looking at her I saw that even though she was next to the boys she wasn't blinded by my spell. And I realized that she managed to shield her eyes before I cast the light spell.

'Well, at least one of them started reacting to the spells' incantations rather than the spells themselves' I thought, looking at Fleur in satisfaction.

And I expected that after a few more fights Harry, Ron and Hermione would also start paying attention to the incantations of the spells their opponents were saying.

And I considered this important in a fight because if you already know what spell your opponent is going to cast then it will be easier for you to defend yourself from it or cast a counter-spell.

Of course, not every opponent they face in the future will say the incantations, as most will likely know how to cast the spells silently.

But this was still an important lesson to learn, and I knew that at some point it might come in handy.

And now many of you must be wondering why I was saying the incantations of the spells out loud during the fight, when I could cast them silently.

And the answer to that question was that I was actually doing it on purpose, because I wanted them to hear me and know what spell I was casting beforehand, so that they could then defend themselves correctly.

And the reason I was doing that was because I wanted to make the fight a little fairer for them.

I knew that my skills were superior to theirs, and I could easily defeat them if I tried.

However, this would teach them nothing and would only make them frustrated with themselves, and an easy and humiliating defeat might even discourage them to the point where they would lose interest in learning to fight.

And for these reasons I had decided before the fight began that I would not use all of my skills against them, and that meant that I wouldn't use my silent casting, my wandless magic, and I wouldn't even enhance my physical and magical abilities.

And I wouldn't even use the spells I created against them, since not only were they more powerful than normal, they were also spells unknown to the four teenagers, which would make it even harder for them to defend themselves against the spells.

'Well, Fleur knows some of these spells, since she saw me using them against the Death Eaters that night at camp after the Quidditch World Cup final' I thought, looking at the Veela in front of me intently.

"[Expelliarmus]!" she said, attacking me again, "[Confringo] [Depulso]"

"[Protego]" I protected myself from her spells.

And then I summoned with [Accio] one of the tables that was in the corner of the room and threw it at Fleur, who used [Bombarda] to destroy it.

"[Petrificus Totalus]" she cast on me.

And I caught this spell with the tip of my wand and threw it away, and then I had to dodge a spell cast from behind me.

"That was a dirty trick Ethan," Ron said with a frown, approaching Fleur with his wand pointed at me as he used his free hand to rub his left eye which was still a little blind.

"Well, welcome to a real fight," I shrugged, before starting to attack Ron and Fleur.

And while I fought against the two, Harry went to Hermione, who was running her hand over where her mouth should be with a frustrated look.

"[Finite]" Harry cast at her, canceling my spell and allowing her to speak again.

"Thank you," she thanked her boyfriend.

"You're welcome," he nodded, and then the two turned to the fight that was happening near them.

And they saw me smiling excitedly as I cast spell after spell at Ron and Fleur, cornering them and giving them no chance to fight back.

"You know, that smile of his is starting to annoy me," Harry said, with Hermione beside him nodding.

And the two then decided to join the fight to help their companions.

"[Bombarda]" Harry exclaimed, pointing his wand at me.

And seeing the spell coming towards me I summoned a wooden plate in front of me.

And when Harry's spell hit the wooden board it exploded into hundreds of pieces, but it managed to protect me from his spell.

After that I waved my wand, transfiguring these pieces of wood into several sharp crystals that I threw at Fleur, who had to cancel the spell she was going to cast on me to create a shield to protect herself.

"[Alarte Asc--]" Hermione began to say, raising her wand high.

"[Quietus]" and I cast a spell on her, interrupting her incantation and preventing any sound from coming out of her mouth.

"What's wrong Hermione? Why are you so quiet today?" I asked, looking at her with a mocking smile.

And hearing my mockery the thick-haired girl looked at me with an irritated frown.

And Harry who was near her was quick to cast [Finite] on her to cancel my spell again.

"This is starting to get on my nerves," she grumbled, feeling her patience wearing thin after being silenced for the third time.

"Is that all the students of the great and incredible Gryffindor have to offer?" I asked, looking at the golden trio with an expression of disdain.

"You know, maybe I should get some Slytherin students to help you out... Malfoy would definitely love to teach you a thing or two," and I said that for no other reason than to irritate the golden trio.

And it seemed to work, as the three lions immediately began attacking me with more ferocity, angered both by my mocking them and by my indirectly saying that Malfoy was better than them.

'Hot-headed Gryffindors' I huffed, defending myself from their attacks.

And then I used the tip of my wand to deflect the bone-breaking spell that Harry cast at me.

"Seriously Harry? A bone-breaking spell?" I looked at the Boy-Who-Lived with a raised eyebrow.

"You always say that in a fight we should use all the spells we know," he said, before casting another offensive spell at me.

'And they say that the Gryffindor golden boy can't be cruel' I huffed, dodging to the side.

But even being the target of so many dangerous spells, I could only feel proud when I saw that Harry wasn't holding back and was being more aggressive.

'They grow up so fast' I thought.

And then I summoned a marble slab and threw it at Harry, before casting a [Repulso] aimed at his foot.

And the Gryffindor boy managed to dodge the first attack and was almost hit by the second, but his messy dodge made him lose his balance.

And then I flicked my wand upwards, causing a small pillar of stone to rise from the floor and hit his cheek, making him fall on his ass.

'But he still has a lot to learn' I smiled.

End.
