The next day, in the morning, the last defensive line of Iwagakure was under siege. The Third Raikage, shrouded in lightning, charged forward once more, unarmed and alone.

Facing him were five true Iwa-nin, all of them seasoned Jonin. Even so, these Iwa-nin dared not confront the Third Raikage head-on; instead, they worked together to provide cover, using various ninjutsu and combat techniques to contain him.

The entire process was perilous. A single mistake could provide the Third Raikage an opening that could lead to serious injury or death. Therefore, the five Iwa-nin were extremely tense, especially since they had received a secret order to delay the Third Raikage at all costs, ensuring he did not break free from the battle. This intensified their anxiety.

The Third Raikage surveyed the five before him, instinctively sensing that something was off, but he couldn't pinpoint the issue. After all, these were all carefully selected Jonin, and despite their internal unease, they displayed no signs of abnormality.

Despite the Third Raikage's formidable strength, the Third Tsuchikage, Ōnoki, wasn't a pushover either. His Dust Release techniques could still pose a threat, even to the Raikage's Lightning Release Armor.

Additionally, with the final defensive line standing in his way, it was virtually impossible for the Third Raikage to break through Iwagakure's defenses in such a short time.

Thus, they would likely have to choose the second option.

But escaping wasn't so simple.

Putting aside whether they could find a suitable opportunity, the Iwa-nin on the battlefield would not allow them to leave so easily.

The Cloud Ninja would inevitably pay a price for this wave of conflict.
