Chapter 31: Storm World
Enzo was the only one who was safe inside the collapsed castle.
He then used the wind to float into the air along with the concrete dust that blocked the view before floating off into the distance.
Now he could control more wind so that he could move through the air as if he were flying.
The castle completely collapsed which left the natives dumbfounded with their mouths and eyes wide open.
They had just received the news that the ruler of their city had left, leaving the city to an Adventure and then suddenly the city castle collapsed, they couldn't help but feel worried about the future.
Enzo was also helpless as this was the only quick way for him to escape the bullies.
He wondered how Rosa would react to seeing the castle of the city she wanted to buy destroyed.
"Ehhh..." While high enough in the air, he suddenly saw the person he was looking for among the crowd of villagers watching the collapse of the city lord's castle.
He was the man she had met outside the clothes shop, a man who seemed to be in his 30s with the impression of an office clerk but here he was wearing more casual clothes.
'Hmm, at least I don't have to look for you,' Enzo thought.
At the same time, the man was staring at him.
Even in this kind of chaos, he still found his whereabouts very quickly.
Enzo was further made to realize that he was very strong. Perhaps he was nearing the limit of the Expert Rank.
Despite having many skills, he thought he wouldn't win if he fought him.
When he landed, the man walked straight towards him.
"Enzo!" He greeted him with a friendly smile.
"So, what's your decision? Do you agree to trade this city for the Strom World? Don't worry, we won't ask you to reduce the price because the city lost its castle," he said with a soft laugh.
His friendly demeanor made Enzo wonder if all the members of the Dark Star Palace were indeed of a friendly nature or was it just because they wanted to invite him.
He did not immediately respond to the man's words.
His eyes made a brief observation where he saw something in his hand.
It was only the size of a palm, shaped like a ball and appeared to be made of glass.
Inside, he saw countless small storms, moving endlessly like they would never disappear.
Basically, the sphere was like a seal that sealed many storms, but because it was shaped like a world, it was called the Strom World.
When those storms were taken out, they would become like real storms.
Enzo didn't expect that the man would carry it around like that without putting it in a bag or anything.
He seemed to want to directly show it to him to pique his interest.
However, this made it easier for him to use the Mimic Exchange.
His right hand went into his pants pocket.
An instant later, something shaped like a ball appeared in his hand.
Using Mimic Exchange was very easy, and it showed no signs at all.
In the man's hand was still a Storm World whose appearance was exactly the same as the original.
In fact, it could also be used like the Storm World. However, the storms inside wouldn't grow bigger when they were taken out because it was just a fake item.
'Hmm, as long as the Dark Star Palace doesn't use that Storm World, then they won't realize that the item in their hands is fake,' he thought.
Although it took time to explain the process, it actually happened in no time.
Enzo then sneered at the man.
"I actually want to know why you're offering such a dangerous thing to me. Even if I am fit to use it, I think you have other intentions," he said.
He was already suspicious of this.
The Dark Star Palace wanted him to hold the Storm World, probably hoping that someday he would use it to wreak havoc on earth which would eventually make him like them.
"Hahaha, Enzo, please don't prejudge us," the man replied.
"We're just offering something that we think you'll be interested in. Incidentally, we don't currently have anything else that we think would interest you."
As he said that, he began to show him the glass sphere in his hand.
"If you want, we can go to the forest to try it out," he added.
He doesn't even mind if he wants to try it first.
"No," Enzo replied, shaking his head so that the man who was always smiling was taken aback.
"Why?" he asked.
"Because I've already found a buyer who will bid a better price..."
