[3rd Pov] [Location - Mount Justice]

Time had passed rapidly since her assimilation of her new characters, and her becoming a member of the League. The news had been kept a secret, even to the Young Justice. The events in Atlantis involving the "Star Creature" aka Starro, had also unveiled. Gwen hadn't taken part, as she was busy with more important matters.

These matters? The beginning of her secret vigilante career. Which started with her ending the life of the a few of the weaker Gotham villains, notably Penguin, Two Face, and Scarecrow. None of them even had a chance to defend themselves, before she ended their lives, all while in her Maki form.

The murder of three of Batman's villains had obviously brought quite a lot of attention, particularly from the media and the League itself. But, no matter how much anyone looked, they couldn't find any evidence of her actions, or her even being there. Having the memories of various mass murderers, criminals, and assassins, would certainly aid in killing off the trash.

With the deaths of the first two villains, a few problems arose. Mainly through gangs that wanted to take over their part of Gotham. That problem was quickly solved when Gwen in her Maki form, slaughtered the leaders of each of the gangs. After the murders, her Maki form was therefore known as "The Dark Lady". As the only thing that people knew for certain, was that it was a black haired woman that was doing all the murders.

Gwen wasn't all that bothered by the act of killing them, as she found they all deserved it, with the amount of absolutely horrible things they had done during their sad, pitiful lives.

During this time, she had also begun to thoroughly use her spider sense, as the new improvement to it, had made her pretty much impossible to attack, without her having knowledge of it. She didn't even try going into her "The Other" form, as she knew that was a bad idea, a really bad idea at that.

She, during this time, had also started absorbing more databases. She mainly focused on Lexcorp databases, Bialya aka Queen Bee's country. In terms of data gathered, she ended up absorbing over a dozen different databases from the country, most of which were kinda useless. There were some that were very helpful. The helpful ones held knowledge on various secret criminal groups, locations of other databases, blackmail on various politicians/powerful people, and even a tiny bit of information on the Light.

Her knowledge of sciences, engineering, military weaponry, and various other areas, had improved by a good bit thanks to this. Obviously there was better she could have gained, but she decided not to push her luck and try and keep absorbing databases from the Light. As she knew that she was already attracting a lot of attention, and most likely a hell of a lot of rage. Afterall, she was continuously harming the Light and their plans.

Besides dealing with the databases and getting more knowledge, Gwen had also went on her first actual mission with the League. It involved the mass breakout of prisoners in Star City. The criminals themselves weren't much of a problem, but the amount of them was. Thus, the League (mostly weaker members) were called in to take care of the problem. And take care of it they did, with Gwen taking care of over 100 prisoners on her own, without any civilian knowing of it.

Safe to say, Gwen had a very good harvest in the nearly month that had passed since her becoming Doctor Fate.

Speaking of Doctor Fate, she had also begun dealing with some minor Doctor Fate stuff. Which started with burying Kent Nelson with his wife, like he wished. After that it was reorganizing and improving the defenses around the Tower of Fate, with the aid of Nabu. The final thing she had done as Doctor Fate, was excorsise a few minor demons and get rid of some evil magic users.

She didn't know exactly where the demons were coming from, but she had a faint idea a certain dimension/world conqueror was involved, a very powerful one at that.

Due to these Doctor Fate missions she had been having, she ended up missing a few events, but nothing entirely important to her. Primarily the teams mission involving the New Genesis Sphere, The political BS involving Rhelasia, The crap involving the Terror Twins, and all the other stuff that happened during that time. Not that she cared too much, as none of those events would have involved her either way, besides maybe the first one. And she found the missions involving magic to be a lot more fun.

Her relationship with M'gann had been getting...close, to say the least. The amount of times she had seen M'gann glance at her lips, ass, or boobs, couldn't be counted on even 5 sets of hands. This led Gwen to the conclusion that she would be getting the martian on a date soon, and she would kiss her, cause she realized that M'gann wasn't the type to take the first step, so, she'd be the one to do it.

She had also noticed the lingering glances Artemis had been giving her, but she wasn't really sure what to do about them. M'gann had obviously noticed them as well, but didn't seem to mind very much, which only caused Gwen to get confused, wondering what M'gann was thinking. She wouldn't be able to figure that out though, at least, not until they actually got together.

Annnyways, currently, Gwen was zeta-tubing back into Mount Justice, having gotten back from her recent Demon Hunting mission as Doctor Fate. Only, she was met with the smell of smoke, ash, and fire.

"What the-oh shit it's that episode" Gwen muttered, realizing that this was the episode involving Red Torpedo and Red Inferno.

Swinging to the roof quickly, she began to slowly crawl alongst the roof, invisible. Taking in the surroundings, she frowned at the destruction caused by the two. 'As fun as it would be to destroy them...I think keeping them alive would actually be better. What if I can give them to the League to be reprogrammed? I'm sure they'd be a good addition to the League, if fixed up and all the negative trackers and shit are taken out' Gwen thought, knowing the use they could have.

'Shutting them down shouldn't be entirely difficult. As I'm sure some magic could do it, or even my bioelectricity from Miles. If it really comes to it, I can just rip them apart with my claws anyways' Gwen thought, knowing that destroying them wouldn't be too difficult.

Looking down, she finally noticed the two robots, as well as a rapidly filling dock, pool, water area, which both Superboy and Wally were captured in, via this weird metal substance. Whereas Kaldur and M'gann was trapped in a cage made of pure fire, not exactly a good thing for either of them, especially after a long time of exposure.

'Well, any sympathy I had is gone' Gwen thought with a scowl, not liking the sight of M'gann whimpering in what looked to be pain. Gwen glanced at the androids, before preparing herself.

'Time to beat the shit out of some rude androids'

That's the end of the chapter. It was mostly a timeskip chapter as those episodes would have been really boring to cover, for me at least. Next chapter will be fairly important, as a big event will happen.

Anyways, see you tomorrow! Have a good day!
