Chapter 8: Chapter 8: Master (1)
Jayden, instead of thinking about the things that he can't solve, thought to use the time he has to improve himself. He went straight to the training hall.
Normally, younglings were trained under the watch of the Jedi Masters. Since he was a padawan, in all but name, he was given certain privileges to use before his to-be master returned.
He could use the training area where Padawans and the Knights train themselves.
There was still some time before lunchtime. So, he decided to use that time to improve his personal strength as much as he could on his own before his master appeared.

Two weeks later...
Jayden was panting as he lay on his bed. He just returned from one of his extreme training sessions.

In the two weeks, he confirmed that as the skills or arts progress, the percentage would increase, indicating progress. Though he knew that would be the case, he had to verify that to be sure.
Now that he was sure, whenever he wants to learn a skill or art, he can check if what he was doing was right or wrong. The rate of learning and progress of that skill or art would be fast.
If the progress is slow, he can understand that his talent in that area is low, and he can ignore that, pick up a different one. This would potentially save him a lot of time and resources.
The main change he saw was the increase in the progress that was present beside his midichlorian count. He couldn't understand what it was, but after testing for two weeks, he had an idea about that.
Though he was not sure whether his derivation was correct or not, he could verify that in a few weeks or months at most.
It progressed when he practised Force Skills or meditated. Though the increase was so little, he felt a slight ease in using force, but the increase was so little that he could not genuinely say whether that was true or not.
Though he was not sure, he believed that it showed his connection with the Force or how well he could use the Force.
Midichlorians only show the potential of a person, not their true connection to it.
When in danger, one can have power outbursts, like how Ezra did when he saw Zeb in danger from the ISB agent, but he couldn't do the same again until he was properly trained.
Only through constant training would he be able to have control over the force and do things more easily.

Also, in these two weeks, he established a company and created a platform similar to Webnovel. He named it the same, which would make it easy for the visitors to understand what it was for. It was a purely digital-based company, which made it easy to bring that into existence.
For that, all he had to do was buy a small room available on the upper floors and use that as its address for registration. The process was so fast that it surprised Jayden.
He understood that, whatever world you are in, as long as you are rich and have good connections, anything can be done in record time.
The traditional publishing took a while, but in this galaxy, it was similar to Webnovel, as most was read using digital interfaces. The traditional paper publishing has long become extinct. No one reads a paper. That way, maybe prevailing in the worlds that are too far away from the influence of technology.
He has already published one of the famous books in his world, Harry Potter, though it was just Volume One for now.
It was the same for the webnovels as well. He prepared a few webnovels for publishing, which he did using different accounts, making it look like there are many authors publishing their works through this.
That is kind of a scam, but who cares?
As long as he files the taxes correctly, the Republic doesn't care for such a small scam, as it was not actually something that caused damage to society or people.
The Republic doesn't even pay attention to the actual crisis that was sitting right below them. Why would they care about such a small thing? As long as the senators or the rich don't feel threatened by something, they will ignore that.
He already started the income paths, and even started advertisements regarding those.
In this galaxy, there was no lack of material. So, it might take some time for the works to be recognised. Once that happened, he was sure that the money flow would not stop even if he wanted.
So, he didn't care that the advertisements cost him a lot. Those needed to reach the public, and that was his agenda. Even if all the credits his father transferred to him were gone, he wouldn't care, as he knew that the works would gain attention and he would soon be rich beyond measure.
For now, he had to patiently wait and continue his efforts until that moment.

Jayden continued his training just as he does every day, and that's when he heard something that made him stop his training.
"Hmm, a youngling with dark hair and orange eyes who was good at Form I to VI. You must be Jayden Arkent", a female voice came from behind.
Jayden turned around to see who it was.
It was a Jedi female, whom he was sure, but he couldn't recognise her.
Seeing the confused look on Jayden's face, the woman smiled and introduced herself, "My name is Ayla Ventra. I am your master".
