Muggle counterparts, or looked and sounded confused, moving slowly and lethargically. Harry looked to one in particular and locked eyes with Albus Dumbledore. The wizened wizard relaxed immediately when he saw Harry and tried to speak but no words left his lips.

"I take it this hasn't happened before," Harry said slowly, his mind ticking.

"No, never," Flitwick said.

Harry's grief burned away and became something else. Flitwick took a step back as the air around him pulsated and it was enough for Pomfrey and Sprout to look up, shocked out of their grief. Even some of the portraits seem to respond to his magic, turning to face him. Magical instruments began to shiver and shudder, twitching and shaking on table and shelf.
