STRIKER: Independent Beast Tamer

Chapter 314: 10th Zone- City A

Airport:

About 20 minutes later, Gisela and Jeremy arrived at the airport. They had booked a special flight to the 10th zone.

The special flight is operated by one of the aviation organizations in the top 10 zones.

This organization offers more special flight services throughout the 10th zone, as beast attacks are very common in that area.

Services of such special flights are very much needed in that location. Upon their arrival, they had to wait briefly for the special flight to arrive.

In the meantime, Jeremy was asking about the 10th zone. He wanted to know more about that place. He wanted to prepare psychologically before anything upset him.

"The Shadow Moon Organization has fewer members, but all of them are strong. It's not easy to enter our organization. Fortunately, your strength is evident now."

"No one will cause trouble for you inside the organization. But it's different on the outside; we have our competitors as well."

"The City Administration usually gives special missions to powerful organizations. In some rare cases, they assign missions based on the beast tamers' talents."

"Because of this, there is always competition between various organizations in the 10th zone, unlike the satellite cities here."

"The power structure of the cities is almost the same in the 10th zone. You can find some powerful organizations with bases in City C and D."

"All of this is because of the wilderness. Everyone wants to explore the wilderness to open new territories from the bases."

"If the organizations are successful with their exploration, the Human Alliance then grants them a plot in that newly explored area," Gisela said in a serious tone.

Hearing this, Jeremy was surprised. He soaked in the details but was shocked to learn that the satellite cities were equal in strength.

Not only that, but he was also excited to know there are different organizations exploring the vast wilderness independently. He had always thought you needed permission from the City Governors for such jobs.

Because if the Mercenaries mistakenly caused any problems for the corrupted beasts, it could immediately trigger a beast invasion. That's why the people here are defensive.

Then he pushed down the negative thoughts and waited for the flight to arrive.

Shortly afterwards, the special flight landed at the base. The aircraft's body was completely black. It was hard for any beasts to spot it during nighttime.

"Let's go," Gisela said.

Hearing this, Jeremy recovered his thoughts and followed her to board the special flight.

A few minutes later, he boarded the flight and sat in the window seat. Jeremy then swept his gaze across and found there were only 10 seats—five on each side.

There was space for cabin crew at the back and a cockpit at the front. Gisela sat in the left window seat.

The flight waited for another 30 minutes, but no other passengers came to board.

"It appears we are the only ones," Gisela remarked.

Then two female flight attendants came to assist. Jeremy shook his head; he didn't need anything. Right now, he wanted to get some sleep.

His mind was already loaded with too much information. He needed time to adapt. Then he closed his eyes and began to sleep.

Gisela noticed that Jeremy had fallen asleep. She thought that the kid was totally exhausted. She hoped he wouldn't be surprised after arriving in the 10th zone.

The infrastructure and facilities were on a different scale compared to the 14th zone. The 10th zone's population was quite large, with more genius beast tamers.

Everyone would be looking forward to meeting the kid once his identity was revealed. Gisela sighed inwardly. She ultimately thought that the kid would handle it.

Shortly afterwards, the pilots started to operate the aircraft. The flight took off and began flying towards the destination.

...

Meanwhile, Old Lady Carolyn was still finding it hard to accept. She hadn't expected such changes to take place so soon. The kid's strength exploded at a time when he needed protection.

She could tell that the kid was not feeling safe here. Once he went to the 10th zone, the forces there would dare not attack, especially the beast-taming families would not target that kid.

Buzz!

Suddenly, she received a call from a familiar person—the City Police Captain Nathan.

She answered the call at the next moment.

"Dean, the three governors have given me permission to investigate the beast-taming families?"

"What's your opinion?" Nathan asked.

Hearing this, Carolyn was stunned, but her eyes flashed with regret. It was too late to press the final button. The kid had already moved out.

She decided to agree, thinking about the future. It was better to take action against the families and punish the criminals.

Otherwise, if the kid took action against them in the future, it would lead to bloodshed.

"You can proceed with the investigation. Our university will support you," she replied.

Nathan sighed in relief. Then they discussed a few other matters before ending the call.

She decided to inform Elder Derek and Instructor Jacob the next morning.

10th Zone- City A:

The next day, in the early morning, the black flight reached the 10th zone. It was going to land at the 10th zone, City A- the Airport.

Gisela woke him up. Jeremy opened his eyes and looked out the window. The first thing he saw was the giant city walls over 500 feet high.

Now the black jet was flying over them. Jeremy was dumbfounded; the height of the city wall was taller than that of the previous city.

He continued to look for the end, but he couldn't see it from the flight. The city walls on both sides extended beyond his vision.

"City A of the 10th zone has a vast territory. It can hold multiple 14th zone satellite cities within it," Gisela said.

Hearing that, Jeremy's eyes flickered with understanding. Earlier, she had reminded him, but the visual impact brought him real comprehension.

He suppressed the shock in his heart and continued to look outside the screen through the window.
