"If necessary, even an Admiral can be dispatched!"

The officers present were stunned, quickly grasping the gravity of the situation. Rojen's identity demanded this level of attention from the Marines. If they could eliminate this potential threat in its infancy, they were willing to pay any price.

Sengoku concluded his remarks, while Garp, sitting beside him, appeared disinterested, paying little heed to the proceedings.

"Does anyone have any objections?" Kong asked, scanning the room.

"Then let's adjourn."

With that, he issued the order, and the meeting came to a close.

"Also, don't forget to provide support to Dragon quickly. Garp, I'll leave it to you."

"Meeting adjourned!"

After a brief exchange, Kong left the conference room. However, none of the officers moved to leave; they all turned their gazes toward Sengoku.

Everyone present knew that Sengoku was poised to succeed Kong. Once the official appointment arrived, Sengoku would become the new Fleet Admiral of the Marines, while Kong would assume the role of Commander-in-Chief of the World Government.

"Pursuing Rojen will be a challenging endeavor, as evidenced by Dragon's predicament," Sengoku began. "Therefore, we must approach this matter with utmost seriousness. Additionally, the speech-banning order must be implemented immediately."

"Rojen's identity must be confined to a small circle of individuals."

Sengoku calmly issued the orders, and everyone listened attentively. Kong was already transitioning away from active management, and many matters were now being handled by Sengoku.

Soon, the meeting concluded.

Garp boarded a ship and set sail for the East Blue. Simultaneously, within Marine Headquarters, a young Kizaru, sporting black sunglasses, stretched lazily and boarded his warship.

"Ah, what a busy life. They're actually sending me to chase that kid. I'm not particularly fond of tracking, you know."

"Such a headache!" His face twisted in frustration, Kizaru lacked enthusiasm for the mission.

"Let's just treat it as a vacation," he muttered to himself, attempting to console his irritation.

Two days later, a contingent of elite Marines arrived in Loguetown. The Lieutenant Commander stationed there nearly suffered a heart attack upon witnessing the two men disembarking. The identities of these individuals were truly awe-inspiring.

"My heavens, why are these two here?"

The two men stepping off the ship were, first, a man sporting a dog hat, with a square, rugged face, an imposing presence, and a burly physique. His entire being radiated an aura of authority. This was Garp.

The other man wore sunglasses and a cape, exuding an air of nonchalance. Despite his lack of imposing stature, everyone present instinctively lowered their heads upon seeing him.

One was the Hero Vice Admiral and the other was an Admiral.

The weight of these two figures undeniably commanded respect.

After disembarking, Garp wasted no time and headed directly towards Dragon's location.

"Dragon, you got injured?" Garp's voice boomed as he entered the room.

Kizaru followed closely behind Garp, curiously surveying the surroundings. He was well acquainted with Dragon. Although Dragon hadn't yet been promoted to Admiral and was relatively young, his strength was already approaching Kizaru's own. In Kizaru's estimation, Dragon would likely surpass him within 2-3 years. For someone of his caliber to be injured was indeed surprising.

Soon, the two encountered Dragon. At a glance, their expressions turned serious. Though Dragon appeared largely unchanged, the beads of sweat on his forehead and his pale complexion alarmed them.

Garp's eyes narrowed as he observed the flickering flames on Dragon's body and inquired directly, "What is this?"

As he spoke, he reached out to grasp the flames.

"Don't, Father!" Dragon swiftly dodged, then explained gravely, "These black flames are peculiar. They can consume anything and are unaffected by water. They're terrifying."

"Flames? Black flames?" Garp questioned his expression now grave. "Are these the work of that child?"

"Yes, they're terrifying!" Dragon confirmed gravely.

Garp remained silent. Instead, a layer of pitch-black Armament Haki materialized on his right hand, instantly enveloping his arm. Without hesitation, he struck the flames on Dragon's body.

"Chī chī chī!"

The pitch-black Armament Haki collided with the flames, producing white smoke and strange sounds.

"These flames are indeed peculiar," Garp remarked, his expression unchanged. With a swift motion, he extinguished the remaining black flames.

"Whew!" With the flames extinguished, Dragon finally exhaled, his tense demeanor visibly easing. These black flames had been tormenting him for some time. He had even contemplated the possibility of being consumed by them.

"Father, your Haki is truly impressive."

"You'll grow stronger soon enough, and these flames won't be able to harm you," Garp dismissed with a wave of his hand.

At that moment, Kizaru, standing to the side, curiously inquired, "Rear Admiral Dragon, did that child escape?"

"Admiral Kizaru, why are you here too?" Dragon was taken aback. He had requested support, but surely they didn't need to dispatch both his father and Kizaru. After all, these two together constituted a formidable force of Admiral-level power.

"I've been ordered to pursue that child. Ah, what a bother," Kizaru shrugged, appearing somewhat helpless.

"That child is strong, Admiral Kizaru. Be cautious," Dragon cautioned.

Kizaru's eyes flickered, and he nodded with a smile. "Understood."

Kizaru was also curious about Rojen. He had witnessed the strange black flames, and even from a distance, he could discern their terrifying nature. He was uncertain if his own abilities would be effective against them, but he wasn't overly concerned. His Devil Fruit ability granted him incredible speed, and few in the world could react to it.

"Prepare yourself and return to Marine Headquarters with me. Your injuries will likely require some rest," Garp instructed, taking a bite of a donut.

Meanwhile, Rojen, already some distance from Loguetown, turned his sharp gaze toward a few nearby pirate crews. He merely glanced at the pirate ships slowly approaching him before focusing his attention on the spectacular mountain ahead.

Reverse Mountain had come into view.

It was impossible to describe the awe-inspiring nature of this mountain. Water flowed upstream, propelled by immense force, splashing everywhere and constantly releasing terrifying kinetic energy.

At a glance, it seemed almost boundless.
