Supreme Casanova: Ultimate Harem System

Chapter 172: Absolutely Disgusting!

Hugo sat on the edge of his bed, staring blankly at the wall. His face was frozen in an expression of pure disbelief, like he had just been told gravity was optional.

He winced suddenly, clutching his forehead as if trying to push the memories out. But they wouldn't leave—they clung to him like gum on a shoe.

Absolutely Disgusting.

"Modeling talent," Hugo muttered, shaking his head. "Praised by many? Sanchez, who exactly are these 'many'? The mannequins in a clothing store?"

He groaned and flopped onto his back, letting out a long, dramatic sigh. The events of the dinner that night replayed in his mind like a bad dream he couldn't wake up from.

He had suffered—no, endured—that dinner with Sanchez and the two gorgeous yet terrifyingly cold women.

Sanchez had spun lie after lie, hyping Hugo up like he was the next big thing, while Hugo sat there, smiling awkwardly and trying not to choke on his water.

He groaned and flopped onto his back, staring at the ceiling. "How did he say all that with a straight face? The guy deserves an Oscar for Best Performance in Bullsh*t."

But that wasn't even the most traumatizing part for Hugo!

Those two women, who looked like they'd stepped straight out of a fashion magazine, hadn't even flinched at Sanchez's theatrics.

They just stared at Hugo with those unreadable expressions, like they were trying to figure out if he was worth the effort of blinking.

And then, after what felt like an eternity, they left. No smiles, no laughter—just a promise to "get back to Sanchez."

It was the most painful meal Hugo had ever experienced.

And the reason for all this? Oh, it made Hugo's head spin just thinking about it. Sanchez, the ever ambitious music producer, had been trying to get into some kind of elite entertainment society.

Apparently, this wasn't just any club. It was the society—an exclusive group that controlled the top levels of fame and success in the country's entertainment industry.

Sanchez had spent years trying to meet their insane requirements. He'd barely passed most of their qualifications, and now, in a desperate bid to prove himself, he'd called Hugo over to act as his secret weapon.

The plan? Pretend Hugo was a top tier modeling talent to show Sanchez had an eye for spotting and nurturing future stars.

Hugo groaned again, dragging a pillow over his face. "Sanchez, you lunatic. What part of me says 'model'? My bedhead alone looks like I got into a fight with a hedge!"

Deciding to escape his own spiraling thoughts, Hugo turned off the light and crawled into bed.

"Forget it. Sleep. Pretend it didn't happen," he muttered to himself. Before long, he was out cold.

---

The next morning, sunlight streamed through the dorm window, waking Hugo up. To his surprise, he felt good—refreshed, even. The chaos of the previous night seemed like a distant memory now.

Hugo jumped out of bed and freshened up in record time, brushing his teeth with the focus of a soldier and styling his hair like he was going into battle.

Today was special. It was the weekend, and Hugo had been waiting for this moment.

Today, he would finally get to test out his Divine Sight Glasses.

He glanced at the small, sleek pair of glasses sitting on his desk. These weren't just any glasses—they were a gadget he had suffered for weeks to be able to acquire.

It was his 6th epic grade item reward.

They promised to give the wearer the ability to see through the clothes of anyone they looked at. Hugo grinned mischievously as he picked them up.

"Time to see if these bad boys actually work," he muttered, sliding them into his pocket.

It was an evil reward. But he loved it even more. He'd planned to test them out the night before, but Sanchez's emergency had ruined everything.

Now, though, nothing could stop him.

Stepping into the living room, Hugo locked his door and turned around, only to see his roommate, Collins, stepping out of his own room.

"Yo, Hugo," Collins greeted, adjusting his snapback.

"Hey, man. What's up? Where you heading?" Hugo asked casually.

"Gonna check out some BnBs," Collins replied with a shrug.

Hugo tilted his head, confused. "Airbnbs? What for?"

Collins grinned, looking proud of himself. "For my birthday party next week, of course!"

Hugo froze mid-step, staring at Collins like he'd just said he was buying a yacht. "Wait… you're renting an Airbnb for a birthday party?"

"Yeah," Collins said, like it was the most normal thing in the world. "I want it to be epic! Big screens, a pool, maybe even a rooftop. Can't do that in a dorm, you know?"

Hugo's mouth opened and closed like a goldfish. Is this guy serious? Spending money on a birthday party? A house for a party? What's next, hiring a helicopter to drop him off?

"And you're okay blowing money on this?" Hugo finally managed to ask.

Collins shrugged. "You only turn 21 once, man. Gotta make it count!"

Hugo stared at him, still in disbelief. Make it count? With a pool and a rooftop? What's he trying to do, invite celebrities? Is the President showing up too?

Collins leaned against the doorframe. "You wanna tag along? Could use another opinion on which house to pick."

Hugo hesitated. Spending a Saturday looking at party houses wasn't exactly his idea of fun. But then it hit him—this could be the perfect opportunity to test out his glasses. Big, fancy neighborhoods meant gorgeous neighbors, and gorgeous neighbors meant a perfect trial run for the Divine Sight Glasses.

A sly grin spread across Hugo's face. "Sure, I'll come along," he said, patting his pocket where the glasses sat snugly.

Collins gave him a thumbs up. "Cool. Let's roll."
