Professor Martinez gave him a patient smile. "Congratulations, Hugo. Please stand up."

Hugo slowly rose to his feet, still in shock. He turned to Loli, his expression a mix of disbelief and gratitude. "You're a genius," he whispered.

Loli shrugged, her smug smile making him want to laugh and groan at the same time.

Clearing his throat, Hugo straightened his back and tried to look confident. "So, I get to pick my team?" he asked, a hint of excitement creeping into his voice.

"That's correct," Professor Martinez replied.

Hugo scanned the room, his mind racing. 'Who do I pick? Time to make some smart choices…'
