“Hey, did you know about this little mole on your armpit?”
“…”
“I don’t think you did. You’re sharp when it comes to observing others, but not so much when it comes to yourself.”
Seo Eui-woo wanted to be the one to point it out. He wanted to know Jae-jin’s body better than Jae-jin himself, to feel like he possessed it.
“Did you know, Jae-jin? Answer me.”
Jae-jin struggled to respond, his breath coming in gasps.
“Y-yes… I knew…”
“…You did? Really?”
Seo Eui-woo seemed dissatisfied with the answer. He tilted his head, lightly biting Jae-jin’s shoulder, his thick eyebrows furrowing slightly. He seemed puzzled about how Jae-jin could have known.
“Then do you know how many teeth you have? All thirty of them, right?”
“Yes, that’s right. My wisdom teeth are… on the lower jaw… two of them…”
“Who told you that?”
Seo Eui-woo cut off Jae-jin’s words with another question. His handsome face was filled with curiosity.
“Who told you about your teeth?”
The one who told him was, of course…
The first-life Seo Eui-woo, who had nagged him about it until he couldn’t stand it anymore…
A sudden, chilling unease gripped Jae-jin. He swallowed hard, not wanting to say anything. Silence seemed like the best option.
“…”
Seo Eui-woo pressed Jae-jin, who remained silent.
“Who was it?”
“Who told you about this?” Seo Eui-woo asked, his voice contrasting sharply with the intensity of his movements. He had thrust deeply into Jae-jin, pinning him down.
“Ah! Ugh!”
“The dentist? Did the doctor tell you?”
“No, ah, ugh…!”
“Stop squirming and answer me. I’m really curious. How did you know this…”
Seo Eui-woo was determined to find out. When Jae-jin couldn’t respond, only gasping, Seo Eui-woo grew impatient and flipped him over.
“Ugh!”
With Seo Eui-woo still deep inside him, Jae-jin’s body was turned halfway around. His hips twisted, and his chin lifted, eyes rolling back as waves of pleasure surged through him. Before he could catch his breath, Seo Eui-woo was on him again, thrusting hard.
He wrapped Jae-jin’s legs around his waist, slamming into him so forcefully that their hips clapped together loudly.
“Still won’t answer? Or don’t you want to say?”
“Ugh! Ah!”
“Don’t want to tell me?”
Jae-jin’s lower body was soaked, his earlier climax mixing with sweat. The pleasure didn’t ebb; instead, it grew, threatening to overwhelm him. His mind was a blur, sparks flying before his eyes. He grasped at Seo Eui-woo, desperate.
“Why… why do you want to know so badly?”
“Hmm… I guess I’m just curious who knows your body so well besides me.”
Seo Eui-woo smiled down at Jae-jin, folding his legs to pin him more securely. He thrust down hard, his body accustomed to the rough guiding of an Awakened. This was his natural way, and holding back only made it worse for Jae-jin.
Even now, with Seo Eui-woo barely losing control, Jae-jin felt overwhelmed. He clutched at Seo Eui-woo, panic rising.
“Wait, stop! My stomach… it feels like it’s going to burst! Stop, please! Ah!”
“Don’t worry, this won’t actually hurt you. I’ve had a hole in my stomach before, so I know.”
“It hurts, Seo Eui-woo, please… not so hard, ah!”
“Hmm, not the answer I wanted… Is it too much for you, Jae-jin?”
“Ugh! Ah! Ah…”
“Why won’t you answer me? I’m asking you, Jae-jin. Why won’t you tell me? You’re making me so… excited. I shouldn’t be like this…”
Even as he said he shouldn’t, Seo Eui-woo was relentless. He seemed to have lost control, unable to gauge his strength properly. He wasn’t used to dealing with someone who wasn’t an Awakened, and it showed. He needed to handle Jae-jin with more care.
Suddenly, Jae-jin’s breathing changed. He was gasping, his body trembling as if electrified from his waist down to his toes. His vision blurred, and he felt like he might pass out.
Jae-jin managed to choke out a response, his voice ragged.
“I’ll… I’ll talk… I’ll tell you… please, stop…”
“…A former lover…”
“…That person… told me…”
Jae-jin didn’t lie, but he didn’t reveal the whole truth either.
“A former lover…”
Seo Eui-woo murmured, his expression unreadable. His usual enthusiasm was gone, his gray eyes cold.
“I see… I’ve heard normal people do things like date or get married.”
Seo Eui-woo’s reaction was strange. He seemed deflated, his earlier excitement gone. He licked Jae-jin’s swollen lips, tasting the saliva, and muttered,
“So, Jae-jin had someone special too. Of course, you would. It would be stranger if you didn’t…”
He held Jae-jin close, not caring about the mess on his uniform. He continued to move his hips slowly, his chest pressed against Jae-jin’s.
“Too bad, Jae-jin. You won’t be able to see that lover again. Are you sad?”
Whether he moved fast or slow, it didn’t matter now. Jae-jin was filled completely, and even the slightest movement was overwhelming.
Jae-jin gripped Seo Eui-woo’s shoulder, clutching the stiff fabric of his combat uniform. The force pulled open the buttons, revealing Seo Eui-woo’s collarbone and the dog tag chain hanging around his neck.
“Do you miss that person? Do you want to see them again?”
“No, it’s… fine.”
“Did you… love them very much?”
Seo Eui-woo’s brow furrowed slightly. Despite finally getting the guiding he desired, his enthusiasm had waned. He studied Jae-jin’s disheveled face, his trembling eyes, and parted lips. Leaning in, he kissed Jae-jin deeply, their tongues entwining, yet the intimacy felt distant.
Seo Eui-woo broke the kiss and murmured softly, “I don’t know anything about love or relationships, and I don’t care to. But… I hope you weren’t too attached to your past.”
His tone was ambiguous, a mix of affection and indifference.
“You’ll forget that lover eventually. You won’t see them again, and even if you do, it won’t be the same.”
Jae-jin remained silent, his breath ragged. Seo Eui-woo’s movements became more focused, his eyes half-closed in concentration. The earlier interrogation was forgotten, replaced by a steady rhythm as he sought his own release.
Jae-jin clung to Seo Eui-woo, his mind a blur of pleasure and discomfort. Seo Eui-woo’s words echoed ominously in his mind:
Jae-jin’s instincts had been right; keeping the truth from Seo Eui-woo was wise. Revealing the identity of his former lover would have been disastrous.
