Teen Wolf: Frankenstein

Chapter 1: chapter 1

My name is Frank Stain. I am basically an immortal sorcerer, created by merging parts of different supernatural species: the heart of a dragon to be immortal and its blood to be invulnerable, the eyes of a werewolf to see farther, the tendons and nerves of various shapeshifters to make my body stronger. And if we kept listing all the body parts I implanted, we would be here for hours.

But that's not the point. I am immortal, and I was born in the 9th century. Back then, many supernatural beings still roamed the world. They were stronger, faster, more powerful—and I wanted that. I wanted that power. So, I started experimenting until I achieved my masterpiece: implanting the heart of a dragon. As I said, it made me immortal, but the only downside to my power is that I cannot father children or find love. Humans now seem fleeting and weak to me, but that doesn't stop me from blending in with them. I have been many things in my life: a king, a general, even a monk—I was even the Pope of the Vatican. But still, I could never form an emotional attachment to them.

That changed recently. I met a woman—a beautiful and, above all, strong woman. Imagine raising her teenage son alone after a divorce. We've been dating for several months, almost a year, and now she finally wants to introduce me to her son. And I, the great and powerful Frankenstein, the most brilliant mind and creator of many technologies for humanity… am nervous.

I mean, I would give up my immortality for her. Nothing would make me happier than forming a family with her. I would renounce my eternal life to have the ability to have children.

I said this while sitting atop a group of werewolves. Some were still alive, but many were dead.

—So, you're telling me that the being we supernaturals call 'The Devil' is scared of meeting the son of the woman he likes? Damn, that's rare. And coming from me, that's saying something—I'm a werewolf who only eats black dicks —one of the wolves said.

I could only sigh.

—It sounds strange, I know, but she makes me feel human. She makes me feel young again —I said, covering my face in embarrassment.

One of the wolves just rolled his eyes.

—Why don't you meet the kid first and then worry about what they think about living with you? I mean, you and she have been talking and dating for almost a year now.

I could only smile. I had finally found the answer I was looking for.

—You know what? Just for that, I won't kill you. Go… but first, give me your phone number. Your advice is actually good.

The wolf quickly wrote down his phone number and name before running off.

—Don't change it, or I'll kill you —I told him via telepathic message.

[I AM A LINE THAT DIVIDES THE POV]

—So, Scott, you're telling me that your mom is finally going to introduce you to her oh-so-beloved secret boyfriend? —Stiles said as he threw his arm over my shoulder.

—Yeah. She looks happy when she talks about him. Since they started dating, she hasn't cried anymore, you know? These powers let me hear it—I used to hear her crying —I whispered the last part. —But today I'll meet him and see if he's good for her.

—Come on, Scott, you look like you're about to kill someone —Stiles said, laughing. —But anyway, tell me about it tomorrow, okay?

After saying goodbye to Stiles, I grabbed my bike and rode straight to the vet clinic. Today, I'll tell Deaton that I'll be leaving work early to get ready for this dinner.
