The Almighty King Reincarnated

Dating is quite difficult in this age, mostly just because some don't have magical energy, or just can afford cheap trinkets. People that have a partner are mostly the ones that have money, but not for Xero… 

After that "diabolical" move from his dad. He was quite troubled… Misaki had made the first move, which was quite unfair, but he didn't complain — instead, he just tried to figure out ways on how to dodge this sudden request. But his mom had other plans…

So what the hell is she doing at his damn doorstep?!

Danger level three stars… 

It was as if Xero had already knew what would happen if he declined the offer. 

Lin Mei emerged from the kitchen, smiling ear-to-ear. She had been wanting those limited edition products for a while and for Misaki to just gift them to her free of charge, just added to her likeness for her. 

"Come on Xiaoluo, you're not done? She's waiting!"

In Lin Mei's eyes, from the day she birthed Xero (somehow…) he had always been awkward in social interaction, especially from a girl. So, for the world renowned Lotus Group's princess to show up at his doorstep, just made her think that he had some kind of special charm. And she was indescribably proud. 

Xero internally rolled his eyes, this was just forceful enough! 

"Quit looking at me like that. If you don't go, consider your custard bun snacks gone!"

At that moment, it was as if a train had hit Xero and slammed him away. 

Xero had never dated before, so this was all quite new to him. He had never had a girl look at him that way especially one from such a powerful family, if he screwed up, that was another story to tell. 

Xero got ready out of spite. He wore a darkish blue hoodie, black pants that reach all the way to his black shoes. When he exited his house closing the small gate behind him, he could see his parents waving at him from the doorstep. 

Xero sighed, it's not like he's doing this because of them! His love for custard bun snacks are out of this world dammit! 

A bodyguard dressed in a black suit and was wearing dark sunglasses, and looked like he'd been doing this for months, bowed, and then opened the limo door for Xero. Silently urging him to enter. 

Xero entered and sat down, the door closed just as he sat. 

"I've been waiting for you!" Misaki said proudly.

She had been waiting so long to actually hangout with Xero, ever since the entrance exam. Her interest in him piqued because of that moment, and for him to actually show up… It felt like she was dreaming!

When Xero entered the car, it felt like he was still in dreamland. If not, then he must've been f*cked in the head three times in order to actually accept the invitation. The world renowned "Lotus Group" and the daughter sitting right next to him. It felt as if he was transitioning into a cuck.

That aside. He was only doing this because of his custard bun snacks! 

That had been on his mind.

In fact, now that he gives it some thought… It's not actually difficult for Misaki to find out where he lived. The Lotus Group had every house in the area mapped, so it wasn't really that surprising. 

The limo car hummed to life as it started driving, and there were helicopters and black cars surrounding it, protecting it from potential danger. And it looked like it was broadcasted too. 

As Xero saw as the Zhang Family's small villa recede further into the distance, as the limo car drove, he silently wondered if he should use, "Seven Art of Heavenly Dao: Great Star Relocation" to move away. After all, this had been sudden, and Xero felt kind of uncomfortable because of the way she was forcing herself on him. But he payed it no mind, she had wanted to talk to him for a while now, so this was just generosity. 

Misaki then broke the silence, "Classmate Zhang, I didn't think you'd actually accept!"

Xero flattened his lips silently, "…" Could he have really refused?

Actually, Misaki wasn't wearing any makeup, just using her bare face alone. But even with that, she still stands head high above girls her age, and she's undoubtedly a standard for beauty. While he would admit that she was indeed beautiful, she was also a little annoying in Xero's head. 

"Well? Classmate Zhang, is there anywhere you'd like to visit?"

Xero shook his head. 

Since this was the outcome, Misaki nodded and turned her head forward to the driver and said, "Alright then. Master Xu, Take us to Grand Paradise!"

Grand Paradise is undoubtedly the most popular and expensive in Qinghai, and there are tours and museums of the greatest masters in cultivation. And many come there every year for extensive research. 

"Yes, miss."

The driver responded with respectful manner.

During the drive there, it was silent. Xero was just gazing out the window, silently thinking about his custard buns snacks waiting for him at home, while Misaki was trying to usher conversation, since this may be a one in a lifetime opportunity.

When they arrived, the driver parked the car in a corner near the entrance with practiced precision. Then, he came out and opened the door, for Xero to come out first. 

The two came out of the car, and Xero could not help but actually notice how big the park really is. It was like a large castle, with a damn entrance too! Is her granddad Elon Musk's father or something?! 

It was quite huge, and was undeniably fancy. 

Then, a woman came out of the entrance, with a warm smile on her face. She had been expecting them, since her father had called her yesterday about the date. She works there. The woman greeted them with respect. 

"Welcome to Grand Paradise, Miss. Aoi and Mr. Zhang. Shall I give you a tour?"

Misaki, knowing that Xero was a man of few words, "Yes, that would be appreciated!"

Misaki then grabbed Xero's hand, and it looked as if they were holding hands, as they both went inside. Xero couldn't really see why she would hold his hand… but the feeling was relaxing.

The "Yang Clan Area" was a very popular spot for couples, especially if they came to this theme park. 

There were a bunch of amusement rides and stores. And most importantly, there was a grand museum called the "Yang Museum of Ancient History" and it was well known in Qinghai. Four thousand years ago, the Yang clan reigned supreme in terms of swordsmanship and members, but when the great "Magical Energy Distribution Era" came a thousand years later. Their clan collapsed on the lack of magical and spiritual swords. And ever since then, to cater the modern era, a museum was built detailing the events and excellence of the leader and its members. 

The Yang Clan Area had another large and unique museum, detailing the events and artwork of the "Swordsman and Leadership Era" four thousand years ago. 

And later this evening, there would be a "Heavenly Phoenix Gathering."

All in all, today, Xero had a… not so peaceful Saturday morning. 

And so, the tour began.
