The Arrival of Naruto in the Marvel Universe

Chapter 591: Chapter 590: Hydra's Plan

Triskelion, S.H.I.E.L.D. Headquarters-

Sitwell entered his office and locked the door behind him. Sitting down at his desk, he took out a specially made cellphone and dialed a number.

"Sitwell, what's happened?"

"Sir, Coulson has taken a large amount of Vibranium to exchange for Physical Enhancement Serums."

"Is it a lot?"

"According to the intelligence obtained by the undercover agents in Hills's team, S.H.I.E.L.D. has acquired a total of 100 kilograms of Vibranium."

Upon hearing that S.H.I.E.L.D. had taken two-fifths of Wakanda's Vibranium, Pierce was now worried about another issue: whether the remaining three-fifths of Vibranium had also been handed over to the remaining three countries.

It seemed they needed to take action in advance. Otherwise, Wakanda might end up with no Vibranium left at all.

Sitwell continued, "If we get our hands on this batch of Vibranium and combine it with other metals, we can exchange it for nearly 40 doses of Physical Enhancement Serums."

In the case of combining it with other metals, each dose of Physical Enhancement serum only required about a kilogram of Vibranium to acquire.

Unlike S.H.I.E.L.D., which exchanged 15 kilograms of Vibranium for each dose, although the cost was the same at 300 million dollars, for them, the other two materials were easy to obtain, but Vibranium was impossible to generate on their own.

After all, the former could be obtained with money, while the latter had no purchasing channels.

Upon hearing Sitwell's report, Pierce also took a deep breath. With 40 doses of Physical Enhancement Serums, they could form three special teams, each composed entirely of superhumans.

It was worth noting that even the Winter Soldier, who had been frozen, didn't have 40 people.

However, the cost of the materials wasn't cheap. 20 billion dollars' worth of Vibranium and 100 billion dollars' worth of secondary and raw Adamantium.

Even though Hydra was a large organization with a large fortune of billions of dollars, it wasn't an easy task to come up with that much money.

After thinking for a moment, Pierce considered another issue: "Do you know who Coulson took with him?"

Sitwell replied, "Coulson took Yakushi Kabuto, Barton, and Chen Haoran with him."

"Ward is also in the team, and he's the one who informed me. He's currently supervising Yakushi Kabuto."

Upon hearing this configuration, Pierce shook his head. He knew that even the Winter Soldier couldn't beat someone injected with Physical Enhancement Serums.

Among them were not only Chen Haoran, who could control fire, but also a ninja. Even if all the Winter Soldiers were activated, they might not be able to quickly snatch the Vibranium.

And once delayed, if S.H.I.E.L.D. sent a large army to besiege them, it would be more harm than good, completely exposing the Hydra.

"With the power we can mobilize now, we can't quietly and quickly seize the Vibranium."

"The Physical Enhancement Serums that Coulson exchanges will ultimately be used by the SHILED's personnel. This is our opportunity."

"We can quietly seize the fruits of their labor. The physical enhancement serums were not injected into our people the first two times, so this time is a good opportunity."

"But, sir, that's the Vibranium worth 40 doses of Physical Enhancement serums!"

"How long do you think it will take Coulson to reach Sand Puppet Shop?"

"About an hour and a half."

"With only an hour and a half, from deployment to personnel action, how much time do we have left?"

"Use your brain, think about it carefully. With such a short time frame and still in the city, how much manpower can we mobilize?"

"I even suspect that this is a trap designed by Nick Fury to lure us out."

But Sitwell also had his own selfish motives. He also wanted to become an enhanced individual. He wanted to get one or two doses of the serum for himself, and with 40 doses, he would have room to maneuver.

Now, after Pierce's reminder, he realized that he had oversimplified things.

"I understand!"

"We don't need to get involved in this matter. After Coulson exchanges for the Physical Enhancement Serums, we'll find a way to arrange for our people to be injected with them."

"After exchanging the Vibranium for the Physical Enhancement Serums, there will still be ten kilograms left. We'll find a way to acquire it and get our hands on it."

"Also, find out who the man was that was last seen at Sand Puppet Shop, and which organization he belongs to."

"Yes, Sir!"

After that, Pierce hung up the phone, and Sitwell saw that the call had ended. He put away his phone, unlocked the office door, and opened it again.

On the other side-

Although Coulson drove slowly all the way, it took more than two hours, but the convoy finally arrived safely at the entrance of Sand Puppet Shop.

Coulson got out of the car with Barton, while the members of the special team stood guard outside the shop. As for Kabuto and Chen Haoran, they remained hidden in the car and did not show themselves.

Barton carried the box and walked into the Sand Puppet Shop with Coulson. When they entered the shop, Coulson headed straight for the service counter.

At the service counter was not Temari but Pakura.

"Hello, Miss Pakura. I'm here to purchase some Physical Enhancement Serums."

Pakura looked at the two arrivals, not unfamiliar with Coulson, and directly asked, "Did you bring the Vibranium?"

"How many do you need to exchange for?"

Facing Pakura's gentle voice, Coulson smiled and replied, "90 kilograms of Vibranium, in exchange for 6 doses!"

Pakura was a little surprised. "6 doses?"

"Yes, 6 doses."

"Have you found a Vibranium mine?"

"You're spending money so lavishly."

Hearing Pakura's words, Coulson shook his head with a smile. "There's no such good luck. This may be our last time buying the Physical Enhancement Serums."

Pakura was puzzled. "What's wrong?"

"This is the last of our Vibranium. Although there are some in the hands of other countries in this world, it's highly unlikely that we'll be able to trade for it, and the quantity won't be large."

Pakura felt a little regretful. She didn't expect Vibranium in this world to be as rare as chakra metal in the ninja world.

But with these 90 kilograms of Vibranium, it was quite a lot for them.

After all, even when she was in the ninja world, she, who was hailed as a hero of Sand Village, couldn't afford to buy a weapon made of chakra metal.

"Well, that's a bit of a shame."

"But since that's the case, let me check your Vibranium first. Is that okay with you?"

"No problem."
