The Bizarre Wizarding World

Chapter 485: World Elf

Hoo!

The fierce blizzard continuously swept across, and Colin's figure, originally hidden by the Hidden Crystal, suddenly revealed a blurry outline.

The effect of the Hidden Crystal is powerful, even a Divine avatar finds it hard to see through its disguise. Yet, the drawback is obvious; it's easily targeted. However, most of the residing Divine believers have already left, and no one noticed the anomaly.

Moments later, Colin successfully passed through the Blizzard Wall.

What appeared before him was a small circular ice field, with a slight misty blue hue, very tranquil.

Especially with the blizzard behind still blowing relentlessly, its noise made the ice field ahead even more tranquil by contrast.

The extreme contrast between movement and stillness was breathtaking.

Several years ago, after Colin had returned from here, he researched some related information but perhaps due to his previously low power level, he ultimately found nothing related to the Eye of Blizzard.

Though his power grew constantly afterward, he never researched the related information again, and eventually left it unresolved.

But thinking about it now, this Eye of Blizzard is an extremely rare spectacle even when placed across the entire Siya Continent.

Colin once again grew curious about the reason for its formation... but he had more important matters to attend to now.

Shelley's glacier was quite easy to find. In fact, in the entire small Eye of Blizzard, there was only this one prominent glacier, situated in the middle, occupying nearly half of the space, visible at a glance.

Colin scanned the area and quickly locked in on the direction.

However, for some reason, Colin felt an inexplicable oppressive aura emanating from that glacier.

And this oppressive aura grew increasingly intense as he approached.

Colin's heart gradually lifted, silently clutching the Hidden Crystal, he stealthily flew into the icy tunnel at the glacier's end.

The glacier tunnel made of ice was transparent blue, but at this moment, it was enveloped in an aura that Colin found familiar yet somewhat strange.

After carefully sensing it, Colin made a judgment.

'I'm afraid there's a Divine avatar lurking here...'

His expression darkened a bit.

No wonder all the Divine believers were stationed outside... to think such a dangerous existence was trapped in the Extreme North!

Though a bit distressed, Colin wasn't overly afraid.

Just a Divine avatar, he had already personally slain one when he broke through to the Fourth Rank!

And now, after several days, he had thoroughly digested the power he gained, and his strength had advanced even further compared to then... there's no reason to fear.

He continued moving forward, and before long, Colin saw the tunnel's end.

If nothing had changed, at the tunnel's end, was a deep chasm like a gloomy well, its bottom about the size of a basketball court, narrowing further up.

And at the end of the tunnel, it opened at the top of the chasm, just meters above was a smooth, polished ice crystal dome.

Colin cautiously arrived at the tunnel's end, looking down, his pupils slightly contracted.

At the bottom of the basketball court-sized chasm, stood a towering blue-white giant!

Without a doubt, this clearly was the real avatar of a Divine, and as for which Divine, Colin had recognized it.

This was evidently the Winter Lord who later appeared in Graham!

The scene before him confirmed Colin's conjecture, dispelling any hopeful delusions.

He continued observing the massive blue figure below.

The Winter Lord clearly hadn't noticed him, currently half-kneeling quietly at the chasm's crystalline base, without any movement, like a magnificent sculpture. Its massive body almost filled the entire space.

The Winter Lord was roughly humanoid, through its blue-white skin like frosted glass, one could see the white storm surging inside.

And within the white storm, a flowing, sparkling light blue stream was conspicuous, starting from the Winter Lord's feet and spreading upward to its head.

Upon closer observation, one could find that this light blue energy seemed to be coming from the ground, being absorbed by the Winter Lord!

Thoughts raced quickly, Colin glanced at Shelley beside him, suddenly feeling a surge of anger.

Shelley was a spirit born from this glacier, strictly speaking, this glacier was actually Shelley's true form.

And what the Winter Lord was doing was evidently plundering the energy contained within the glacier!

With all the information known, Colin was suddenly enlightened.

Though he couldn't fully confirm it yet, Shelley's current condition was clearly closely related to the Winter Lord before him!

Originally arriving at the glacier, Colin didn't know exactly how to rescue Shelley, but as it stood now, his first step was clearly to immediately stop the Winter Lord from plundering the glacier's energy!

Buzz—

Yet at this moment, Colin suddenly turned his head, Shelley beside him suddenly underwent a mutation!

The glacier elf originally wrapped in frost suddenly emitted a hazy blue glow.

Then, the ice wall beside Colin gradually lit up as well.

The sparkling blue stream flowed through the thick ice, like a weary bird returning to its nest rushing toward him!

Colin was stunned, the glacier seemed to have recognized the Hidden Crystal, and was actively beginning to heal Shelley!

"Hmm?"

This mutation caused the Winter Lord at the chasm's bottom to gradually awaken, slightly raising its head, emitting a faint sound of surprise.

Colin's eyes flickered brightly, instantly making a decision!

Swish!
