The Greece Antagonist

Chapter 100: No More Appointments, My Butt Hurts (4k, Asking for Votes)

Two days and nights later.

The torrential rain outside the window gradually subsided, and the barrier enveloping the dwelling melted away inch by inch with the sunrise.

Inside the house, the red-haired Mechanical God Venus leaned in a corner of the wall, examining her somewhat bruised arm, while massaging her abdomen, giving off a strange and peculiar sensation, and murmured to herself.

"So this is human love and desire? How odd..."

"What? You want to continue?"

A deep hum came to her ears, and terrifying memories surged in her heart. Mechanical God Venus couldn't help but shiver and shook her head like a rattle drum.

"No, no more, my butt hurts..."

Saying so, the Mechanical God from the Bronze Clan spread her crimson wings and quickly flew out of the room while Luo En wasn't paying attention.

"You all go ahead, I have things to do!"

Luo En glanced at the fleeing Venus, then turned to look at Themis, who was sprawled across the bed head fast asleep.

The Goddess of Justice's sleeping posture was extremely relaxed, her eyes lightly closed, a faint smile hanging on her lips, seemingly still savoring the pleasures of love in her dreams.

Luo En, somewhat uneasy in his heart, saw this and chuckled silently. He stretched out a hand to cover Themis's shoulders with the blanket, then put on his clothes, wrote down some messages on parchment, and quietly stepped out of the yard.

Watching the sunrise leap above the horizon, Luo En's smile slowly faded.

Kronos would probably need about seven days to reshape the "Crown," and with the rendezvous at War God Mountain, consulting Prometheus, seeking advice from Hecate, and the time spent fooling around with Hestia, a total of two days were spent;

Next, discussing the revival of the Bronze Clan, negotiating with The Three Fates to join the fray, plus an unexpected round of troubles, another two days were used up.

Now, there were only about three days left to prepare.

To be safe, some things couldn't be delayed any longer.

Luo En pondered for a moment, looked down at the Mark of the Dead and the Wheel of Hecate on the back of his hand, drew several lines of Hermes Script in the air with his hand, and a dark rift opened, swallowing his figure into it.

At the same time, Themis, who was sound asleep inside the house, seemed to sense something and woke up.

Looking at the freshly written message on the desk, Goddess of Justice draped a shawl over herself, picked up the Sword of Judgment beside the bed, stepped out of the room, and looked toward the vast mountains in the distance, her eyes blazing with brilliant colors.

Fate, huh? Let's give it a try!

Starlight fell, and her graceful figure disappeared into the light.

~~

Two days later, War God Mountain.

Accompanied by a flickering pale light, Luo En stepped out of the pitch-black rift and headed straight to the front of the Great Temple at the mountaintop.

Athena, who was immersed in her work at the desk, heard the noise outside the door, paused her pen, and looked up at the figure that had disappeared for two days, and let out an almost imperceptible sigh of relief.

"Back already?"

"Uh-huh."

Luo En nodded slightly, approached the desk, pulled over a chair to sit down, and stretched leisurely and contentedly, trying to ease the fatigue in his bones.

It was as if he had just gone through a long and arduous journey.

Athena didn't ask anything, didn't say anything, but picked up the exquisite silver kettle on the table, poured a cup of calming, energizing herbal tea for Luo En across from her, and then came behind him, gently massaging his shoulders and head.

Luo En's feeling of relaxation became even more pronounced, enjoying this rare break.

After "lying like a corpse" for a full quarter of an hour, he slowly opened his eyes, took a sip of the slightly cool tea, and tossed a bronze crest inscribed with strange runes to Athena.

Athena watched the grey aura swirling above the crest, her eyes flickering slightly.

"Where did you go?"

"Uh, it's too much for you to defend War God Mountain alone. To be on the safe side, I brought you a trump card to deal with Typhon."

"Will this thing be useful?"

"If the plan goes well, you might be able to take down that Demon Ancestor."

Luo En answered confidently, then moved his lips and shared the intelligence he had extracted from Hecate, as well as the gains of his trip, with Athena.

Athena listened attentively, nodded in a contemplative manner.

"Planting crops all over the field to leave no room for weeds to grow? Not a bad idea, it's worth a try."

However, soon after, the Goddess of Wisdom looked down at the bronze crest in her hand, her eyes gradually narrowing.

"So, what's the catch?"

"What catch?"

Luo En blinked, looking puzzled.

"Don't play dumb!" Athena tossed the bronze crest back onto the table, eyeing Luo En with irritation, "Thessaly and War God Mountain are like two ends of a scale. If that thing is really so convenient, why didn't you use it on the front line? If you won't talk, keep it yourself."

"Alright, alright, I'll tell."

Seeing he couldn't hide it, Luo En raised both hands in surrender.

"It's nothing serious, this thing can only restrain one of two targets, and just as you guessed, if one side of the scale dips, the other side gets more pressure."

"So you're saying, once I use this thing, Thessaly will be in great danger?"

"Pretty much."

Luo En nodded, picked up the bronze crest from the desk again, and put it back into Athena's hands, reminding her with a grin.

"So, you can only use this card for a final victory; don't throw it away unless absolutely necessary."

Listening to that double-meaning musing, Athena thought for a moment, didn't refuse, and finally gripped the bronze crest tightly in her palm.

Seeing the gift accepted, Luo En's heart dropped the heavy stone it was carrying, then looked around the room, shifting the topic.
