It's over, it's Hera!

Seeing the notorious home-wrecker and illegitimate child terminator appear before her, Alcmene, with panic in her heart, was so frightened that she turned pale and stumbled backward.

Hera let out a cold hum, leaped down from atop the high wall, and swung her right hand, clenched with a thunderbolt, at the fleeing mother and child.

Just as Alcmene and her child were about to lose their lives under this ghastly divine power, a figure stepped forward.

"Boom!"

Golden flames clashed with the violent thunderbolt, causing a muffled explosion on the desolate land, and the formed aether storm tore up the grass in layers, leaving a mess behind.

Thump thump thump!

In the midst of the wild thrusting force, Luo En staggered back three steps before he could barely stabilize his stance, the surging blood making his throat full of a sweet, metallic taste, and a trickle of fresh blood spilled from the corner of his mouth.

Seeing this, Hera's gaze wavered, and then she bit her teeth and let out a cold hum.

"This has nothing to do with you, get lost!"

As she spoke, she raised her hand again, merging a light-shaped javelin in her palm, her eyes fiercely fixed on Alcmene and her child, who were collapsed on the ground.

"That's enough, Hera!"

A furious shout interrupted the Queen's rhythm as she was about to deliver a fatal blow to her rival and the illegitimate child.

And after catching Hera's evidently delayed reaction, Luo En steeled his heart and spoke solemnly.

"When will you stop being so obstinate?"

Upon hearing this, Hera's brows furrowed, anger causing her chest to heave incessantly.

"You dare lecture me?"

"I'm heartbroken for you!"

Luo En looked up fearlessly, his chest out, with the Mirror of Vaporization in his hand, reflecting Hera's current image, and he posed a soul-searching question.

"Look at yourself now, do you still resemble your former self?

In the past, you wouldn't even bear to hurt the birds in the sky, and if they got wet, you would even let them shelter from the rain in your bosom.

And now? You can execute living people at will, casually massacre children, and even the lives of an entire city, an entire country, can be extinguished just to vent your anger.

As a protector of women and children, these are all beings you are supposed to protect!

The compassionate goddess that I remember, the benevolent Queen, where has she gone?"

As she listened to the soul-piercing questioning, Hera instinctively raised her hand, touching her own cheek, looking at her own distorted and fierce image in the mirror, which resembled a demon from hell, and her heart shook violently.

With flowery speech, he obtained the intimacy his wife had yearned for but was unable to fulfill.

The husband, who arrived in a hurry and learned the truth, did not lay the blame on her, but silently accepted reality and agreed to let her give birth to the child.

Instead of blessings, this divine bloodline brought her nothing but Hera's retaliation.

At this very moment, facing Luo En's query, Hera, who had no answer, chose to defiantly give up.

"I don't care! Since they won't let me have peace, then none of them shall find peace either!"

"But by taking revenge on so many mistresses and killing so many bastards, has the Divine King ever restrained himself? Are you truly happy?"

Hera instantly fell silent, not knowing how to answer.

Indeed, she had eliminated one rival after another, one illegitimate child after another, even becoming hysterical and unrecognizable in the process, and gradually turned into a shrew that everyone feared. Yet Zeus's affairs and procreation had never ceased.

However, before he could catch his breath and regain his composure, Hera, having come back to her senses, looked up at someone, and asked faintly,

"You let them go?"

"I just think it's unfair!"

Luo En stood up straight, speaking with righteous indignation.

"Why should the aggressor live so happily, while the victim must suffer so terribly?"

In a daze, Hera seemed to think of something, her body shivering as she nodded and murmured,

"Yes, why should he spew lies freely, while I have to give my whole heart?"

"Why can he idly seduce and not be bound, while I must abide by the rules of marriage?"

"You're absolutely right, I feel the same way!" Luo En nodded subconsciously, cheering on his stepmother in his heart, and feeling utterly delighted.

That's right, that's how you should think. Go after him who wronged you! If only she could turn that stallion atop Mount Olympus into a dead husband!

"Bang!"

Yet, as Luo En was lost in fantasy, he was suddenly flipped over onto the ground by a powerful force.

Rising abruptly, Hera, with a strange look in her eyes, gazed down at the handsome young man beneath her, and spoke ominously,

"Since you think so too, then you will quench this fury for me."

"?"

"Rip!"

As Luo En was still confused, he felt a sudden chill at his chest as his shirt was violently torn open.

Soon after, his lower garments were breached, and hidden patterns of light began to envelop the surroundings.

Watching the loose robe fall from those vast old shoulders, Queen Hera approached with graceful steps, him feeling sweat forming on his forehead as his body subconsciously retreated.

"Isn't it you who said I should seek my revenge in a fair way? Why do you flee?"

With a chilling sneer, Hera grabbed the prey by his ankles with her slender arms, dragged him brutally back to his original position, then descended cruelly and decisively upon him to taste his flesh, and gnaw on each of his bones.

The lamb ravaged under the she-beast's paws let out a woeful cry.

This isn't right, it's not at all what I had in mind!
