This part would take a closer look at the antagonists in the story—the creatures from the other side, but also the darker, more sinister forces that have been manipulating events all along.

- The Shadow Court: A group of powerful entities who exist at the edges of both the human and dream worlds. They have their own agenda for Ethan, Maya, and Jake. Do they want to prevent the rift from opening, or do they want to see it collapse entirely?

- The Whispering One: A mysterious figure whose presence is felt in the shadows but who has not fully revealed itself in the main story. Could this entity be both a threat and an ally to Ethan? Does it have its own agenda?- The Creatures of the Rift: This volume would explore the nature of the monsters and beings from the other side. Some are mindless, bent on chaos, while others are far more intelligent and manipulative. We would get a deeper understanding of what these beings want, and why they have been trying to cross into the human world for centuries.
