The searing blade grazed the side of his helmet, burning through the golden metal, leaving behind a deep, scorched gash that exposed glimpses of the knight's face beneath.

The knight's guard was broken.

Ali stepped into his stance, pressing his palm right up to the knight's faceplate

Red lightning exploded from Ali's fingertips, arcing wildly, striking the knight's helmet with relentless fury.

The beast stared down at the knight, its fangs bared, a predator gazing upon its final meal.

'Attack', Ali commanded in his head as he wiped away the blood that trickled down his ears.

The knight overcame the initial shock and roared back with his battle cry, the ground beneath him breaking from the power inside him right now….
