The Omnipotent System

Chapter 223: Going To Earth

Primordial Chaos Domain

A place beyond the understanding of mortals—where time bent and space itself twisted to accommodate the will of its ruler. Vast floating palaces hovered above a sea of swirling cosmic energy, with ancient mountains piercing through the void, each one a domain belonging to a god or goddess shaped by Adams himself. The sky was endless, shifting between hues of gold, violet, and deep crimson, reflecting the chaotic yet harmonious nature of this realm.

A sudden ripple in space. A moment later, three figures stepped through—a gateway of shifting black and silver energy snapping shut behind them.

Awar, ever the embodiment of exhaustion, barely took two steps before letting out a deep sigh. Without a word, he trudged forward, his feet dragging slightly against the shimmering ground. His destination? Probably anywhere he could collapse and sleep for the next century.

Arianna stood nearby, her long hair catching the light as she scanned the area. Her sharp green and golden eyes narrowed slightly. Something was missing. Or rather, someone.

"Where is my brother?" she asked, looking directly at Awar.

Awar didn't even pause. He just walked past her, waving a lazy hand in the air as if to say, Not my problem. He was already done with everything. Just teleporting back here was enough of a hassle. Talking? Explaining? Yeah, not happening.

Lilith scoffed at his usual behavior before turning to Arianna. "My husband chose to stay back," she said, arms crossed. "Said something about reliving his old life. You know how he is."

The words barely left Lilith's lips before Arianna's ears perked up. Without hesitation, she spun on her heel and took off, her silver cloak billowing behind her as she sprinted towards their parents' peak.

Inara sighed, rubbing her forehead. "Yeah, saw that coming," she muttered. She knew Arianna well—too well. There was no way she'd let Adams have all the fun by himself. She was always up for an adventure, just like her brother.

Lilith exhaled, shaking her head before glancing at Inara. "Might as well let the others know. It's only a matter of time before they start asking questions."

Inara smirked. "Yeah, and I bet half of them will want to go after him too."

"Obviously."

Without another word, the two walked off towards the grand palace where Adams' other wives resided. The sky above shimmered, the stars shifting ever so slightly, as if even the universe itself was amused by the chaos that was about to unfold.

And somewhere, far away in another world, Adams was simply enjoying a soda, completely aware that his peaceful break was already on borrowed time.

Arianna moved fast, her silver cloak flowing behind her as she sprinted up the winding crystal steps toward her parents' peak. The golden glow of the celestial palace reflected off the clouds, casting long, shifting shadows. High above, constellations realigned in slow, deliberate movements, whispering secrets only the gods could hear.

She reached the grand entrance in moments, her heartbeat steady despite the rush. Inside, the atmosphere was calm, peaceful. Too peaceful.

Laden sat on his usual throne, a massive seat sculpted from primordial energy itself, humming with raw power. His long silver hair fell loosely over his shoulders, his crimson eyes sharp but relaxed. He looked up as Arianna burst in, one eyebrow rising slightly.

Aria, on the other hand, stood near a floating platform lined with glowing flowers, her emerald-green eyes narrowing the second she saw her daughter's expression.

Arianna wasted no time. "I'm going to Earth."

Laden exhaled through his nose, leaning back, completely unsurprised. "Then go." His voice was smooth, steady, like it held the weight of countless galaxies. "You're a big girl, Arianna. You don't need to ask for permission."

Aria's expression darkened, her lips pressing into a thin line. "Absolutely not."

Arianna groaned. "Mom, come on—"

"Don't 'Mom, come on' me," Aria snapped, stepping forward. "I know you're powerful. I know your brother is watching everything. But that doesn't mean I'm just going to smile and let you leave so easily."

Arianna sighed, softening. She got it. She really did. The last time she had been taken from their home, it had been brutal. It took years before she reunited with her family. No matter how strong she was now, a mother's worry never faded.

She stepped closer, placing a hand over Aria's. "I'll be fine," she said gently. "No one would dare mess with us anymore. There's nothing to be afraid of."

Aria stared at her for a long moment, her expression unreadable. Then, finally, she exhaled, the tension easing from her shoulders. A small, knowing smile tugged at her lips. "Just be careful."

Arianna grinned. "Of course."

Aria sighed. "I mean it, Arianna—"

But before she could finish, Arianna had already turned and sprinted for the exit, laughing as she bolted down the floating steps.

Laden smirked, watching her go. "She's just like Adams."

Aria shook her head. "That's what worries me."

Seconds later

Arianna landed gracefully in front of the glowing gateway, but the second she arrived, her brows furrowed.

Three figures stood there, waiting.

Erren. Elamenor. Jameson.

Elamenor stood with his arms crossed, his tall frame barely contained by the swirling energy around them. Erren had that usual sharp look in her eyes, scanning Arianna like she already knew what she was going to say. And Jameson? He just stood there with a smirk, hands in his pockets, looking entirely too pleased with himself.

Arianna narrowed her eyes. "Why are you guys here?"

Elamenor snorted. "Why do you think?"

Erren smirked. "We're coming with you."

Jameson grinned. "Did you really think you were going to have all the fun alone?"

Arianna groaned, rubbing her temples. "You guys—"

Elamenor cracked his knuckles. "We want adventure too."

Arianna blinked, staring at them for a second before letting out a soft chuckle. "Fine. But don't slow me down."

Erren smirked. "You wish."

Jameson grinned wider. "This is gonna be fun."

The gateway pulsed with energy, responding to their presence. Arianna took a deep breath, stepping forward as golden light wrapped around them.

Then, in an instant—

They vanished.

Back to Earth. Back to where Adams was.

And whatever was waiting for them on the other side?

Well… that was part of the adventure.
