Chapter 7: Three Eyed Raven
Feng Yun asked Riyal, "I forgot to ask; can you tell me about myself?"
Riyal wiped away tears, "Well, like me, you're twenty years old, and your name is Leon. You have a younger brother and an older sister."
Just then, the sky darkened, and a loud thunderclap sounded. A portal-like door opened, and everyone collapsed to the ground.
Feng Yun struggled to stand, coughing up blood. "What's going on? Can't this creature control its power?"
He glanced at Riyal, shocked to see him standing unaffected. "Hey Riyal, aren't you feeling anything?"
Riyal looked puzzled. "N-no, but why are you sweating and worked up?"
A three-eyed Raven emerged from the portal, expelling dense spiritual energy. As the energy dissipated, everyone stood up, including Feng Yun.
The Raven declared, "Oh humans of this world, I, the great three-eyed Raven, have come to fulfill your dreams—"
An old man interrupted, yelling, "You killed my son and wife! Give me back my family!"
The Raven's expression turned cold. "Who gave you the authority to speak?"
The old man was about to apologize, but the Raven struck him down with a feather.
The crowd erupted into screams and apologies. Feng Yun watched, thinking, "This raven has a dangerous temper."
Riyal seethed with anger. "I'm going to kill that bastard crow."
Feng Yun cautioned, "Hold on, Riyal. Are you aware of his strength?"
Riyal replied, "I don't care. He killed that old man for speaking the truth."
Feng Yun warned, his eyes locked on Riyal's. "If you fail to kill him, he'll kill us all."
