Chapter 497: The Great Unknown
[HAWI]
"I knew you were dumb to try and fuck with my sister in my absence, but doing that in my presence is downright unhinged, don't you think? You hate your life that much?" Hawi asked as she looked at Alex who had made it his mission to try and salvage whatever was left of their damned mission.
But what was even the point of it all when at the end of the day they are always going to be defeated? Hawi stared at Alexander, the disbelief and disappointment on her face making a show and it was then that Alex realized that he had fucked up for real.
This wasn't just some game that they could play and call a truce once it was all over, but then reality was not exactly the best of things for them at the moment, right?
"Has anyone ever told you you are stupid?" Hawi asked Alex who was not sure what the fuck he needed to do this time.
His attempt at attacking Elodie, had been thwarted by a speed of Malika whose attention was now on Alexander Russel.
This was not what they had imagined they could come to meet here but then what the fuck was left for them on this side of the realm anyway? It wasn't like there was more for the brothers to be hoping for, right?
"We will defeat you regardless. It's best if you just let us kill you so we can get this over and done with, Sicario," Alex said and for a moment there Sebastian facepalmed like he knew what was going to come next for them.
Sebastian had been around Hawi enough times to know that challenging the unhinged woman was the highest form of crazy. It was not something any normal person would ever want to do and his brother had found himself at the centre of it all.
Challenging Hawi was supposed to be placed at the top of the list of things to never do in a lifetime, and yet Alex had dared to try that.
"Is that a challenge I smell, Alexander?" Hawi asked and Alex just wielded his weapon, ready to fight the young wolf who had been making their lives a living hell.
Ever since Hawi had shown up, Alex never had the chance to get a good night's sleep. It was not fair what they had been subjected to, but it was also unhinged at the same time, given these were the only ones capable of making them suffer as much.
"Bring it on, kid," Alex dared to say and the warriors sighed as she looked at the mess for them, a mess that was never going to be easy to clean up.
He was smart enough to know where life and death were and drew a line and there was a lot more on the gambling table than they could even start to think of now. This was not going to end well and Alex had to have known that already by now, right?
There was just no way that he was that incentive to all that could be used against him, right? Or perhaps he was just tired of living and wanted the fastest way out of the mess that had become of their lives, right?
"I despise little shits," Malika said as she began fighting Sebastian, while Mbali and Rukiya went against the Russel warlocks along with the other warriors.
The battle was intense, but somewhere along the way, it got to the point that the Greyson and Sicario warriors had to take a step back and see for themselves whether this was real or not, and boy did some of them hope that it was too real.
The battlefield that they had been on was filled with dead bodies from the Russels team alright, but then with the last four Savasci Knights making a show the battlefield was turned into something else.
They were not just killing because they could kill, no. The four knights had decided to run the battlefield into a ketchup zone. Other body parts were being thrown to the side like it was the most normal of things.
The warriors were in so much shock that they instinctively stepped back, leaving the Russel warriors wondering what the fuck was going on. It was a surprise for everyone, but then Malika Mbali, Hawi, and Rukiya were not about to even stop.
Hell, even Rio, Theo, Elodie, and Hudhayfah stepped back with the other Greyson and Sicario warriors. This was madness of a higher level and there was just no other way to make it seem real. It was an impossible one.
"Rest, let us deal with the rest of this bunch," Malika said as he cast a barrier spell between them and the Russel warriors, not to mention the Greyson warriors. This barrier was meant to keep the Greyson and Sicario warriors on the other side, to watch as the war continued.
There was no doubt that the Savasci warriors did their best and they had tried to hold on. However, the devils who would save them were he and they were a powerful bunch of crazies who had no guard forever.
Perhaps this was just them channeling their anger from all the people they had lost along the way because of this damned family.
They couldn't even be blamed for it all because they suffered one too many tums and had decided to fight back for the sake of their sanity. This was what reality would look like for them for a white. but that didn't even matter anymore.
"I think I'm going to be sick," Elodie said as she watched her sister rip through the Russel warriors and paid no attention to the Russel brothers.

It was like they were dealing with the pesky little ants that had decided to mess with them, before they could deal with the person who had left the sugar jar open. Oh, but it was a terrifying sight.
This was not what life was ever supposed to be like but then in a world of a pissed white wolf, her mate, and the Jabali sisters, life did get a new meaning aligned the way.
"You're not alone in that," Rio said as she looked at the rotgut women do damage worse than they had ever thought to do or even attempted to do in the past.
The magic they had was staring through the bodies like the Russels warriors were just sheets of paper that could easily be torn through.
Adolf and Zane, despite the denial of the mate bond that was obvious between them, had held hands behind the barrier with the other Savasci knights, as they watched the madness unfold. This was hell or rather what people imagined her to be like.
"You! You're the weakest link in the team," Sebastian bellowed as he rushed to attack Elodie who was standing between the barrier like this was some show she ended up being to help with.
She never believed in letting Hawi fight long, and maybe that's why it was easier for her to be in the middle. She just wanted her sister to be okay.
"And here I thought you were smart, Sebastian," Malika said as she blasted Sebastian far away, while Mbali helped Elodie to the other side of the barrier carefully.
"Let the four of us deal with this," Mbali said reassuringly and Elodie knew there was no other option for her but to submit and let her sister fight.
