Chapter 34 - Consequences...

"Sage Art Fire Style: Phoenix Flame Bomb!"

Naruto, standing atop on one of the walls with chakra in his feet, thrust his fist in front of him with more condensed wind chakra put into it. "Eaken!"

The two Senjutsu enhanced elemental attacks clashed for several moments before they canceled each other out. Naruto jumped off the wall just as Kabuto appeared with his leg intended to pierce through him, only for the wall to be its unintended target.

"Sage Art Earth Dragon Jutsu!" Kabuto commanded as his arm turned brown before he aimed at Naruto. A large dragon of earth shot from his extended arm, its open maw revealed rows of jagged teeth that wanted to eat its blonde target whom stood on the ring.

To counter this, Naruto resorted to an attack of one not that of Ninjutsu, but Taijutsu. A technique of one of the legendary and greatest Taijutsu masters in his world's history.

"Leaf Dragon God!" The blonde ninja spun rapidly with his right leg raised high and summoned the dragon-like tornado that clashed against Kabuto's Earth Dragon as both dragons wrestled each other with their mouths on their necks. Both Shinobi didn't watch their attack dispersed since they were in the air as their fists entered another clash round to penetrate each other's defenses.

Until now…

Kabuto gritted his teeth when Naruto threw a feint with a punch that shifted into a vertical, downward elbow strike that slammed into his nose bridge. Taking no chance, Naruto wrapped his hands onto one of Kabuto's arms before he flipped him over his shoulder that sent the former Grass ninja hurtling towards the ring uncontrollably with a loud 'boom' plus a huge dust cloud.

Naruto didn't have to wait long as Kabuto flew towards in a fury, dodging every blow while he connected a horizontal elbow strike to the face. The glasses-wearing ninja snarled before he and Naruto disappeared once more, clashing in booming shockwaves that shook the coliseum replica and its increasingly weakening structures. Clasping his hands together atop his head and a loud grunt, Naruto swung his clasped hands like a hammer onto Kabuto's back and sent him crashing through the ring and destroyed it in the process.

"Huh?" Naruto wondered after a few moments of silence.

"Careful, Naruto. If he's anything like his former master, Kabuto has several plans in place." Kurama warned, getting a curt nod from his Jinchuriki.

Ashura gave his input afterwards. "I'm quite surprised he's using Senjutsu style of the White Snake Sage. There are very few who can use that specific power."

"So I heard." Naruto spoke as he landed on a block of debris that floated in the water. The blonde ninja observed his surroundings, specifically the center that was once the ring, to search for his opponent. He wasn't surprised when Kabuto was nowhere to be found, so Naruto lowered his stance to prepare for an oncoming attack at any moment. "Where are you?"

So focused was the Konoha Shinobi that he didn't notice the subtle ripple in the water from behind him nor the rumble from outside of the Coliseum.

-Northern Sector of the Island-

"Furinji Tekken!"

Senzui, after calming down, jumped backwards and dodged Saiga's rage-filled punch that decimated the spot he stood on before he rushed at him while the latter was a little occupied in the crater. However his attack plan halted when Shizuha appeared in front of him and pushed back with a series of rapid leg attacks.

"Misagougachi!"

Instead of dodging, Senzui stood there and felt the attacks connected to his torso, much to the surprise of Shizuha who stood next to her husband. Shizuha overcame her surprise once she felt her killer's Ki flow return to normal and recognized the technique he used to repel her attack.

"Rentaigai." Shizuha said as she and Saiga readied themselves for another round. "That's pretty reckless for a master like yourself, Senzui."

"…"

"I'm surprised he didn't use that technique he taught Saitama. That, itself, is extremely dangerous and reckless."

"Saiga dear." The said man looked at her and noticed a certain look Shizuha gave him. It was a signal to use a certain technique they used during the Kuremisago Civil War. With that set in mind, both Shizuha and Saiga charged at Senzui who blocked most and redirected their combos of punches and kicks while also counterattacking with attacks that were near misses.

Seeing the very subtle weak spot in Senzui's fighting style after dodging a nukite, Shizuha pivoted on her right heel and landed a sharp roundhouse left kick aimed at the torso. Senzui, however, saw the attack and blocked it with his right leg while also caught Saiga's knife-hand chop near the nape of his neck. Just when Senzui could retaliate, he was caught off-guard when massive amounts of Ki exploded from the husband and wife and found his limbs that were holding back the suspended attacking limbs shaking little by little.

"They wouldn't…"

Dual howls of rage and effort reached the ninja master's ears as Saiga and Shizuha's knife-hand and roundhouse kick respectively impacted against his torso and neck simultaneously. Senzui gritted his teeth as he attempts to fight back the extreme pain, but didn't get very long before Saiga and Shizuha pulverized him with a technique the latter learned from her husband.

"Furinji Ni Kami no Judgement!"

The Ki-covered Saiga and Shizuha didn't relent in their barrage of rapid-fire punches as the ground quaked with each blow landed on Senzui. The ground soon caved in under the power and got deeper and deeper until light from the sun was no longer visible for them to see. With one last punch to the face, Saiga grabbed his wife by the waist as the spot below Senzui caved in, causing the latter to fall to the concrete floor of a Yami underground lab.

After landing safely, Saiga looked at his wife who also was looking at him. Their eyes never left each other as Saiga spoke to her. "How is this possible?" He asked as Shizuha felt his hand touched her face, comfortingly nuzzling it.

"It's a lot to explain, but I wouldn't be here right now if it wasn't for the boy."

Saiga knew just the person she was talking about. "Naruto." A small nod came from Shizuha as he rubbed her cheek. "That boy is something."

"Yes he is."

The eyes of the reunited couple turned to a beaten and slightly exhausted Senzui whose clothes tell another story. The upper half of his uniform was torn and exposed his muscled torso; bruises started to appear on his face and exposed forearms; his hair undone from the ponytail and now free as it fluttered in the small breeze.

"I should've expected this from you." Saiga said as he let go of his wife and stared down at the stoic Senzui. "What you did to me, my wife and most of all, our daughter. You know what you did to us?"

"…"

"16 years. You took away 16 years of Miu's life away from us. You took her from me and her mother…" Saiga gritted his teeth as his hands shook with suppressed rage while Shizuha glared at Senzui who simply flexed his hands to get ready for another round. "You will pay for that penance."

"Not if I take your life."

"Too late. You already did." Saiga put his arm in front of Shizuha when she stepped forward, confusing her. "Not this time, Shizuha. This is between me and him now. He must pay."

Clicking her teeth, Shizuha gave him a seemingly happy smile while her Ki leaked out, shrouding the kunoichi in a menacing way as her eyes turned completely white and her hair flayed around uncontrollably. "Is that so?" She asked in a seemingly innocent tone, scaring Saiga and even Senzui who gulped a little. It's been a long time since the two males had seen this side of her. "You really want to cut out a dead woman on her plan to pulverize the man who killed her? What kind of husband are you?"

"Well… I… You… But…" The stuttering Saiga drooped his shoulders as he surrendered to the female fury before him. "Sorry dear. You can still fight." Gone was the intimidating side and out came the normally happy side of Shizuha as she hugged her husband while landing a forceful punch to the abdomen. "G-glad to see… you're happy."

"Times like this makes me almost regret not marrying Shizuha." The ninja master thought with a small sweatdrop.

-Naruto vs. Kabuto-The Ring-

"I really don't like this."

"Yep, not going to complain about that, Ashura." Naruto responded before he swiftly pivoted on his heels and caught a fist that belonged to a smirking Kabuto who then caught the blonde's fist with his free hand. The clash turned into a grappling match as the two Shinobi attempted to push each other in vain due to each other's enhanced strength being near equal.

Blinking for a moment, a surprised Naruto found him-self being pushed back by the still smirking Kabuto across the water's surface and through the hole in the wall he sent Kabuto flying into. Digging his heels into the solid ground, Naruto stopped the motion before he countered a high kick to the face, which Kabuto bended backwards and dodged the attacking limb.

"Perfect." Kabuto thought as his leg and back tightened, the veins pulsing with more blood and oxygen. With his enhanced speed and durability to prevent injury, Kabuto snapped from the bent position and lurched his body forward as he thrust a spear-hand aimed at Naruto's face.

Naruto's eyes widen when he noticed the spear-hand or nukite wasn't your typical hand technique and tilted his head to the right, barely dodged it before he jumped away from Kabuto as the latter used the momentum to lunge at him with the same technique. He'd seen this specific technique before in his training and how dangerous it is in the hands of a Legendary Master. Imagine how much more dangerous it is in the hands of a Senjutsu empowered Shinobi.

"Kazoe Nukite. One of the Elder's Legendary 108 techniques." Naruto thought as he dodged the attack and ran into the room and went up a flight of stairs until he reached the Yami's box or what's left of it. The floor in front of him cracked as Kabuto emerged from it with his spear-hand once more, but Naruto pushed him back with the shockwave of a palm thrust. "Furinji Oshi Itte!"

To his surprise, Kabuto disappeared in a puff of smoke. A trademark of the signature technique he's known for in his ninja career. The Shadow Clone Jutsu.

"Surprise?"

Naruto was stunned when he heard that voice behind him before he shook it off and Shunshined in time to avoid getting skewered by Kabuto's Kazoe Nukite as the latter Shunshined a moment later. The two disappeared and reappeared in several places through mid-air as they clashed fist-to-fist. The booming shockwaves echoed across the sky as a sign of their might while the two Shinobi clashed.

"Sage Art Fire Style…"

Kabuto's chest swelled slightly as he gathered the molded fire chakra into his lungs.

"Sage Art Water Style…"

After landing back on an ledge, Naruto formed several hand-signs before the water started to swirl and churn as the current's speed increased with each developed hand-sign.

"Fire Storm!"

"Tsunami!"

A massive fireball rapidly shot down towards an equally sized sphere of water as they clashed for superiority, the steam being the clear sign of their elemental differences. As the elemental Ninjutsu was soon replaced by a massive smoke cloud after being cancelled out by their equal strength and covered both Shinobi, it was now a game of stealth.

Yeah right.

Naruto clashed with Kabuto as their fists connected once more while the steam was blown back by the shockwave. Another barrage commenced with their punches and kicks being blocked by one another while a few managed to penetrate the defenses. After catching a straight punch and gripping it tight, Naruto formed a Rasengan and slammed it against Kabuto's abdomen. But Kabuto caught the wrist holding the jutsu and stopped it from reaching him as the sudden action summoned a wind burst a moment later.

As Naruto strained to push his signature jutsu into him, Kabuto surprised him with a head-butt and pushed the blonde off before landing several blows on him. With the active Rasengan, Naruto lashed out at Kabuto who dodged at the last moment and the water was pushed back over the ledges by the power of the chakra sphere as it destroyed the concrete ground before the former Shunshined out of there.

Seconds later, Naruto and Kabuto Shunshined appeared in front of each other... in mid-air. Ignoring the surprised cries down below at the stadium, the aura-coated Kabuto wiped his lip with his thumb and looked to find the familiar red liquid on it. "You still haven't lost your edge, Naruto."

Scoffing at the played-down compliment, Naruto responded back. "You sound disappointed." His mind grew wary when Kabuto's aura slowly turned into dark purple every second while his body started pulsing vigorously, confusing the blonde. His confusion grew when Kabuto took something out from his shirt. Something small. "What the hell?"

"By that look you have, it seems you haven't passed the trials. How disappointing indeed."

"Trials?"

Before the blonde could ponder about it further, he was literally blown away by the massive power spike as Kabuto's chakra exploded from his body, completely enveloping him and preventing Naruto to see him any longer. The intensity of the pillar caused the ocean around the island ripple wave after wave in rows while the surrounding clouds vanished from existence.

After righting him-self in the air and keeping his composure, the woozy Naruto who was about to puke instead shook his head of the dizziness. "What the heck is that?!" Naruto asked him-self as he stared at the blinding light show.

"It's not good from an obvious standpoint."

"You think?!" Kurama shouted while Naruto rolled his eyes at his ancestor's statement. "Naruto, you should perhaps use my chakra just in case."

"Huh? Why?! I'm doing fine so far." Naruto pouted when Kurama gave him a very displeased snort. "Fine. How about this: I'll mix your chakra with Sage Mode like the first time." He said as his pupils changed from being horizontal into a cross while his whisker marks grew thicker in the process. His chakra aura went wild a second later, causing a small but powerful gust of wind as a result.

"Oh boy. Get ready!"

Except he wasn't ready when something burst out of the light pillar and the next thing he knows was unbelievable yet familiar pain in his stomach as Naruto doubled over before being sent flying backwards and crashed through the Coliseum's walls before abruptly slamming into the hotel's outdoor pool, splashing out all the water from its confine.

"Ugh…" Naruto groaned loudly as he held his stomach. "What hit him?"

"Me of course."

When his eyes looked at the ledge, they went from anger to complete awe and shock.

"Oh shit."

-The Furinjis vs. Senzui-

The fighting between the masters paused when they sensed the massive energy surge at the Coliseum. They never felt anything like this in their entire lives. As much as they were in awe, Saiga and Shizuha couldn't help stop worrying about their baby girl being so near the source. However they have a job to do and once they do it, the husband and wife can be a family again with Miu.

"You shouldn't let your guard down so easily."

Saiga, upon hearing him, pivoted on his left heel while turning his body with the right leg up for a roundhouse kick to counter Senzui's kick. The ninja master was the defensive yet again when Shizuha took advantage of the small opening he created and Saiga took part in the assault as well.

Punch. Elbow. Low Kick. High kick. Palm strike. Uppercut. Senzui had defended or blocked these specific attacks of Saiga and Shizuha's double team and he was losing that battle by each passing moment. The breaking point of that battle was reached when both Saiga and Shizuha expertly hit the pressure points in his arms.

"No!" Senzui cried out at his limp arms.

"Now it's time to finish this!"

"Saiga!"

"Let's do it!"

The ninja master saw the couple separated and tried to flank him on both sides to trap him in a pincer move. With a ghost of a smug smirk, Senzui bent his legs for a high jump that shot him out of the tall trees' towering height and camouflage. While in the air, Senzui channeled Ki into his arms to reset the Ki flow that allowed beings to move their limbs and took a look down below.

They were standing there, just glaring at him with the insurmountable rage he absorbed through the beatings throughout the battle. At first he thought it was strange about them standing in place while they could've follow him and he would dominate them in a mid-air battle like Senzui did in their sparring matches before the Kuremisago civil war.

Then it hit him when the air current around fluttered slightly and his thoughts were realized as 'Saiga' and 'Shizuha' flickered into nothing while the real ones were behind him with drawn fists connected to his back.

"Gh!" Senzui felt his back creaked under the dual punching power before it worsened moments later.

Saiga and Shizuha simultaneously twisted their fists, causing more damage and actually getting a scream of pain from Senzui as he crashed into the ground and knocked over several trees off their roots. The Furinji couple, with a burst of speed, quickly appeared behind the prone Senzui before clobbering him with rapid-fire punches that dug the crater deeper as plumes of dust rock shot out of it.

The ground ceased to quake just before a shadowed figure shot out of the smoking crater and landed hard on the ground. Saiga and Shizuha followed suit as their synchronized heavy breathing was the sign of their exertion of their last attack as well their shaking and bloodied hands. They stared down at the obvious beaten Senzui who tried to crawl away from them.

Although his arms and legs were broken, so he had to use his chin.

"This shouldn't have happened at all! My plan! It was foolproof! Until that-"

"'-Until that boy came along.'" Saiga said after he and his wife stood in front of the incapacitated Senzui. "You were thinking that. Truth be told, I wasn't sure if Naruto could figure out about my innocence. But I never expected anything like this to happen." He mentioned while looking at his wife who had a solemn look directed at Senzui.

"Why, Senzui?"

"…"

"Just why?" Shizuha asked, failing to suppress a lone tear from escaping her left eye.

"…"

"Answer me!"

"…"

Saiga placed a hand to gently nudge his wife away from the monster that was once their friend as they began their slow walk back to the Coliseum to hold their daughter in their arms. With a quick glance, Saiga saw blood slowly pooled around the unconscious Senzui. A couple of Kazoe Nukite strikes to the lungs will do that to a person.

"Farewell… my friend." Saiga held his wife closer before he carried her bridal style and flickered with an audible 'boom'.

-Naruto vs. Kabuto-

After struggling to stand up but eventually did so, Naruto took a closer look at Kabuto who clearly looks different than before. His clothes changed from the fighting getup to that of an Ancient Roman soldier with greaves on his legs, bracers wrapped around his forearms and breastplate adorned with the faces of agonized people screaming for freedom. But the two things that really caught his attention was the chained weapon attached to the belt around the waist and his chakra grew to tremendous heights.

"The Claws of Hades…" Naruto wondered after recognizing it. "That's probably responsible for Kabuto's transformation."

"And power boost." Ashura pointed out.

"Incoming!"

Heeding the fox's words, Naruto Shunshined from the spot he laid on to dodge another Kazoe Nukite that tore apart the pool. Naruto reappeared high in the air and thrust his fist forward, aimed below. "EAKEN!" A passive Kabuto stood there while he watched the enhanced pillar of wind before flying straight through it. "What?!"

The bulge that is Kabuto surged through the jutsu before he shot out of it and punched Naruto squarely in the face, sending him down to the hotel as it later crumbled down from the impact. Windows shattered into small diamond-like pieces as they cascade to the ground below like snowflakes in the winter season in Tokyo.

A broken door wobbled a little before Naruto pushed it off of him as he shakily stood up while his chakra aura burst to life, signifying his resolve. With a howl of effort, Naruto rocketed towards Kabuto who floated in place as he delivered a straight punch with all of his strength into it.

However, it wasn't enough… at all.

Teeth gritting, Naruto put more weight into his connected limb, but found the smirking Kabuto wouldn't budge. Yelling with effort and his chakra spiking, the blonde ninja connected more punches aimed at the torso, only for his barrage to cease when Kabuto casually held his head.

"…You seem confused." Kabuto stated at the struggling blonde in his grip. "Perhaps you don't know how to beat me last time." He brought Naruto's head down as a rising knee met him halfway, drawing blood and what sounded like something breaking upon contact. Not letting him catch a breath, Kabuto grabbed his foe's leg before falling down to slam Naruto like a hammer into the huge heap of rubble that was once a hotel. "Had enough?"

His answer came in the form of a Rasengan that was bigger than both its creator and him-self.

"Sage Art: Giant Rasengan!"

"That cursed jutsu!" Kabuto cursed while forcibly letting go of his prey.

Naruto inwardly smirked as his technique sent the spinning and screaming Kabuto flying backwards through the forest's rows of trees, knocking them down. He panted slightly as a huge dome of chakra appeared in the forest while the shaking the island as well from the explosion.

"…Okay then…" The blonde ninja reassumed his stance for the next round. "So Ninjutsu and Senjutsu still works on him. That's good to know since Taijutsu is out of the question… for now." He saw a shadowy figure in the dust cloud and formed his favorite sign. "Shadow Clone Jutsu!"

Upon casually stepping out of the debris cloud, Kabuto was treated to the sight of a thousand-man army of Naruto clones, all of them wielding a massive Rasengan like the one he was hit a moment ago… and it's all for him. He formed several signs before slamming his hands into the ground for the jutsu to commence; the same technique that his former master, Orochimaru of the Sannin, used long ago in a battle against the blonde.

"Ninja Art: Rasoshid!"

The original Naruto, who stood behind, watched three very massive stone-walls with different face designs emerged from the ground and clashed against his Rasengan barrage. The island quaked and the trees shook as their leaves were blown away by the intermediate strong gusts of wind while the massive Rasengans grinded against the first wall until it cracked, shattering as the remaining clones continued the assault until there were no more.

"That technique…" Naruto cursed before dashing towards Kabuto's location. Taking the shortcut, he leaped over the second wall and stopped on the third to dodge a pair of chained hooks from taking his head before jumping off to even ground as Kabuto pulled back the Claws of Hades.

"Dance."

"Eh?"

"DANCE!" Kabuto commanded as he launched the hook weapons at Naruto. "Lashing Torment!"

Naruto thought it to be easy when he dodged the first claw and was about to do the same about the second one until the first claw suddenly changed direction as it charged at him. He dodged it once more and to the second claw when it tried to skewer him from behind.

"What the hell is this?!" Naruto wondered as he sidestepped, rolled, back-flipped and handstand out of the claws' increasing wide range.

The cat and mouse game between human and weapons continued into the forest where slashed trees felled after being unintended victims of Hades' Claws. Large claw marks scarred the earth and slain animals laid within pools of their own blood. It was a sight that no one familiar to war and combat should ever see in his/her life.

After a series of Shunshine to evade the claws, Naruto landed vertically on the mountainside and struck a fist out once more. "Eaken!"

The confident Kabuto stared at the wind jutsu until he broke it with a casual wave of one of the Claws. He then charged at Naruto and launched one of the Claws that missed, but that was what he intended as Kabuto pulled taunt on the stuck hook to let him-self reach the blonde much faster, much to the latter's surprise.

"What?!" Naruto said before receiving a knee to the stomach, causing him to double over as his body shook in pain.

After sheathing his weapon, Kabuto finished it with a few kicks to the legs, followed by a double palm strike to the ears and lastly glowing fist to the cheek for contact, sending Naruto crashing through several trees until he slammed against a large boulder that caved underneath the pressure of the impact.

"Perfect." Kabuto grinned at the sight of his opponent who fell on his knees after freeing him-self. He Shunshined in front of the blonde and roundhouse kicked him in the face, tumbling uncontrollably on the ground while leaving behind slight craters from the impacts.

The panting Naruto drew in gulps of air as he stood up, chuckling slightly at the situation he's currently in. "Looks like I'm in trouble here."

The state of his attire supported his claim. There were multiple holes on the pants and the upper part of the gi was gone, leaving only the tattered orange undershirt in its place. Several scuffle marks were present on his cheeks and arms until they were healed.

The Konoha ninja then watched his opponent ascend slowly until he floated in mid-air. "Guys… any ideas?"

"Well…"

"We could tell you…"

Naruto could only raise a eyebrow at the cryptic talking.

"But you already noticed it/But you already noticed it," Kurama and Ashura said in dull unison, getting a sheepish Naruto to rub his head in return.

"Yep, I did."

"Talking with your monster buddy, Naruto?" Kabuto asked, referring to the Tailed Beast.

Hearing the disapproved snarl from Kurama, Naruto glared at the air-borne Kabuto. He knew Kurama and his Tailed Beasts brethren hated being seen as mindless monsters and tools of war for centuries in his world. Nothing or no one could help them change their perspective on Humans except the Sage and Naruto him-self.

"Yep… About your weakness actually." Naruto said as he shared a laugh with his partners while his chakra aura burst from his body.

-The Ryozanpaku Group-

They thought they'd seen everything in their martial art career. They fought against many fighters and masters of different fighting styles around the world. Many of those fighters had unique abilities that could rival their own and push them to their limits.

But the battle between two boys completely annihilating the Coliseum with techniques and abilities they'd never seen before blew their minds up as everyone especially the Elder stared at the destruction and intensity the battle is. This is borderline battle of the gods here.

"Hayato…" The grandmaster of Ryozanpaku looked at Kensei. "You've known about Naruto's true abilities since you brought him to the dojo."

The Elder gave a grave nod as his disciple continued the stare-off with his opponent.

"How could you not tell us?" Akisame asked with a hint of subtle anger that didn't go unnoticed and chorused by his fellow masters.

"It was not my place to tell you about Naruto's true nature."

"Save it, Hayato." Akisame remarked. "Let's hope your disciple wins this battle."

Things are not looking good for the dojo that is the strongest in the world. Only one person could fix this and he's currently fighting right now.

-Naruto vs Kabuto-

"My weakness?"

"Yep."

"….HAHAHAHA!" Kabuto howled at the desperation of his enemy's weak deposition. "I think I hit you too hard in the head! All right then, what's my weakness?"

Naruto responded back. "You sure you want to keep going? You might as well leave while you're at your peak. I'd hate to beat you yet again. Wait… Maybe I won't…."

"Tell me!" Kabuto demanded angrily this time after being looked down just now despite his power trumps Naruto's.

"No."

"Grr!"

"Instead why don't you catch me then I'll tell you."

With that said, Naruto turned around and Shunshined away, leaving a frustrated Kabuto to chase after him to the shore where two large cliffs stand opposite of each other and were part of the land formation that formed a crescent moon. Kabuto grabbed his Claws and expertly threw the hooks at Naruto, but the latter Shunshined out of the trajectory of the weapons before he summoned the Trident. Just in time when the Claws made their rapid turnaround to take his head off.

"Perfect." Naruto said as he landed close to the edge and caught the two hooks with the three blades of the Trident. With a twist, Naruto spun the Trident repeatedly, wrapping half the weapon in chains after it was snapped out of Kabuto's hands before he stabbed the weapon into the ground. "That takes care of that."

The smug Kabuto scoffed before his chakra exploded once more. "No matter. The Claws of Hades is just an extension of his powers like the other weapons of the Olympians." He gestured to the aura around his body as small balls of chakra formed in his palms. "The real power is within me!"

Naruto, upon seeing the rapidly approaching chakra blasts, back-flipped over the edge to land on the water just as the cliff exploded into debris. He turned around and 'skated' across the water like a rollerblader while Kabuto chased him in the sky. "So far so good."

"FIGHT ME!" Kabuto fired five more shots in a circular formation before they moved into a bullet trajectory at the blonde.

Naruto responded by forming orange Rasengans in both hands and deflecting the blasts before blending them together into a larger one. Pivoting swiftly thanks to the water, Naruto slammed his jutsu into the chakra-coated fist belonging to Kabuto after the latter Shunshined behind him. The two were knocked away from each other by the shockwaves.

Much to Kabuto's surprise, his blonde opponent simply smirked as he ran from him again. Anger rose to new heights since this is not what he was expecting. He didn't expect Naruto of all people to run away from a fight and neither did he expect to be tired, but that didn't stop him.

"I never took you for a coward, Uzumaki!" Kabuto shouted as he charged after Naruto, easily catching up to him by the second. Thinking it was time to end this, the rogue ninja clenched his fists before he twisted them for more power into it. He lifted his left arm close to his face while the opposite limb was close to his hip as an image of snake baring fangs materialized behind him, its small and slithering tongue exposed. "Fangs of the Elusive Snake!"

His fists with the extended left and right index fingers shot out in different trajectories aimed at the body; the left and the right follows the overhand and uppercut motions respectively. The water churned in ripples from the sudden action before waves formed moments later.

Kabuto was sure of his victory when Naruto turned around and took the hits to the face and abdomen until he realized horrifying. He was exhausted as his godly power boost and armor vanished after the hit. What's even worse was that Naruto wasn't fazed by his attack at all.

His determined eyes glaring at him, Naruto answered the confused Kabuto's unasked question. "Iron Hide of the Unwavering Bull." Behind him stood an image of a big bull whose entire body was pitch black and its horns gleamed silver. "Just like your technique, Kabuto, this one is of the Furinji Syle's Animal Trine Techniques!"

Confusion was replaced with fear when Kabuto felt his chakra falling rapidly at an alarming rate as he took a couple steps back. "This can't be happening! What's happening to my chakra?! My power?!"

"I warned you to leave while you still could, but now your weakness showed itself." Naruto said cryptically before raising his right hand close to his opponent's chest by one inch, his cross-shaped pupils staring at him. He clenched his fist before thrusting it against Kabuto's chest as the latter gasped in pain from the unexpectedly powerful attack. "Now it ends here."

Naruto followed up with a high roundhouse kick that was blocked by Kabuto, then swiftly spun around to deliver a reverse roundhouse kick that connected this time as the rogue ninja's head recoiled from the impact. Kabuto stumbled a little but regained his composure in time to block another punch that sent him skidding back across the ocean with Naruto following him.

"NO! I WON'T LET IT END LIKE THIS!"

A passive Naruto casually dodged and redirected Kabuto's not-so-fast attacks after losing his edge. Seeing his opponent throw a haymaker in desperation and deactivating his Sage Mode, Naruto blocked the attack before he shoved it aside, causing Kabuto to lose balance and wide open for an assault.

"Yamazuki!" Double punches to the face and stomach. "Ti Lan!" A low and strong kick hit the back of Kabuto's right leg as the latter grabbed it by instinct. "Bagua Seiryuu Tanso!" Rapid-fire palm strikes and fists connected to the torso, causing him to spit out blood in response. "Kosaka Slash!" A swift knife-hand slashed diagonally across the chest, leaving a jagged scar as a shower of blood broke free from its prison. "Kuchiki Daoshi!" Naruto launched Kabuto over his head after he grabbed the same leg with the Muay Thai move he borrowed and into the sky.

A clearly shocked Kabuto said nothing about the sudden lack of air nor could he breath one intake when Naruto Shunshined in front of him with a cocked left fist. "N0!"

"Furinji Tekken!" Naruto slammed his fist into the face of his opponent, but he wasn't sent flying as Kabuto grabbed his wrist. "And one last thing…" He lifted his right hand and formed a Rasengan with four white bladelike protrusions, slamming it into Kabuto's stomach. "Wind Style: Rasengan!"

A loud scream of anger and pain rang from his gritted teeth as Kabuto tried to suppress the unimaginable pain he's ever felt since the time Naruto used and mastered the Rasengan against him three years ago. Another scream escaped his lips after the wind enhanced Rasengan violently propelled him across the landscape as the impact shook the island and rippled the shoreline waves.

Letting gravity do its job, Naruto landed safely on the ground before he strolled towards along the new trench Kabuto made with his body. He stopped a few feet before his downed opponent as the latter sat against something that used to be a boulder that caved against his body.

"…Damn it. Not even the power of a god could defeat you." Kabuto said between heavy breaths.

That's when Naruto disagreed. "Actually you could've beaten me." He didn't see it since his head was down, but Kabuto's eye widen in surprise. "If it wasn't for your weakness."

"What?"

"Let me ask you something: did you partake the trials and received the power… recently?"

"…"

"I'll take that as a yes. Basically your body and Chakra couldn't sustain the form. You burned out most if not all of your Chakra during our fight." Naruto commented, "If he had the proper training, Kabuto would've pushed me to use Nine-Tails Chakra Mode or even 'that form'."

"Once again my hubris worked against me."

"So it seems."

Kabuto coughed out blood before he chuckled, confusing Naruto. "Then I shall tell you."

"Tell me what?" Naruto could hear his tenants' attention shuffling so their interest was grabbed as well.

"About my real intentions and how I got here. And it's all thanks to the Sage of the Six Paths."

Naruto, Kurama, and Ashura responded with wide eyes as their somewhat captive begins to explain the situation back home.

-The Coliseum-

"Stand guard."

"No problem, although it's becoming increasingly difficult to not hit him while he's asleep."

"Same here," chorused Sakaki, Shigure and Apachai as they and the oldest three masters (Hayato, Akisame, and Kensei) stared at the unconscious bodies of their Yami opposites to prevent escape attempts. The main reason was after Naruto used a strange but obvious powerful ki technique on the Kabuto, the chains that protected and bound the Yami members disappeared not long ago.

As for Kenichi and Miu, they stayed back with Rhea and Medusa watching over them while Kuroka slept on the latter's head with a bubble in her nose.

"Miu?" Kenichi asked after feeling Miu's grip tightened on his hand. He saw her staring at two figures that strolled towards them and instantly recognized one of them as Saiga walking with a beautiful woman beside him… Miu's mother. That's he realized that she and Miu have the same eyes, one of the features that he and Saiga fell for the mother/daughter duo.

Speaking of Miu, she stood there completely still as her parents stopped in front of her. Eyes filled with brims of tears as Miu stared at her parents, especially her mother. Shizuha was the same way while her watery eyes stared at her grown baby girl as she choked up in relief.

Not wanting to waste another second, the mother and daughter hugged each other tightly as their tears turned to streams of joy. Miu giggled against her mother's warm embrace while Shizuha smothered her with kisses all over her head and face to give her the joy and happiness that she couldn't do since her death.

Everyone else smiled at the scene with Kenichi being happier as Saiga hugged his wife and daughter, soon joined by the Elder who bear-hugged them all in one swoop. For the first time of their lives since Miu's birth, the Furinji family was together. The family was so happy that they didn't notice Naruto after he Shunshined with the Trident back in its sealing place on his wrist.

With discretion, Naruto and company moved to a far distance to give the happy family space. Soon after, Naruto turned around and gestured the five masters to ask him whatever they want. And they did ask him. Minutes passed while Naruto answered as many questions as best he could while leaving out some personal ones like Kuroka's and Medusa's pasts, but also noticed or better yet sensed something with the masters.

Pain. Anger. Conflict.

The masters were hurt and who could blame them? Naruto knew there might not be anything that he could do to regain their trust for hiding his identity. Until he was asked the unexpected question… from Akisame no less.

"Did you use our techniques during your fight?"

"Eh?"

Just like that, the previous emotions were gone and replaced with intrigue, wonder and eagerness. With slight reddening in the cheeks, a bashful Naruto answered 'yes' and the masters exploded with cheer and pride as they huddled around the blonde disciple, bringing in Kenichi as well.

It seemed that Ryozanpaku has a second disciple to inherit their martial arts and everything is right with the world.

"Naruto."

Or not.

Everyone sans the Furinji family turned around to see Michael with his wings spread out standing before them. The masters and Medusa were in awe of seeing an Angel; his gracefulness, calm, purity and so on. As for Kuroka, she was a little on edge around the Archangel due to her kind and the latter's bitter centuries-old history. The transformed Nekomata's fear was quelled by Naruto's brief but sensual petting on her head before the blonde stepped closer to Michael.

"Is it time?"

Michael nodded and held up five fingers. "Five minutes. And I'm not the one who will send you there."

"…Understood." Naruto replied while the others wondered what they discussed about as he glanced at the Furinji family and caught the Elder's eye. With no expression, Naruto walked to the family, catching their attention while in the Elder's arms. "Hey guys."

"Naruto." Saiga said. "I don't know how you did it, but…" He tightened his grip on his wife's shoulder as she leaned into his shoulder. "Thank you." Naruto nodded while Miu hugged him for thanks before she returned to her parents' arms.

"Master." The Furinji head looked at his disciple with a stern but soft gaze. "You're disappointed. Angry."

"…"

"Father?"

"Grandpa?"

"…"

"Hayato?" Shizuha asked as well. Like her husband and daughter, she grew concerned by the gradual Ki release from the towering Furinji.

"…What gives you the right to do this?" Hayato asked. "You desecrated the Katsujinken: our marital art, our dojo. Me! AND NOW MY FAMILY!"

Everyone present was shocked when Naruto fell to the ground after Hayato punched him in a rage. Naruto swished the blood before he spitted it out of his mouth under the gaze of the seething Hayato who was being held back by his son while Shizuha and Miu tried to calm him down.

Few minutes later, Hayato eventually calmed down and after taking a deep breath, he spoke. "Naruto Uzumaki… You have shamed this dojo with your actions as of late. You used our techniques to bring harm to your opponent. You showed no consideration about our loved ones and the departed." Akisame and the other masters' eyes widen as soon they realized what the Elder was doing. They tried to stop him, but it was too late. "As master of Ryozanpaku Dojo, you are hereby banished and expelled! Never again shall you be around us!"

Everyone present stood in utter shock while Naruto simply sat there with his head down as the Elder scoffed before turning around to leave for the boat. Not even taking two steps, Hayato stopped when his former disciple spoke once more. "Then you're really going to hate me for this… Elder."

Another light, like the one Shizuha appeared in earlier, shone before the Elder as another figure materialized out of the door-like portal. Just like last time, the light disappeared and in its stead stood a woman… a woman whom Hayato and Saiga instantly recognized. And they should since she's probably the most important woman in their lives next to Shizuha and Miu.

The woman had short and shoulder-length blonde hair with blue piercing eyes plus a very surprising youth around the late 20s. Like Miu, she had a beauty mark on her right cheek. She wore an modest housewife attire with blue jeans and a long-sleeved green shirt under a white apron that did nothing to hide her curvaceous form. Overall she had an aura that Miu and Shizuha exhibited to those close to her: happiness and purity.

"Shizuko/Mother." Hayato and Saiga said simultaneously in disbelief, greatly surprising everyone sans Naruto and Michael in the process. This meant she's Shizuha's mother-in-law and Miu's grandmother.

Shizuko smiled with tears in her eyes as she walked to Hayato and hugged him or tried to since her arms couldn't fully wrap around the towering man. Compared to Hayato, she was very short with her head at the level of his upper torso. As for Hayato, he stood shocked before his arms began to encircle around his wife and became relieved but now conflicted as well.

Minutes passed by until Hayato and Shizuko looked each other in the eye and their lips donned smiles. "Shizuko."

"Hayato."

The husband and wife held each other tightly as they didn't want to let go of each other. Saiga soon joined in the action and he couldn't hold back the tears since Hayato and himself lost her when he was very young. It felt like a lifetime between the trio.

As much as he didn't want to, Saiga broke the hug and went to his wife and daughter before he grabbed their hands to bring them to Shizuko. "Shizuha. Miu. This is my mother, Shizuko Furinji." The mother smiled as her son introduced her before he introduced them. "Mother… this is Shizuha, my wife." She and Shizuha smiled before Saiga brought Miu in front of her. "And this is Miu, my daughter. Your granddaughter."

With the same smile like her granddaughter, Shizuko held her arms out for a hug and Miu quickly took it. Instantly the entire Furinji family soon joined in the action with the masters watching them. Meanwhile Naruto stepped away and took Medusa and Rhea aside for a side discussion.

"I won't be back for a few days."

"Eh?"

Naruto took Rhea and Medusa's hands with one while the other petted Kuroka. "I want you girls to head to Karakura Town and help Ichigo and the others prepare for the battle."

"What battle?" asked a concerned Medusa. "And who's Ichigo?"

"He'll tell you."

"Naruto. It's time." Michael warned as thunderclouds began to block out the sun with its vast gray blanket. Rain began to fall and wet everyone in its omni-directional downpour.

Naruto nodded as he kissed Rhea, Medusa and Kuroka on their foreheads before taking several steps back. This didn't go unnoticed by the Ryozanpaku family while thunder boomed with lightning streaking across the clouds.

"Naruto?" Miu wondered along with Kenichi as the Elder contemplated on what to do next.

Naruto gave a sad smile. "I had a good time with all of you guys. I learned a lot and I hope you enjoy the time you have with each other. Hopefully when… when all of this is over… we can be friends again. Thank you for having me, Ryozanpaku."

Before anyone could ask what he was talking, a lightning bolt struck Naruto on the spot with a bright, white light blinding them. After that short brief show, everyone opened their eyes and saw a big scorch mark on the spot where Naruto once stood.

"NO!" Medusa cried out as she fell to her knees, being supported by a teary-eyed Rhea.

"What just happened?!" asked Sakaki confused by the current event. "Where's the kid?!"

"Naruto…" His answer came from a solemn Michael with closed eyes. "He's no longer here."

Kensei asked the next question. "What do you mean?"

"Michael…" Hayato stepped forward in front of the Archangel. "Where is he?"

"In exchange for Shizuko and Shizuha to come to the living world for one hour, Naruto was sent to a dimension for punishment since this isn't allowed. My Father saw to that." Michael replied, gesturing to the scorch mark.

"Where is he?" Rhea asked for everyone present.

"The realm where souls are sent for redemption."

-Unknown Dimension-

"Ah man…"

"Are you okay, Naruto?"

"He got struck by a bolt of lightning. How do you think he feels?" Kurama pointed out sarcastically.

"Moody much, Kurama?"

"Shut up, you two."

With a loud grunt, Naruto opened his eyes and slowly sat upright to prevent further injuries. He scanned around and found him-self in a clearing of sorts, surrounded by pale gray trees with crooked branches that looked like a monster's creepy hand. The environment was completely different too. For some reason, it felt… pure. The sun wasn't out. It was nighttime.

This place was really creepy overall with the added bonus of an abandoned campus in a horror flick.

Naruto then stood up, stepping on broken twigs when at full height. "Where do you guys think we are?"

"The Underworld?"

"That doesn't make sense. Why would the Almighty Father send the kid to the Underworld? They're allies!"

"What do you think?" Ashura asked.

"Asgard?"

Both Naruto and Ashura booed the fox for the lame answer, getting some curses from the chakra beast. Hearing a twig snap, Naruto turned around and saw a pair of glowing yellow eyes. Those pair of two became four. Then six. Eight. Ten. The numbers rose until it was too much to count any more.

"What are they?" asked Naruto as he formed a Rasengan, but to his shock, the chakra sphere fizzled out like a candle. "What the hell?!" As if it were the signal, the darkness-cloaked creatures pounced onto him with blood-glistening claws ready to dig into him. "Crap!" Naruto kicked away the first attack before he punched another in the face.

The creatures soon backed away but they stayed, circling around the ninja for another attack.

"Well… I guess the punishment begins." Naruto commented as he assumed the Furinji Style stance. "Who's next?"

His answer came in the form of a wave of snarling teeth and slashing claws.
