The Strongest Assassin of the Zoldyck Family!

Chapter 259: Chapter 259

The strength of the aura varied.

One of the items, a bone blade, clearly had a stronger aura than the others. The rest were about the same level.

Achilles handed the bone blade to Wendy. This showed that aside from there being a distinction for first place, second, third, and fourth place were the same without any differences.

Each of them stepped forward to receive their items.

However, they noticed that all four had received their items, yet Achilles still held one more in his hand.

This made the four feel puzzled.

Just then, the sound of footsteps approached, and a figure walked toward them.

"Sir Achilles."

"Ron Zoldyck."

Achilles handed the last item in his hand to Ron.

Seeing this, even Wendy was startled, let alone the other three.

Dominica hadn't told Wendy that Ron would also be entering the Land of Nirvana.

"Lord Achilles, why is he coming with us? As I recall, only members of the Fiora royal family can participate in the Nirvana Festival, right? This guy is clearly an outsider." Ted pointed at Ron, looking at Achilles in confusion.

Roben and Linka were also puzzled, though not as openly urgent about it. Ted, possibly influenced by the Beast Dojo, now possessed more beast-like traits after his transformations, which influenced his temperament.

"This is the king's order. Do you doubt it?" Achilles gave Ted a faint glance.

"I wouldn't dare," Ted lowered his head.

"Just do what you're supposed to do. Don't meddle in matters that don't concern you," Achilles said. "To be frank, I'm quite disappointed in your performance this time."

Ted bowed his head even lower.

Achilles held an extremely high status in the Fiora Kingdom. Not only was he the current king's younger brother and a prince, but he was also the previous Beast's Son of the Beast Dojo. Either identity alone qualified him to reprimand Ted.

"Come with me."

The five of them followed Achilles forward, with Wendy right behind him.

Ron stepped up beside Wendy.

Roben and Ted exchanged a glance.

Linka followed at the end of the group.

"Wendy, to be honest, I was surprised by your strategy just now. I didn't expect you to make such a decision," Ron said.

Roben snorted inwardly—if not for that trick, he would never have lost.

"It just occurred to me suddenly. Since it was an arena match, removing the arena would guarantee my victory. It's not often we get arena situations like that, so I wanted to try it," Wendy said.

At that moment, Roben suddenly interjected, "Wendy, if you hadn't taken that approach, what would you say your chances of winning were?"

Roben clearly still minded it.

Wendy turned back to look at Roben. "If we didn't use that approach, maybe it'd be sixty-forty. I'd be forty, you'd be sixty. Your abilities counter mine somewhat, and I haven't thought of a good way to break through that yet."

Hearing this, Roben felt much better.

"What about me, what about me?" Ted couldn't help but ask.

"The previous result already showed it, didn't it?" Wendy said. "Between you and me, in an arena match, it's advantageous for you and disadvantageous for me. Without the arena conditions, I'd have won even more easily."

Ted: "…"

Roben then looked at Ron, "Wendy, aren't you going to introduce your friend to us?"

When Wendy said sixty-forty, Roben let it go and shifted his focus to Ron.

He was curious about the Zoldyck family, and Ron had also gained permission to enter the Land of Nirvana, which was almost unheard of before. The Land of Nirvana was restricted to members of the Fiora royal family.

"Ron, from the Zoldyck family, a good friend of mine," Wendy said with a smile, turning to Ron.

Then she looked at Roben and Ted. Linka remained silent but listened intently.

"I know what you're all wondering," Wendy continued. "I'll just tell you this: Ron is stronger than me. Even if I go all out, it's very difficult for me to beat him."

Roben subconsciously asked, "So what's the ratio between you and Ron?"

Wendy shook her head. "There's no ratio. I can't beat Ron."

In other words, zero to ten.

This was much higher praise than what she'd given Roben.

Roben's pupils contracted, and his eyes grew sharp. As a genius, Roben was extremely confident in his own strength. He didn't believe that anyone his age could best him.

He lost this time only because Wendy used a clever trick. Wendy also admitted they were at sixty-forty.

Roben didn't believe Ron could be so much stronger. Yet Wendy claimed Ron completely outclassed her.

Ted's eyes lit up, "That strong? How about having a match with me, then?"

"Let me see for myself!"

"We can have a straightforward, fierce fight."

Ted's personality was direct. He said whatever came to mind. After Ted finished, Roben also chimed in, "If possible, I'd also like to spar with you, Ron."

Linka still didn't speak.

"It's not impossible," Ron thought for a moment. "After watching you fight, I'm feeling a bit eager myself. When we come out of the Land of Nirvana, I'll visit your Star Dojo and Beast Dojo as a guest. How's that sound?"

Ron had already visited the Dragon Dojo. He also wanted to visit the Star and Beast Dojos. Ted and Roben's suggestion happened to fit Ron's needs, so he took the opportunity to propose a visit.

Roben and Ted looked at each other. They felt something might be off, but the conversation had gone this far. Refusing would be awkward, and since Ron had managed to enter the Land of Nirvana and had visited the Dragon Dojo, there was no reason to doubt his qualifications.

"Alright," they both agreed.

Achilles glanced back at them. He'd heard Dominica talk about Ron's strength. Initially, Achilles didn't believe it, but after Dominica confirmed it repeatedly, Achilles accepted it, though with great surprise.

"Astonishing," Achilles thought. "If everyone in the Zoldyck family had such talent and a large population, they could claim a substantial territory in this world, not just remain the world's top assassin family. They could establish their own country, like Fiora."

The six followed a corridor deeper into the royal palace. The number of people around gradually diminished.

Ron could sense that some eyes followed them from afar, which was normal since this was the king's residence.

Eventually, they entered a woodland area. Passing through a small path, they arrived at a valley.

A massive cliff face came into view.

Achilles raised his palm and pressed it against the cliff.

A ripple spread out across the rock face.
