The Treasure of Gekkisigma

As the group got closer one of the wolves jumped on the wife's back and tried to bite her, but she fought back. She started punching the wolf in the eyes and the nose to buy herself some time. As the wolf started to overpower and was ready to bite Doctor Jo Kicked the wolf in the chin knocking him back. One wolf was focused on Johnny and Alexey and the second one on Kushtrim and Tommy. Jo helped his wife up and told her to go back to the hospital while they take care of the wolves. She ran, and the wolf ran after her, but Jo kicked it again. The other wolf that looked at Johnny started growling and rushed to bite him. Alexey tried to react, but the wolf was too fast, and it bit Johnny ripping out a part of Johnny's hand on the exact same place where he got stabbed. Johnny started screaming and tried to fight back, but he couldn't so Alexey stepped in and pushed his thumb deep inside the wolves eye. The wolf retread back to the forest leaving drops of blood behind him and a part of Johnny's arm. Doctor Jo looked at Johnny and noticed that he was going to pass out from bleeding soon so he yelled at Alexey "Carry him back to the hospital!". Alexey obliged and carried Johnny back to the hospital where they were safe with Jo's wife. 

The wolf which wanted to attack Tommy and Kushtrim now fled because it saw what has happened to the other one. The last wolf that attacked Jo's wife also tried to run, but Jo grabbed it by the leg and started beating the wolf mercilessly. A swing after swing to the head left the wolf bloodied and unrecognizable Kushtrim and Tommy stared in shock as they watched Jo murder the wolf.

Doctor Jo: "I'm sorry, but I had to do this... Now go back to the hospital and see how your friend is doing..."

Kushtrim and Tommy rushed to the hospital leaving Jo to be alone with the corpse of the wolf that he had just murdered like it was nothing.

Inside the hospital Alexey was trying to calm down Johnny telling him things like "Man you can't leave me now.", "Come on you have to be stronger than that.", "We still didn't go to America to watch warriors play come on man you have to be strong for this." 

As Alexey noticed Kushtrim and Tommy he asked "Where is Jo he needs to help Johnny."

Kushtrim and Tommy looked at each other 

Kushtrim: "Go outside and look for yourself."

Alexey rushed outside to see Jo now holding a shovel and a bag. He came up to him and asked "What are you doing you need to help Johnny he needs your help he is going to bleed out!"

Doctor Jo: "I can't let my wife see what I have done I promised her that I won't do this anymore and I still did it,"

Alexey: "Did what?"

Doctor Jo: "Look inside that bag."

Alexey peeked inside to see the corpse of the wolf. It was so horrible he started gagging

Alexey: "You are fucking crazy man go help Johnny I will burry the corpse for you."

Jo left his shovel to Alexey and went to treat Johnny in the hospital. Jo went inside to see Johnny bleeding, but he didn't want any help from anyone he just repeated the words "Leave me alone." he tried to exit the hospital, but they all held him still and rushed him upstairs where they placed him on the operating table and Doctor Jo gave him a sedative that made him fall asleep. 

Doctor Jo: "Leave the room go chat with my wife or something get to know her I don't want you to watch this."

They all went outside the room and made small talk

Tommy: "So what's your name?"

Doctor Jo's Wife: "My name is Hannah nice to meet you."

Tommy: "My name is Tommy nice to meet you too. So can you tell us more about your husband because he seems a bit weird."

Hannah: "He... he is fine he is just overprotective of me he lost his family and friends a long time ago, and I'm everything that he has left."

Tommy: "No I mean he literally murdered a wolf so bad that he... ugh I can't talk about that it was just gruesome."

Hannah: "He did that again... I told him a million times to stop with that stuff."

Tommy: "Do you know why does he even do that?"

Hannah: "I don't... Ever since he murdered everyone at that tribe he was just like that when he killed mercilessly, so there wasn't a chance that the person he killed could be treated."

Before they could continue their talk Alexey opened the door still holding the shovel looking like he has just plowed a field with his bare hands on 40 degrees outside.

Tommy: "Hey what were you doing outside?"

Alexey completely ignored his question and went inside the room where Jo was operating.

Alexey: "I buried the corpse is he going to be alright now."

Doctor Jo: "He will live I think that you should go and sleep it's getting late now you can sleep in the room next to this one there are a lot of beds."

Alexey went to sleep and soon all the others went to sleep too.

2:37 AM 

Johnny wakes up with a severe headache and pain in his arm. He mumbles to himself "I need to follow him...". He leaves the hospital quietly so no one hears him, and he follows the drops of blood the wolf left when he ran. 

Something is telling him to find that wolf. Something that he has never experienced before. Something that cant be explained with words.
