The Vice Captain of the WhiteBeard Pirates

Chapter 12: A Rather Draconic Entry!!

Looking at the view that the explosion's light had caused,I could still see my new captain furiously battling the Monkey D. Garp, the hero of the marines. Moreover, I could see other high level marines fighting off the division captains of our pirate crew. The storm I had caused would not be letting up anytime soon. If they really wanted to see the sun that badly, they'd have to knock me out first.

Suddenly, I sensed that the sea was trembling; almost as if a sea quake was happening. Sengoku yelled furiously at Whitebeard, "NEWGATE!!!" Whitebeard responded in the same fashion "SENGOKU!!!" They clashed once more, causing another shockwave to permeate throughout the battlefield. The majority of the people fighting had to stop and grab hold of their ships' deck in order to stop themselves from flying away. A familiar sinister laughter could be heard coming from the Saber of Xebec, it looks like Rocks D. Xebec was having a blast with Garp. Xebec roared, "THIS WON'T BE ENOUGH TO STOP ME, GARP!!" If Garp had responded, I wasn't able to hear it because I ducked immediately to dodge a round house kick that was aiming for the back of my head.

I looked at the purple haired admiral curiously, "Don't you.....have other pirates.....to fight with?" Zephyr chuckled a little bit before responding, "Your slow talking is reminding me of a monkey like marine." Hm? It appears that the monster trio of the marines had just enlisted. Zephyr lunged at me again with his haki-clad fists, it was important to note that at this point of time. My haki could just as powerful as a vice-admiral: It was strong, but not strong enough to go the distance with someone like Zephyr. Moreover, it was getting tiresome having to flap my wings while fighting with him in the sky. It was one of the rare moments I truly wished I could use the six styles of the marines. However, such was life, I decided that I was going to have to take this fight all the way to the ground. I used my haki to sense for any ship that wasn't as crowded as the norm, and using the momentum that Zephyr had conjured when he lunged for another attack. I grabbed his left fist, which he was going to use to punch my head in, and threw him at the direction of an empty ship. In order to make sure he wouldn't stop mid-air and moon walk all the way back to my direction. I sent another beam cannon his way, the explosion increasing the speed at which he would be crashing in the ship. I flew right after him piercing through the smoke screen that the explosion had caused and kicking him right in the gut as we both crashed into the ship.

He wiped of the trail of blood running down his mouth. I guess he wasn't as invincible as I thought him out to be, and just as we were about to enter another round of fighting. I heard a rather drunken laughter coming from behind me. I ducked my head before a large kanabo almost took my head off. Kaido, who looked young but still huge, laughed mockingly, "Wororororororo!!! So this is the new member of the crew. I didn't think you had it in you for that little stunt at the start of the battle!! Fight me!!!" Kaido looked at me with his battle hungry eyes. 'What's with the people on this ship? they're either fighting, fucking or drinking...' I wasn't in the mood to entertain this bastard's shenanigans, and it also didn't help that I was beginning to feel drowsy. I guess I haven't had enough sleep lately.

Zephyr looked at our brief squabble with an unamused gaze. It seemed that he didn't like it when people interrupt his fights. Crossing his arms, he declared, "Since you're so hell-bent on fighting, why don't both of you come at me? I wouldn't be an Admiral if I couldn't do this much." I looked at Zephyr with a conflicted expression, whereas Kaido looked at him menacingly; It appears he doesn't like two-on-ones. I decided I was going to pull back, "You.....fight him. I'm not interested...anymore." Kaido glared at me with killing intent, "Who the hell do you think you are?! You can't tell me what to do!!" It seems that rather than pin Kaido against Zephyr. I had pinned Kaido against me, what a pain.

I pointed at the purple haired admiral and looked at Kaido, expressionlessly I commented, "He's....way stronger than me....he'll...give you a better fight." Kaido took the bait! He looked at Zephyr with a battle-hungry look, "WORORORORO!!! Looks like you'll have to go first marine!! Don't dissapoint me!!" He lunged at Zephyr, Kanabo arched back horizontally, crackling with purple lightning. Zephyr covered his arms to block, but he wasn't strong enough to stop the force of the attack. As a result, he was sent flying right out of the ship, it seemed that Zephyr's field trip around the battle field was far from over. Kaido briefly looked at me before jumping off to chase Zephyr's flying figure, it seemed that my skirmish with him was far from over.

Looking at the distance, I could still see Whitebeard going at it with Sengoku. I wanted to go pay them a visit, but my drowsiness was slowly getting the better of me. I decided to go down to the sleeping quarters of this empty ship and take a nap. One little nap won't hurt right? The storm will keep going until I actively will it to stop, so it's not like they would notice that the cause of the storm was napping peacefully within an unsuspecting ship. I don't even know who's ship this belonged to....oh well, that's something I would have to deal with when I got up. Right now, this drowsiness is too much.
