Her eyes flashed sharply as she unleashed a barrage of shadow-like strikes with both hands, attacking Dr. Gero with relentless intensity.

Recognizing this frail old man as the mastermind behind the two androids, the Battle Maiden aimed to take him down first.

Ranked 28th among the Red Silk Girls, she was one of the first batch personally trained by Yuujin, possessing a formidable combat power of over 300,000. With the power boost of the [Kaio-ken], she could amplify her strength to over 1,000,000!

Such strength was exceptional. If not for West City being an important location—home to the Dragon Balls Corporation headquarters and the parents of the divine figures Bulma and Tights—there would have been no need for a high-ranking Battle Maiden like her to guard it. A fresh graduate from the Battle Maiden Academy would have sufficed.

The sky echoed with explosive shockwaves, leaving the Battle Maiden in disbelief. No matter how fiercely she attacked, it had no effect!

With a mocking smile, both Dr. Gero and Android 19 raised a hand, absorbing all the incoming energy blasts effortlessly.

Even the experienced Battle Maiden was stunned—her attacks were completely absorbed!

Before she could react further, Dr. Gero instantly appeared before her, gripping her neck in one swift motion.

"I'll gladly take your energy."

Dr. Gero's aged face twisted into a cruel smile as the Battle Maiden struggled, her body refusing to obey her commands.

To her horror, her strength was rapidly being drained!

"Die!!!"

"Dodon Ray!"

Suddenly, two figures soared into the sky, unleashing powerful [Dodon Ray] beams toward Android 19 and Dr. Gero.

It was Crane Hermit and Tao Pai Pai!

While aware of the androids' energy-absorbing techniques, they hoped their surprise attack would leave them unprepared.

As expected, the unguarded androids were struck by the beams, resulting in a massive explosion of fire in the sky.

Without mercy, Android 19 fired two beams of light, piercing the hearts of Crane Hermit and Tao Pai Pai instantly.

Their faces frozen in terror, their bodies dropped lifelessly to the ground with dull thuds.

Pathetic ants daring to challenge them—foolish to the core.

Dr. Gero snorted dismissively, turning his attention back to the Battle Maiden.

As expected of Yuujin's loyal Red Silk Girl, her energy had provided a satisfying feast.

"You've already contacted your allies, haven't you? Contact them again and summon your master here immediately!"

Loosening his grip slightly, Dr. Gero spoke coldly.

Nearly drained of her energy, her face pale, the Battle Maiden struggled to raise her trembling hand and pressed the communicator on her forehead.

"An-androids have appeared... requesting reinforcements."

Hearing her message, Dr. Gero's face twisted into another cruel smile.

"Your mission is complete... Now, you can die!"

He released her before firing a ki blast that pierced her abdomen.

Every Red Silk Girl under Yuujin's command was not only powerful but also stunningly beautiful. However, Dr. Gero had no use for sentimentality. Useless tools were to be discarded.

Blood trickled from her mouth as the Battle Maiden plummeted from the sky, her life slipping away.

Just as she closed her eyes, accepting her fate, she felt herself fall into a warm embrace.

"M-Master."

Seeing Yuujin's familiar face, the dim light in her eyes reignited.

"Don't speak."

Sensing her fragile state, Yuujin quickly fed her a Senzu Bean.

After swallowing the bean with difficulty, the flame of her life roared back to strength. Her injuries healed, and her drained energy was fully restored.

"Are you okay now, No. 28?"

"I'm sorry, Master. I failed to protect the city," she said apologetically.

"Don't worry about it. You weren't their match. Surviving this long is already commendable. Rest now; we'll handle the rest."

"Yes."

After bowing respectfully, No. 28 stepped back to recover behind Yuujin.

Accompanying Yuujin were Goku, Chi-Chi, Vegeta, and Celipa.

Seeing the ruined city below, Goku and Chi-Chi's faces burned with fury.

"You dared to destroy the city and kill so many people!"

West City, the hometown of Bulma and Tights, held countless memories for Yuujin, Goku, and their friends. Witnessing its current devastation enraged them.

In contrast, Android 19 and Dr. Gero wore cruel smiles.

"They were just sacrifices to lure you out."

"At last, we meet, Kami Yuujin, Son Goku, Chi-Chi, Vegeta!"
